QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not be a resource for instruction or services in the school.

Strongly Agree

I Strongly Agree that Providers like Planned Parenthood should never be an influence on young minds, especially in our educational institutions, nor provide any bias instruction that devalues the gift of life. Introducing this kind of curriculum in classrooms can be subjective as well as divisive when over sight is not in the hands of Parents. Encouraging abstinence to teenagers can prepare them for better decisions as well as lessons in better behavior towards one other.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

It is unfortunate in this day and age that Abortion would be considered a solution to ending a pregnancy, not just that a precious life was ended, but the long term psychological impacts it will have on the mother's future. It is tragic for all concerned and that is why I have always supported initiatives that protect life, but also provide counseling services to those young ladies that may have an impact on their decision and can change their heart. Even in this time where human trafficking is a daily occurrence, crimes of raping young women that will carry scars for a lifetime, justice is never served nor healing will never begin if we answer violence with termination of a life. Providing support, both psychological as well as financial, reassuring that they are loved and offering spiritual guidance during this time is most important during this time. Providing adoption services if they choose and encouraging family to provide a stable home life can show that all life has value and allowing a childless couple to experience parenthood can be a wonderful gift.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Neutral

Marriage will always be for me personally the unity of a man and woman blessed in the eyes of God. I would rather not have government defining what marriage is because government defining anything comes with an entire list of mandates that government will normally start funding, changing, and manipulating to suit whoever is paying. Suppose government limited the definition of marriage as unity of a man and how every many women he chooses to marry. We would have no choice but to accept the law.

The Ten Commandments should not be displayed in public school buildings or court houses.

Strongly Disagree

Our national Motto is "In God We Trust" and this nation that has provided so many with freedom, the one freedom of religion is reflected in many of our monuments, is woven in our history, and as a grateful nation Americans should have no problem displaying the golden rules of life. It certainly would remind us to perhaps pray before our public meetings and ask for wisdom when making difficult decisions.

At school, students should be able to speak freely and civilly about matters of conscience and faith, including Christianity.

Strongly Agree

Ensuring that as an American all people can celebrate their First Amendment Rights no matter the age. Having a civil discussion, exchange of ideas, will help everyone grow their perspective on issues that matter.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

"Peace through strength" is a phrase that suggests that military power can help preserve peace and was proven when President Ronald Reagan who built a strong defense for our nation asked Mr. Gorbachev to tear down the East Berlin Wall. The tearing down of the Cold War Wall was a moment in history for the call of Freedom.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

It is never the job of Government to make sure a persons is provided a source of income at the expense of others that work for their income. The government's job is to secure each persons freedom & individual rights that will ensure that each American will have the opportunity to pursue their own happiness.

What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?

Providing the academic skills of reading, writing, knowledge of math and science are the tool required to encounter a successful future. Whether a child chooses to continue on to a two or four year degree, acquire a technical skill, or join the family business, it will be these skills that open doors of opportunities or close those doors. It is the Parents who should guide the education of the child, whether they choose public, private, religious, or home school environments for that learning to take place. Public Schools should be controlled by local elected Boards that serve and answer to the local citizens. Reflecting the values of Kansas families over the liberal policies of Washington DC would better serve our students, parents, and teachers when adopting educational standards to follow. This is the current situation happening in Kansas education and returning to academic achievement will give students a better shot of succeeding no matter what pathway they follow. Kansas Parents want better than a 25% success rate for Kansas Kids and that will never improve until we eliminate the Federal Mandates that have created chaos in our schools for our children.

EDUCATION

Every state should mandate K-12 standardized tests and the use of teaching software which aligns with Common Core standards.

Strongly Disagree

Teaching to a test so every student can be standardized does not facilitate a academic learning environment. Using methods like Carnegie units of learning by requiring so many hours to become competent in basic building blocks of education have better outcomes than teaching a test that you can not measure outcomes. Online learning or screen time does not facilitate retainage of subject matter and has become the number one concern of of parents.

Parents are the ultimate authority in their child’s education and should be able to freely pursue whatever educational options they deem best for their child.

