QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Disagree

Don't agree with having an abortion; But if we are going to have a free country a women must make this important choice without government intervention. Conservatives don't seem to understand that small government means that the government needs to stay away from people's personal lives and mind their own business. Both sides of the aisle seem to be run by people who want to control any issue they feel is important and the result is an overbearing government that attacks people from every angle.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Neutral

Since science first learned about DNA man has spent more and more time playing God. Artificial insemination, GMO's, gene coding, stem cell research, vaccines and now AI are all proof that nobody has faith in God anymore. The answer to living a long healthy life is taking care of the planet we live on. We need to go organic and get back in touch with nature and our true purpose. The answer to living a quality life is being grateful and joyful. Love is the answer and playing God is the problem.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

People need to be allowed to run their own lives without outside interference. God's greatest law is free agency. People need to be allowed to make all personal decisions and be guided by their inner voice. We need to let God be the judge whenever possible. What is right for one may not be right for another. Abortion is a personal issue that must be made by individuals. Forcing someone to have a child they don't want is more likely to hurt than help a child.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

This candidate supports universal healthcare and free will. Love and compassion towards all is the answer. Unwanted interference always has bad results. For every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction. America is the most violent country in the world because we live in a police state. We have more people in prison, by far, then any other country. When people have loving support, they make the best decisions.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Disagree

Banning drugs is never the answer. The drug war has been an absolute failure. Banning another drug gives more power to the police state. Being the most powerful nation in the world is a reason for shame not pride. For every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction, and this can't be overstated or said too many times. Love and compassion are always the answer. Loving your neighbor is always the answer. The Christian right is the most unchristian and backwards force in the world.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

To deny people the right to own and control their property and wealth is counterproductive to the idea of freedom itself. Countries exist because individuals banded together against kingdoms for the right to own and defend property. Only living breathing citizens should be allowed to own land. As long as corporations are allowed to own land, they will continue to corner the real estate market. Corporations are becoming the kings and masters of the people by hoarding real estate.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Strongly Agree

People who make more should pay more in taxes. It's not only the tax rates that need to be changed, it's the loopholes that need to be eliminated. The problem is that fat cats use corporations to avoid taxes and accountability. Corporations must be taxed by wealth not income because they are by design meant to report very little income. Removing the cap on FICA income would make social security solvent immediately. Billionaires pay nearly nothing into FICA while the poor get fleeced.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Agree

This should be a two-pronged approach. Both spending and taxes should be part of the equation. This candidate supports a balanced budget amendment. The problem is that the wealthiest country in the world gives away trillions of dollars to bankers and industrialists at the people's expense. Corruption, bribery, and tax loopholes are wrecking the budget. We all know that corruption runs rampant in the U.S. system of government. Impeach the supreme court for legalizing corruption and bribery.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

Transparency is the top priority in controlling government waste. The people should have an accurate account of every penny spent by the government. Corruption and a crooked supreme court are the reason we can't balance the budget. NDAs and the prosecution of whistleblowers override freedom of speech. Snowden is an American hero not a criminal. People sign NDAs because they need jobs and NDAs are the biggest reason corruption goes unseen and is not prosecuted. Accountability is the answer.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Agree

Moral and/or religious beliefs are arbitrary, and nobody has the right to decide for another person. The separation of church and state means nothing if you can force others to comply with your beliefs. If millions of people are going to live in peace tolerance is the key. Religions by their very nature are intolerant. There is a reason there is no book of Christ in the bible. Goodness is something found in the heart and comes from the inside not a book.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The separation of church and state is always something to strive for, but it always has and always will be a problem because so many people believe they have the answer that others seek. Prohibition was a disaster, the drug war is a disaster because free will and loving tolerance have always been the answer, not force and harsh laws. Tolerance is key to the success of any society. Loving your enemy is key, because an intolerant majority is the Achilles heel of democracy.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

B. People should not be punished for being sick. It is a crime against humanity that more people are bankrupted by medical problems than for any other reason. Healing is the business of the loving, not the greedy. Medical care is run by hypocrites, because the hypocritic oath is not taken seriously by money hungry doctors. It's like trump taking his oath on the bible it means nothing.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

Data bases need not contain names and economics should not be the sole determining factor controlling healthcare. Greedy people are the reason America pays the most and gets the least for their healthcare dollars.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C. The legislative branch must control foreign policy. All treaties and tariffs should be supported by at least 67% of the vote. The reason for such a high standard is necessary and the only way to insure international stability. The executive branches job is to follow the laws, not make them. All executive orders must be approved by the legislative branch. No government official can have immunity of any kind. America has a long history of ignoring treaties and breaking international laws.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Disagree

It is not by accident that the five countries with veto power over the U.N. and international law are all tyrannical. Immunity to the law is absurd and assures that world peace will remain unattainable. The truth is the world should boycott all five of these nations. International law means nothing under these rules' and conditions. Immunity has upset the balance of power within America and worldwide. Absolute veto power and immunity lead to absolute power and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Isreal shouldn't get one cent of American support. No country including the United States should be exempt from any international law or treaty signed by the legislative branch. President Trump, Secretary Hegseth, President Putin and Prime Minister Netanyahu should all be arrested and held accountable for violating international laws. No government has the right to violate anyone's human rights. Gaza is the worst case of genocide since America wiped out the Native Americans. Embarrassing!

