The role of the school is to refer the matter to the family or legal guardian of student.
ECONOMY
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Student loans that cannot be paid are related to degree plans for which there is no, or very few jobs. Colleges should be held accountable for these loans if the student was enrolled under the false impression that they will hold a lucrative degree and after graduation learn that there is no need for what they learned.
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
I believe that the government should assist funding institutions that produce students that will be fully prepared to meet admission requirements to 4-year universities, or trade schools. I believe that property taxes should be eliminated and that parents can take their tax savings and enroll their children into schools of their choice.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
With regard to public schools, what does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion", this was where the separation of church and state comes from. America is a Judeo-Christian nation most of our laws come from the Judeo-Christian values. While I am not a religious person, most if not all of the freedoms in America unique in the world, enshrined in the constitution, are Judeo-Christian based, and for 250 years it has not been a bad thing.
IMMIGRATION
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enhances the safety and security of communities by identifying and detaining illegal aliens.

Identifying, detaining, and "removing" not "aliens' but people who are in the country without having followed the acceptable pathway into a nation that is so charitable and giving. The kindness, and charity of the USA is being exploited, certainly not by all but by too many.
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.

I have a background in Gender Dysphoria, this condition is real and the people who experience it are alone insolated and vilified in society. it is a terrible tragedy that this poor vulnerable group has been co-opted by wicked, cruel, power-seeking people, claiming to "come to the rescue" of this group. They have been told that through medications, hormones, and brutal surgery, gender dysphoria can be managed, this is a lie that has destroyed so many people, I have seen it.
Consequences for bad behavior create a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.

I agree with a sex education program that is fully transparent with the family of the student. There are families that want no non-immediate family member to discuss these topics with their children. Having said that, I think that abortion consequences to include alternatives, abstinence, contraception, anatomy and physiology, orientation, and identity (without any of the affirming) are all good topics to be discussed.
It is discriminatory for a school district to cause academically eligible students to forfeit participation in U.I.L. competition when the student opts for instruction outside of the public school system.

Mental health conditions such as anorexia and gender dysphoria need to be treated, not affirmed.

You have that backwards; these conditions exist I have seen them and treated them. However, in the case of gender dysphoria certain psyche meds, can be helpful, but hormones and surgery are never, the solution. Anorexia, is in the DSM V, as is GD if that doesn't affirm the condition, I don't know what does.
School library books that have literary value, as determined by experts, should be exempt from obscenity laws.

Who are these experts? if COVID taught us anything it is that experts are not always what they claim. I am a big book guy, if a book is considered a classic over the past several generations of experts I would agree, but a book written today and claimed to be a masterpiece by some singular expert I would have my doubts. Having said that I am so grateful for my love of reading and I have read many of the books considered classics of the 19th 20th century and they made me who I am today.