Strongly Agree

Parents have unalienable rights over their child that should not be defined by Government.

Before students are taught courses such as Comprehensive Sex Ed (CSE) or Social Emotional Learning (SEL), they must opt-in with written parental permission.

Strongly Agree

The automatic Opting in of Children into massive data collection shared by Government agencies is a violation against any Parental rights and not very honest for a system that should be trusted. Taking your child out of the Longitudinal Data Base with a absolute NO My Child Will Not Participate.

I support the teaching of curricula (such as the 1619 Project, No Place for Hate, Second Step, etc.) that emphasizes slavery and racism as the foundation of American history.

Strongly Disagree

A curricula that teaches a child not to trust the generation before them, which is their parents, can only break down the family unit further.

The loss of local control in education is too high a price to pay in exchange for federal dollars.

Strongly Agree

Their will never be a opportunity for local control, real school choice, until the Federal Money and the mandates it comes with is out of Kansas schools.

2ND AMENDMENT

Teachers who are licensed to carry should be allowed to carry guns at school.

Strongly Agree

Teachers who are licensed take that responsibility seriously and should. The signs on schools that forbid guns is only a signal to those looking for a place to harm the defenseless to come on inside.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

Do you support mandatory vaccinations for children attending public school?

I do not support mandates from government that supersede the authority of a Parent and what they decide is best for their child.

I support mask mandates.

Strongly Disagree

Again this is over reach of government to order a child to be masked so they can attend school or prohibit a person from making a living for their family if they refuse to wear a mask.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

https://readlion.com/2022/02/22/this-public-school-districts-x-rated-book-may-reveal-an-agenda-parents-arent-aware-of/ This article was written about myself when I read a required Sophomore Reading Assignment to the Leavenworth School Board to demonstrate the pornographic language contained in the Book. The pornographic books are implemented around School Boards by Curriculum Directors who are trusted by elected Board Members.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Never

What books have had the most profound impact on your view of life?

The Bible would be the first book to come to my mind. i owe many success in my life and the happiness of my marriage to placing Faith in the Bible.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I have been a business man for many years and I have learned many life lessons that I consider my core foundation. I reserve judgement on people until I learn their story, I always try to understand ones situation by trying on their shoes, I believe that better solutions are found when working together, Nothing in life is free especially federal money, and their is no "I" in TEAM. Treating Parents and Teachers with respect trickles down to those young eyes that are upon us. Children are loved by their families and that family bond is under mined by Education building a Community around that child to take the place of family. Kids need to learn reading, learn math, enjoy childhood and this experiment of SEL is destroying any hope of having a normal childhood for many kids.. We must have the courage and the fortitude to call out evil. The time for new leadership to NOW and I you can trust me when I say I will pull the brakes before Kansas Education is at the point of no return.

I voted in these primaries and general elections:

2012 Republican Primary 2012 General Election 2014 Republican Primary 2014 General Election 2016 Republican Primary 2016 General Election 2018 Republican Primary 2018 General Election 2020 Republican Primary 2020 General Election

I celebrate the Right to Vote every chance I have and as an American, we should all take this serious,

iVoterGuide Notes:

The candidate also voted in the 2022 Primary.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality that is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Limited Government opens up Opportunities to live a life based on your beliefs, values, and faith to celebrate the religion of choice.

I support allowing public high school students to participate in athletic competition based on the gender with which they identify instead of biological sex.

Strongly Disagree

I will stand against any implementation of Males participating in Women Sports and will be a voice that questions policies such as this that comes before Educational Boards such as the BOE. To stay silent would be condoning these liberal policies.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Serbian Orthodox Christian with strong faith that God often calls you to step up when there is need. This is a time in my life that I feel God has called me to help Parents, Students, and Teachers restore what Education is fundamentally meant to accomplish and rid Kansas of immoral subject matter being seen by our children.

No healthcare diagnosis or treatment, whether mental, reproductive, or otherwise, should be given to a child without first receiving written consent from the parent.

Strongly Agree

Especially at our Schools where HIPPA is not protected.
