What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
A School should be a safe space and source of information for children focused strictly on education and well-being. When a student faces a crisis pregnancy, the institution's duty is to provide objective information and connect them with verified community and healthcare resources without offering personal opinions, moral judgment, or pressure toward any specific choice. By maintaining strict neutrality, respecting family involvement, and offering flexible academic accommodations, the school protects the student from harassment and keeps them on track to graduate. This balanced approach preserves personal autonomy while ensuring the student stays supported and educated.
ECONOMY
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

The term "forgiveness" is misleading because it frames the policy as debt elimination rather than liability transfer. The debt is not erased; the responsibility is absorbed by the general taxpayer base. While the initial burden per taxpayer may appear incremental, the long-term cumulative effect creates a compounding financial strain on the public balance sheet.
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
The existing funding model works well because it establishes a strong foundational educational system without creating excessive government overreach. By funding core public education while preserving parental freedom, it allows families to choose alternative pathways—such as private or home education—that best suit their needs.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
With regard to public schools, what does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state ensures that public educational institutions remain neutral without endorsing or affiliating with any religious denomination, thereby safeguarding students' individual religious liberties. However, maintaining institutional neutrality does not require ignoring our heritage; our nation was established on Christian principles, and acknowledging those foundational values remains essential to understanding American history.
IMMIGRATION
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enhances the safety and security of communities by identifying and detaining illegal aliens.

Federal immigration enforcement must be balanced with strict accountability. ICE requires more rigorous training regarding civil liberties to prevent the wrongful detention of U.S. citizens. Ultimately, general public safety should remain under local jurisdiction, with federal involvement limited primarily to protecting citizens from foreign threats.
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.

Medical services like abortion should never be solicited or promoted. Furthermore, gender-affirming care pushes an ideological concept over basic biology. There are two distinct genders—male and female—and anything beyond that represents ideological propaganda rather than legitimate medical care.
Consequences for bad behavior create a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.

Consequences are essential for maintaining a safe and orderly environment today and in the future. Clear consequences deter further negative behavior and teach individuals that certain actions are unacceptable. Without accountability and consequences, an individual will only fall deeper into a cycle of self-destruction.

Most of this curriculum is necessary, but Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity should be excluded. Introducing these concepts creates unwarranted confusion in young minds. Additionally, health education should accurately cover male anatomy, including both circumcised and uncircumcised forms, rather than treating circumcision as the universal default standard.
It is discriminatory for a school district to cause academically eligible students to forfeit participation in U.I.L. competition when the student opts for instruction outside of the public school system.

School choice creates competition, and that competition will push public schools to improve their educational systems.

I am an Open minded Christian. I have an incredible relationship with God as he guides me with the gift of discernment. I am also open minded enough to listen and learn from other religions and beliefs but strong enough in my faith to be unwavering.

Government should not be involved in someone's marriage. Marriage License in Texas came about due to Texas's ban on interracial marriage. It remained on the books until June 12, 1967, when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled all state anti-miscegenation statutes unconstitutional under the 14th Amendment.
Mental health conditions such as anorexia and gender dysphoria need to be treated, not affirmed.
