Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
The question assumes too much about the answer. INstead of just saying Pro or Anti, I would make a small change to the abortion laws to allow for pre-natal adoption. That means if a woman does not want her unborn child, any individual or organization can step forward and adopt it, as well as taking responsibility for all medical costs related to delivery. Through the privacy of the doctor, the adopting parents can ask the woman to please bring the child to term. The woman can say “yes” or “no”—that’s pro-choice. If she says “yes”, we’ve just saved a baby—that’s pro-life. And since many babies are aborted for economic reasons, the number of abortions is guaranteed to decrease. More details about the approach are on my website at https://www.kenk4pa.com/issues/abortion.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Absolute power corrupts absolutely, so it needs to be diluted, throttled, controlled, and avoided whenever possible.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
The best way to lower unemployment is to improve the business environment, and the best way to do that is to cut taxes. Taxes are simply too high: property taxes, corporate taxes, sales taxes, gas taxes, all taxes. The reason why taxes are so high is because spending is too high. In fact, the cost of government in Pennsylvania has been rising on average at more than three times the rate of inflation for over 50 years! In 1964, Harrisburg took in an average of $100 per person, but today it’s over $2,500 per person, and still growing. It doesn't matter if it’s a Democrat in office or a Republican; the direction is always up, up, up. When I’m governor, that trend will end. I promise to veto every single tax increase that crosses my desk. And I’ll aggressively use the line item veto to eliminate unconstitutional pork barrel spending on special interests. History has shown that tax cuts always spur the economy. As governor, I plan to spur Pennsylvania’s economy like never before.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Federal over-regulation has all but destroyed the possibility of affordable health care, and any meaningful remedy must originate at the federal level. However, there is one affordable option still open to Pennsylvanians: Health Share organizations. They’re not insurance, but rather voluntary groups of individuals who pool resources to pay each other’s medical expenses. The typical fair share cost for members is a fraction of the cost of regular insurance, typically 20%-25% of the premium for an Obamacare policy. Unfortunately, some Health Share organizations are not permitted to operate in Pennsylvania. As governor, I would work to further open up this inexpensive alternative and attempt to limit federal meddling.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Pardon me for repeating myself, but the best way to increase employment opportunities is to improve the business environment, and the best way to do that is to cut taxes. Taxes are simply too high. The reason why taxes are so high is because spending is too high. What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
The most valuable asset I bring to the political scene is my ability to understand and manage the structure of an organization and its supporting data, a field known in the Information Technology sector as business architecture. I hold three U.S. Patents in that field, and have written seminal articles on the topic, and I’d like to bring them to bear to better understand Pennsylvania’s government, its structure, and how to eliminate duplication, waste, and illogical, counterproductive programs. I run an Information Technology consulting firm, and have made a good living bringing those sorts of benefits to private companies; it’s long past the time we did that for our government. On a personal note, my wife Roberta and I have children and grandchildren in the state, and I want the best possible future for them and all Pennsylvanians.
