Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Life begins at conception. As a Christian, it is my duty to protect the unborn. As your Congressman, it is my responsibility to make sure our tax dollars are not spent on infanticide and our state laws are not encroached. I will fight to make sure none of our tax dollars fund Planned Parenthood. Our laws here in Louisiana protecting the unborn are being targeted by Democrats in DC who want abortion drugs flooding the state. Not on my watch. I will protect our state's protection of the unborn.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you. — Jeremiah 1:5 Life begins at conception and deserves the law's full protection. I oppose elective abortion and will champion policies that defend the sanctity of human life at every stage. A baby should never be murdered under any circumstance — every child deserves to be cherished.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Planned Parenthood does not deserve a penny of federal funding. Period.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

. Our laws here in Louisiana protecting the unborn are being targeted by Democrats in DC who want abortion drugs flooding the state. I fear this is only the start of what will be a coordinated campaign by these radicals to bring abortion back into our state either through laws passed in Congress or regulations drafted by career bureaucrats. It will be my top priority to fight their attack on our state’s protection of the unborn.

Free enterprise and private property rights are the foundation of American prosperity. Government's role is to protect these freedoms, not restrict them through overregulation or excessive taxation. Our Founding Fathers understood that liberty and property rights go hand in hand, and they enshrined that principle in our Constitution. When entrepreneurs and property owners are free to build, invest, and grow, our whole economy — and Louisiana families — benefit."
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

No. Punishing success with higher taxes doesn't help working families — it kills jobs and slows growth. Real relief comes from cutting taxes and government wasteful spending, not redistributing wealth. I'll fight to let all Louisianans keep more of what they earn, not target one group to fund another. The government raising taxes is never a solution. When people pay more taxes, the trickle down effect is less jobs, less growth and more government. That hurts everyone.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

This should be approached on a case by case. I support cutting wasteful, fraudulent spending to rein in inflation and shrink our national debt — but not at the expense of promises already made. I will always protect Social Security and Medicare for the seniors who paid into them and earned every benefit. I will always support the military. The major immediate culprit which can be cut is the Medicaid fraud in Blue States.

1. Crack down on fraud in Medicare, Medicaid, and federal programs which is primarily in the blue states. 2. Require independent audits of federal agencies to root out duplicative, outdated programs and cut grant spending. 3. Target social engineering earmarks and unaccountable Washington slush-fund spending. 4. Cut non-essential federal consulting and contractor spending. 5. Cut all subsidies to illegal immigrants.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Religious liberty and freedom of conscience are protected by the First Amendment, not privileges for government to override. No one should be forced to act against their sincerely held moral or religious beliefs. I will defend the right of individuals and business owners to live and work according to their faith.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The Constitution provides us with freedom or religion, not freedom from religion. This is clear. The Founders intended to protect the church from the state, not scrub God from our schools, courthouses, and public square. Our country was founded on Judeo-Christian values, and faith has shaped our nation from the start. I will defend that heritage.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Medicare is a promise made to our seniors and should be protected.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. C. America's strength starts at home. We've spent trillions of dollars and American lives on conflicts and nation-building that haven't made us safer. But make no mistake — China, Russia, and Iran are real threats to our national security, and I will support peace through strength and a strong military to deter them, while reserving intervention for genuine, direct threats to our nation."

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
I am an unabashed supporter of Israel. It is our duty as Christians to support the Jewish State, its security and its fight against Islamist terrorist. Israel is one of America's greatest allies and a beacon of democracy in a hostile region. Israel fights its own wars and defends itself with skill and resolve — and when our interests align, Israel and America stand shoulder to shoulder. I will always support Israel's right to defend itself and strengthen that alliance.

Islamic terrorism has threatened Americans since our nation's founding, Thomas Jefferson sent the Navy and Marines to defeat the Barbary pirates. That same resolve is needed today. Radical Islamic terrorists continue to seek our destruction. These savages have murdered, maimed, and raped American soldiers and servicewomen in cold blood. There is no negotiating with a medieval enemy that is fundamentally incompatible with liberty, human dignity, and the modern world.

The gender mutilation of our children is a sin. Any parent that would do this to their child deserves to be jailed along with the doctors who cut up the child. This is sick and should be federally banned. If a parent wants to mutilate their child, the government has a duty to protect the child from these sick individuals. I am an unabashed protector of children and opponent of moral decay.

My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of who I am and how I will govern. I am an ordained Deacon at Zoar Baptist Church in Central, Louisiana. I have participated in many mission trips and have taught Sunday School. I believe in the truth of Scripture, the dignity of every human life, and that we are called to love our neighbor and serve with humility. That faith guides my commitment to protecting life, family, and religious liberty, and reminds me that all earthly authority is accountable to God.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.

The SAVE AMERICA ACT simply requires proof of citizenship to vote. Every citizen has identification. Yet Democrats oppose this commonsense measure to secure our elections. We all know why, the Democrats want illegals to vote in our elections. I want our district to know that their vote in the 2028 election will not be undone in blue or purple states. My constituents can count on my support for any and all measure on my support for any and all measure to pass the SAVE AMERICA ACT.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Men in women's sports is another example of the moral decay the leftists want to bring on our country. Women deserve total protection in every space set aside for them: sports, locker rooms, shelters, sorority houses, and prisons — no exceptions, no compromise. I will fight to codify sex as biological fact into law and strip funding from any institution that puts women at risk for a twisted leftist ideology which is rooted in evil.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Natural gas and nuclear power are the most reliable sources to meet our growing electricity demand. Louisiana's energy industry has powered this nation for generations, and I will fight to protect our industry and jobs from the no-growth leftists.

I am a proud Christian, husband and father who has decided to seek office because my district and county deserve better than the my opponents who are all career politicians. As an ordained Deacon at Zoar Baptist Church in Central, Louisiana and private businessman, I have a life experience and mindset that I will bring to Washington which is rooted in faith, the Constitution and free market principles. I will battle in Washington DC to protect my constituents and make their lives better.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Every child is a precious gift from God, and Scripture is clear about those who prey on them: 'It would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and be cast into the sea' than to cause a child to stumble (Matthew 18:6). I will fight for tougher penalties for online predators, hold tech companies accountable, and equip parents and law enforcement to keep our kids safe.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Second Amendment is not up for negotiation — it guarantees the right of law-abiding Americans to keep and bear arms, full stop. Public safety comes from prosecuting criminals to the fullest extent of the law, not stripping rights from law-abiding citizens. I will oppose any new restrictions on gun ownership and defend our constitutional right to self-defense.
