QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I believe abortion is immoral and does more harm than damage. It is not a human right or a woman's right to choose if the living being growing inside should live or die based on certain circumstances. Abortion has become a norm in our society and it has hindered the growth of many minority communities, especially the black community. I find that under no circumstances an abortion should be an option nor should it be thinkable, as society has made it. The child growing inside his mother is protected by the Constitution and those inalienable rights granted by the Creator, especially the right to life.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Neutral
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Did not answer
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Neutral
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The federal government, and only the federal government, by no means, should be allowed to impose a State Religion onto the American citizens. This should not apply to the states.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Neutral
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
The current healthcare market is controlled by third-parties whose interests are not the patient but rather the pockets of their investors. It is not a capitalist market in its current form, but rather a socialist market where the top controls everything and the people must accept and go along with it. The first step to changing the healthcare market is to make it more competitive where hospitals and insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies are competing for patients (consumers). This in turn will increase quality, drive prices down and create a better system where the consumer is in control and not the other way around.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone without a criminal record, who is mentally-stable, and striving for a better education or job should be allowed to LEGALLY immigrate to the U.S, but the number of those who immigrate should be controlled in order to stay up-to-date on the number of legal immigrants here in the U.S. and to actively fish out those who are here illegally.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Neutral
Promotion of the LGBT agenda in public schools, including teaching of “sexual orientation” and “gender identity”, is completely inappropriate and should be opposed at the state and local level.
Strongly Agree
I support allowing public high school students to participate in athletic competition based on the gender with which they identify instead of biological sex.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
For my entire life I have been raised in the southern baptist church. Being a Christian is more than just religion or going to church on Sunday. Its being connected to God through Jesus and the Holy Spirit. We have a connection between God unlike no other. I believe that the Holy Bible is a set of moral code that we should follow and that's why the enemy believes in fighting against Christianity because that moral code, the Holy Bible, is what keeps us surviving and thriving, successful and prosperous, safe and secure.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
The Constitution of the Republic of the United States of America nor the Constitution of the State of Texas requires a person to have a certain level of education or experience to run for or be elected to a public office. It is the connection between the community and their representative that makes our system of government unique. I have that connection. It is the values and connection to the community I want to represent in the State Legislature that qualifies me to hold the office I am seeking. But to answer the question directly, I am an Economics and Finance major, and a leader of three community based organizations.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
I have not been convicted of a felony nor have I been penalized for sexual misconduct.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Did not answer
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
No restrictions on gun ownership would keep the public safe. Any law-abiding citizen who is mentally-stable should own a firearm. It is their second amendment right to defend themselves and their family from any harm, especially that of the government and any foreign adversary who dares to do harm to the American people.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Strongly Agree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
Criminal Justice Workforce Development Flood Mitigation Public Education Infrastructure
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I believe that racism still exists, but not like it use to. In the past, people who look like me were actively hunted down by the KKK, the Democrat Party, and law enforcement. Today, that threat is no more. Yes, there are still racist in the world and yes some do want to rid this country of minority races, but the threat of racism is not a major threat to the United States. What threatens us more than racism are government policies that encourages fatherless homes minority communities, abortion that was founded to limit the black community, and the current criminal justice system that create criminals.
