QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
All innocent human life has value from the moment of conception and should be given full Constitutional protections.
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
The school has a duty to inform the student's parents and allow them to decide how to move forward as a family. No school, staff, or district employees should be involved in this process outside of informing the parents or legal guardians.
ECONOMY
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.
Strongly Agree
Student loan forgiveness only forgives the debt for the person who chose to take the loan to begin with. The burden of repayment falls to the taxpayers.
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
I do not believe in cradle to college funding for every student at the expense of the taxpayer. Pre-K should remain an option for those who choose it at their expense. College is not a requirement for every profession, so it should not be paid for without limit, by taxpayers. Alternatively, CTE programs are available for many high school aged students, and offers specialty training that prepares students to go directly into a career field without amassing college debt.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
With regard to public schools, what does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means that no religious ideology should be taught to students in schools. Issues of spirituality and morality should be taught by each student's own parents. It is not the job of educators to impart their deeply held beliefs on someone else's child.
IMMIGRATION
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enhances the safety and security of communities by identifying and detaining illegal aliens.
Strongly Agree
We are a nation of laws, and those who choose not to respect our laws when coming into our country should be detained and repatriated.
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.
Strongly Disagree
No adult should be imparting their beliefs on someone else's child, and that includes the issues of abortion and gender ideology. Presenting these topics in an educational setting offers a position of authority to institutions and ideological issues that they should not have. These issues are for families to discuss, not educators.
Consequences for bad behavior create a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.
Strongly Agree
Swift, appropriate consequences for bad behavior deters others from repeating that behavior. Correction should also escalate at an appropriate pace for each infraction until the behavior has been corrected. One student's disruptive behavior can have lasting impacts on their fellow students ability to learn, and should not be tolerated.
Educators should give students a thorough education in America's founding documents and cultivate American patriotism.
Strongly Agree
Students should learn an unbiased, true account of America and the beautiful story of her founding. If taught without biases, students will naturally cultivate a sense of patriotism, because of how incredible our country really is. History is one of the most important topics we teach our next generation, because they can learn from the successes and failures of the systems and processes of a successful nation.
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Each state should have control over their education system, and have the ability to tailor it to meet the unique needs of their state. Federal involvement adds too much bureaucracy to every process, places blanket requirements for every student, and stifles progress in each state. The needs of Arizona students are not the same as Maine's, and each state should be able to customize their approach without federal involvement.
If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development

Please list in order the following priorities in relation to the role of a K-12 public school (omitting any that do not apply): American History, Art & Music, Civics, Critical Race Theory, Foreign Language, Gender Identity, Information Technology, Language Arts, Mathematics, Personal Finances, Physical Fitness, Political Activism, Science, Sexuality, Social Emotional Learning, Vocational Learning
Language Arts, Math, American History (also world history for comparison), Civics, Science, Personal Finance, Physical Fitness, Information Technology, Vocational Learning, Art & Music, Foreign Language.
Public schools should prioritize academic achievement and building character necessary to preserve American traditions and self-government.
Strongly Agree
The purpose of the education system is to educate the next generation of leaders in every industry in our country. We much prioritize academics and character building so that we have smart, hard working, innovative young adults to take leadership roles.
School choice creates competition, and that competition will push public schools to improve their educational systems.
Strongly Agree
Each student is a potential customer for each school choice option. In order to gain the trust, and the business, of each student, we must constantly improve our product to make it the most appealing option available. School choice forces every vendor to be better than the competition, therefore pushing them to improve outcomes.
VALUES
Biological males should be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Disagree
No male has the right to force their presence on a female in any space. Girls and women have the right to private spaces, where they feel safe and comfortable. Men or boys who feel different have the option to use single use facilities, and should only play in gender specific sports that align with their biological sex.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am an absolutely imperfect, unworthy sinner who does not deserve grace or forgiveness. However, Jesus found me worthy. I have a relationship with Jesus, and am constantly learning and growing in my faith and devotion to Him.
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Parents are responsible for their children's physical and medical health. They are the ultimate authority in their child's life, and no governmental institution or employee has the right to override that authority.
I support the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., that people should be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.
Strongly Agree
No person should be judged by immutable characteristics, rather they should be seen as who they are as a person. Putting emphasis on someone's outward appearance rather than the character and heart they have only serves to divide people.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is a Biblical institution that mankind has no right to redefine.
Mental health conditions such as anorexia and gender dysphoria need to be treated, not affirmed.
Strongly Agree
The most loving thing to do for someone suffering any sort of dysphoria is to help them seek treatment for the underlying issues causing it. Affirming any delusion can cause more harm, and does not serve to heal the person suffering from it.
School library books that have literary value, as determined by experts, should be exempt from obscenity laws.
Strongly Disagree
The term "expert" can be subjectively applied, and the groups asserting their "expert" status can be steeped in personal biases. Obscenity laws exist for a reason, and should not be open to exemption based on someone's subjective "expert" opinion.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
The right to vote is granted to American citizens of a certain age and legal status. Only eligible American citizens should be allowed to vote in any US election. Therefore, we must be able to identify who is and who is not eligible to have free and fair elections.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

What political party are you affiliated with?
Republican
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to immigration and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
My faith dictates my values, therefore I am a Conservative. I believe in the core values and liberties espoused by our US Constitution, very limited government, and protecting parental rights in all facets. I believe in the most amount of individual freedom that does not impede on another individual's rights. As a Conservative, I believe that all politics should be removed from education.
2ND AMENDMENT
Faculty who are licensed to carry and have had ongoing training should be allowed to carry guns at school in order to respond to an active shooter situation.
Strongly Agree
There should be strict training and certification requirements. Well trained staff should be allowed to conceal carry in school and be prepared to protect the life of students and staff on campus.
