I disagree on Pre-K being either local, state, and federal funding. Pre-K is not a requirement under current public education mandates.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
With regard to public schools, what does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Forced religious studies within public schools. The religious institutions in the United States will not have any oversight of public educations. Now this does not mean that discussion of religious practices or doctrine cannot be studied in public schools. Religious studies are of importance lacking the enforcement of oversight.
IMMIGRATION
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enhances the safety and security of communities by identifying and detaining illegal aliens.

Having prior law enforcement experience at Federal, State and local ICE should be in partnership with the law enforcement community for effective safety of our communities. Security as visualized from public media gives a picture of a third world police force.
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.

We the people of these United States, the people not the government should enhance those who reside in the United States through historical documentations of what our county means to the individual obtained from the education system (a government source) and the population as a whole. It takes more than one source to cultivate a person's patriotism.
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Presidents Roosevelt, Eisenhower, and Carter during their terms were approached by various director of business and public concerns on the education system of their time. The intention was to support the development of education to meet the demands of our county's manufacturing complex. Historically, the United States education system was governed by local or state association. The Department of Education grew into a dictating organization verses the original assisting organization intended.

Back in1964 while I was a junior in high school, sex education was not a topic in my public school. I believe sex education starts are home within the family. To answer this question, I would have to research the topic.

Today in a fast-moving world where person to person association is lost than some form of character identification is needed. Photo identification is one of the means of character identification.

2ND AMENDMENT
Faculty who are licensed to carry and have had ongoing training should be allowed to carry guns at school in order to respond to an active shooter situation.

As a former law enforcement officer to many things can go wrong with the intended policy of armed school personnel. In practice overhaul there is not a daily or weekly or otherwise need for armed schools. Yes, violence does occur which causes a rise in parent and school personnel concerns. The best protection is to hire security personnel to protect the school.