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Disagree

Islamic terrorism is a reaction to the violation of human rights by Isreal and the United States. Again, I will state the obvious, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Imagine if any country did to America what we have done to Iran. The best way to fight terrorism is justice, and the prosecution of American and Israeli leaders who continuously violate international law.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

That should be left up to the democratic process. As long as arrests deportation are not in violation of human rights it should be a matter of majority rule. Employers should be held liable for violations of immigration laws. Immigrants have little to lose; but if we aggressively prosecuted employers the problems would largely cease to exist. The Epstein class are simply not held accountable by American law.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Agree

When laws, that respect human rights, are enacted nobody is above those laws. The problem is human rights cannot be violated in the process of enforcing any law. People have a right and responsibility to protect anyone whose human rights are being violated. Sanctuary cities are a reaction to human rights violations. The best way to end sanctuary cities is to quit violating human rights. Every action produces an equal and opposite reaction. It's time for serious change here in America.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Disagree

Standards must be set at a federal level. The federal government must the law of the land and these laws must be obeyed by all states and all entities within each state must be accountable to federal standards. The Department of Education is in need of reform but giving state and local government total control is not the answer.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

Foreign governments should not hold the purse strings to any American policy. It would serve America well to admit our problems and learn from the example of countries who do better at educating their children then ourselves. The reason America is falling behind is because we fail to recognize any mistakes we make in anything we do. Arrogance is always the demise of powerful nations.

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Children are rightfully treated differently than adults. It makes no sense to allow children to make adult decisions. Smoking, drinking, voting and driving are regulated differently amounting to age discrimination. This makes no sense whatsoever. The problem is the age a person is allowed to be treated as an adult is unclear. It makes no sense to try children as adults. To be given the responsibility of an adult without receiving the rights of an adult is absolute nonsense.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Disagree

If a country cares about freedom the laws must apply equally regardless of religion, race, or gender. This is another obvious violation of the separation of church and state. The courts have repeatedly failed the people when it comes to the difference between a right and a privilege. The courts have never fully recognized any right and have violated every right in the bill of rights. It would be more accurate to call it the bill of privileges. We must reform the entire legal system.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Spiritual beliefs and values can't be regulated by law. The fact that victimless crimes exist is proof positive that the separation of church and state does not exist. The fact is our courts have never recognized the bill of rights as anything but privileges that can be given or taken away by legislatures, for any reason, is the problem. A country that bans drugs is banning the right to control your own consciousness. The courts have always been politically motivated because the appointment process is political and makes no sense. Starting with Marbury v Madison the courts have failed us. The Federalist Papers were signed by every single signer of the Constitution but were rejected by the courts, so they could simply do as they pleased.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

If photo ID is required to drink or drive it makes no sense that photo ID is not required to vote. If Citizen's can have rights that non-citizens can't have a national ID is necessary. Voting is a right that only citizens should be allowed to exercise. For all the same reasons only living breathing citizens should have the right to contribute to campaigns. The courts are a weak link in the balance of power. 100 years of Slavery is proof human rights have never mattered to the Supreme Court.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Agree

The reason people worked hard to pass title 9 is because men and women have different abilities. If we allow trans athletes to compete against women, we defeat the entire purpose of title 9. The only thing stopping women or trans from competing with and against men is ability. Men are known to be predators and that is why we have different bathrooms. If you have a dick hanging between your legs you have the ability to commit rape and should be banned from women's bathrooms, shelters, and prison.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

It is necessary to change the way we use and produce energy. We are not separate from the planet and if we destroy our home we will be left with nothing. Protecting the planet is job # 1 for every government on earth and survival depends on it.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

Yes. I have been convicted of conspiracy to distribute and distribution of LSD. The reason the drug war exists is so the government can attack antiwar activists and black people. This is by their own admission. "We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin. And then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities, we could arrest their leaders." John Ehrichman.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Choose not to answer

The way issues are classified by powerful people makes no sense whatsoever. A true conservative would support abortion and your right to use drugs, rather than expand government power over a people's right to choose. A true liberal would expand the second amendment giving people more power over the Government. The press has defined issues in a way that makes people fight rather than a way that makes sense. It's all about divide and conquer. See ruhero.com 500 words is simply not enough space.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Agree

The government has a responsibility to play their part, but if parents don't protect their children there is little the government can do when it comes to raising kids. The worst thing that has affected kids is that it takes two good incomes to support a family. A living wage, maternity leave, affordable healthcare, good education, affordable housing, and a 32-hour work week would be better things to do if they really cared about kids. These would also be better for reducing abortions.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Ban the use of military style weapons by the police if you really care about gun violence. Both parties do their best to create hate, and hate is what spawns violence. In 1970 we declared a drug war on our own people. When people see police breaking down doors, arresting neighbors and killing citizens that causes more violence and hate than anything. ICE proved that we live in a police state and the threat of going to jail causes more violence than any other issue. For every action
