QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Life is non-negotiable. A baby is a baby at the moment of conception.
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
First and foremost, school officials must always make the effort to document that the Parent of the student is notified (if Parents are unaware of the pregnancy); secondly, once the attempt to make contact is completed, school officials are to hand off the matter to the parents. Any other scenario must be handled with the family.
ECONOMY
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.
Strongly Agree
Any individual who requested financial help by borrowing money for College/University studies must be held accountable to pay back the debt.
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
As much as K-12 public schools continue to say they are underfunded, data consistently shows they are bloated with costs not directly related to the classroom. Compared to Charter Schools and Private Schools' test scores, there's no comparison. Public schools are falling further behind. When you add in homeschooled students and the funding they receive (using AZ data), it's amazing there's no outcry from the taxpaying public to halt funding until accountability and trust is restored.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
With regard to public schools, what does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
This statement is not found in the US Constitution. To me, the US Constitution is clear about separation of church and state; it should protect students’ freedom to practice their faith, pray voluntarily, and express religious beliefs, just as it protects students who choose not to participate. Government should remain neutral—not hostile—to religion. Public schools must not impose nor impede particular religious expression.
IMMIGRATION
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enhances the safety and security of communities by identifying and detaining illegal aliens.
Strongly Agree
A protected nation from illegal immigrants and uninvited criminal foreigners is a safer nation. Unenforceable Immigration Laws create unsafe communities and severe national security challenges. We need safe borders to protect our citizenry from those who come for nefarious reasons and illegal activities. ICE helps us accomplish the protection and safety of our nation.
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.
Strongly Disagree
I believe our schools must refocus on the fundamentals: reading, writing, math, science, history, civics, critical thinking, and real-world skills. Schools should teach children how to think, not what to think, while respecting parents as the primary advocates for their children. Any organization that will undermine Parental Authority must never step foot in the Public Schools.
Consequences for bad behavior create a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.
Strongly Agree
As an experienced classroom Educator for over 40 years, classroom management is the catalyst that drives instruction. If behavior is left unchecked or, worse, not addressed by administration and the students is allowed to continue disrupting the classroom environment without consequences, learning suffers, and student behavior will never improve. A quick and decisive behavioral consequence is better than no consequence.
Educators should give students a thorough education in America's founding documents and cultivate American patriotism.
Strongly Agree
As mentioned prior, I believe our schools must refocus on teaching American history, civics, critical thinking, and real-world skills. Schools should teach children how to think, not what to think. Graduating students to understand the world they will be navigating on their own by learning how to debate fairly and with respect will produce a nation of stronger and healthier individuals.
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
As a fiscally responsible citizen, the less government bureaucracy there is, the less government waste is avoided. Individual states will have more control of how money for education can be utilized and it opens up the opportunity for Parents to make decisions for their children rather getting directives from the federal government.
If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development
Sex Ed should be a discussion from the Parents perspective only and not appropriate for the Public School curriculum. If a child takes an anatomy class- the curriculum must adhere to science and parts of the body. Any controversial ideas or opinions should be avoided such as: abortion as a healthy alternative or a woman's right to choose; any talk of contraception, sex acts, pleasures of sex, sexual orientation or gender identity, pedophilia, etc. Parents must be the authority on these issues.
Please list in order the following priorities in relation to the role of a K-12 public school (omitting any that do not apply): American History, Art & Music, Civics, Critical Race Theory, Foreign Language, Gender Identity, Information Technology, Language Arts, Mathematics, Personal Finances, Physical Fitness, Political Activism, Science, Sexuality, Social Emotional Learning, Vocational Learning
The following Curricular subjects should only be provided by the Public Schools in order of importance K-12: 1. Language Arts, 2. Mathematics, 3. American History, 4. Civics & Politics without Political Activism, 5. Science, 6. Information Technology, 7. Personal Finances, 8. Vocational Learning, 9. Physical Fitness, 10. Art & Music and 11. Foreign Language.
Public schools should prioritize academic achievement and building character necessary to preserve American traditions and self-government.
Strongly Agree
Yes, restoring rigorous instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, science, American history, civics, and economics; setting clear standards and holding students and schools accountable; and teaching students the principles behind the American constitutional order—liberty, equality before the law, individual responsibility, free speech, due process, and representative government. More importantly, Parents should remain the primary authorities on religious and deeply personal moral questions.
School choice creates competition, and that competition will push public schools to improve their educational systems.
Strongly Agree
Competition can create pressure to improve because schools have a stronger incentive to attract and retain families. If parents have meaningful alternatives, schools that consistently perform poorly lose students and, potentially, funding or community support. That can encourage public schools to improve teaching, curriculum, academic outcomes, and responsiveness to parents. When families have choices, schools have stronger incentives to earn their trust rather than take enrollment for granted.
VALUES
Biological males should be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Disagree
Men must stay in their lane and stay out of Women's sports or spaces, whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prisons.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in a Biblical Worldview: God the Father, creator of heaven and earth. Jesus Christ, God’s Son, who was born of the Virgin Mary, suffered, was crucified and buried, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return to judge everyone. The Holy Spirit and the Christian Church. The communion of saints and the forgiveness of sins. The resurrection of the body and eternal life.
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Parents must remain the primary authorities of their child's physical and mental health and well-being, along with their educational well-being 100% of the time.
I support the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., that people should be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.
Strongly Agree
This teaching/idea has always been the Source of how to treat human beings with dignity and respect long before Martin Luther, Jr. was alive. Its tenets come from a Biblical Worldview.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
The only reason I can think of to disagree with a historically and spiritually sound idea of a covenant marriage is that imperfect human beings believe they can improve on what is Truth. If the day comes that government supersedes this perfect principle, we will not have a country that honors God's perfect plan for marriage.
Mental health conditions such as anorexia and gender dysphoria need to be treated, not affirmed.
Strongly Agree
Mental health conditions should be treated by qualified professionals outside the Public School system and only with Parental Consent. There must not be school officials diagnosing and recommending to or informing Parents about the mental health of a child/student. The only information that a school official is required to do is to alert a parent about potential harm they may have observed regarding a student. School Administration must give step-by-step instructions/training on how to report.
School library books that have literary value, as determined by experts, should be exempt from obscenity laws.
Strongly Disagree
Not all books deemed to have literary value by experts are necessarily appropriate to include in school libraries- especially when said "value" does not match the moral values of every child. Parental consent and Parental authority determine the final say. A rubric for appropriate literary value should be established and consistent with appropriate obscenity laws, including age-appropriate language and content.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Agree
100% Yes. If we need an ID to drive, to fly, or to enter a governmental building- it's absurd to think otherwise. A nation that allows anyone to vote without showing/proving their ID is a nation that cares less about Rule of Law and is asking for chaotic times to exist.

2ND AMENDMENT
Faculty who are licensed to carry and have had ongoing training should be allowed to carry guns at school in order to respond to an active shooter situation.
Agree
Only trained individuals who are licensed to carry are encouraged to carry guns on a school campus. I firmly believe when potential active shooters know that there will be multiple trained individuals on a school campus- they will have second and third thoughts about entering a school.
