Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, is celebrated as a revolutionary for women's rights. She is praised for advocating birth control access & sexual autonomy for women. However, Sanger’s deeply sinister ingrained Eugenic beliefs, which were rooted in her desire to control the reproduction of the “unfit”—a category she defined largely by race and class. Hitler used same idea of Eugenics to genocide the unfit, from Madison Grant, an American lawyer 'The Passing of the Great Race'.

If the Doctor tells you, that he/she can save either the mother from death or the child from death, but Not Both, even at the time of giving birth, the Mother is to be saved. It becomes a clash of Absolutes, in choosing the life of an individual.

If Science tells us that when the sperm Makes contact with the Egg, there is life. Life begins at conception. If Science tells us there is life at conception for animals, what is the difference for human beings conception? That law would be hard to enforce, if other states allow it. If you had a strict protection program from interstate transportation of the abortion-inducing drugs, the Black Market would get involved in unlawful trade & transport. Enforcing the laws becomes an issue. What would be the penalties?

The 1st Amendment protects the rights of free will and religious expression. The Supreme Court ruled 2023, Businesses providing goods and services to the public cannot be forced to provide expressive goods and services that are contrary to their beliefs. The First Amendment’s protection of free speech trumps legislation designed to ensure full and equal access to the goods and services private businesses provide to the public.

If One desires to Truly Reduce the costs of Health Care; the Federal & States Governments Need to be completely Removed Out of it. The Government & Insurance Companies have been practicing Medicine without a License for Decades. The Government is there to provide protection of patients rights and making sure the procedures from the medical world are proper and tested. We have an estimated 35 million Illegal aliens. Many have committed crimes. It has become a huge tax burden on the American citizens draining Government Programs, in particular the Democrat run major cities. Biological males should not be in women's sports or locker rooms. Protect women's rights to privacy, safety, and dignity. Allowing biological males access can lead to violations of privacy and increased risks of harassment and injury for female athletes.
