Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

The concept of "life beginning at conception" isn't even biblical. Quite the contrary, in fact. So, no, I don't have a problem with a bunch of embryos being fertilized during IVF and then the embryos that aren't selected for implantation are disposed of.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
There should be a maximum wage instead.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Our current "free enterprise" system has allowed the wealthy to hoard all of the private property, rendering us less productive than ever, and each of us is poorer because of it.

Defund the military. Defund the police. Stop funding foreign governments.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means that your religious beliefs have no bearing on the laws that affect others, but you still get to worship at the church of your choice.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Depends on the services. Depends on the beliefs. No business should be required to support the Department of Homeland Security, and the ICE thugs that have been kidnapping our neighbors and putting them in concentration camps.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Universal healthcare. Not only will it save trillions of dollars, it will also save millions of lives.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

The US government has shown that it is its own worst enemy in each of these sectors. The CCP has lifted hundreds of millions out of poverty without invading anywhere, we could learn a thing or two from them.

Unfortunately, it is very important, which is why the US needs to cut off all aid and support for the genocidal apartheid state of Israel, which has been destabilizing the middle east for decades, killing millions in the process.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

There is no reason why any border should be more enforced than the border between Wisconsin and Minnesota. Human lives are more valuable than any line on a map. Minnesota should offer sanctuary to any and all persons, especially those fleeing persecution at the hands of the federal government.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

I wish I could trust the US Dept of Education. Regardless of whatever they do, education in Minnesota will be teacher-led, parent-informed, and fully funded.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

We haven't had a problem with voter fraud here in Minnesota, despite the ludicrous claims otherwise. Voter ID laws just make it harder for poor folks to vote.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

The US Government gave reparations to the former owners of slaves for "losing their property." We absolutely owe reparations to any and everyone (and their descendants) who was subjected to the highest crime by our country.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
To bring the billionaires who hoard wealth, control governments, ruin the environment, to justice. To eliminate the ICE agents who are putting our neighbors into concentration camps.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

This is important, but every "protection" that our government has put in place thus far has just lead to increasing our surveillance state.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

This is racist nonsense. Literally, a non-issue. What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Unless you pick up arms to fight against the government that is kidnapping my neighbors based on the color of their skin, you don't deserve to own a gun. Background checks seem fine, too.
