QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
Federal funds from taxpayers generally don’t fund elective abortions. States make their own laws too. As governor, I would enforce whatever Colorado’s laws are for this issue. Changes would require the legislature. My aim would be to reduce the number of elective abortions, by reducing root causes of unwanted pregnancies. Excessive stress and environmental pollution can cause brain damage, and reduce good decisions, ethical behavior, and comprehension of the consequences of one’s actions.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Rape, incest and endangerment to the mother are some circumstances. I know of humane policies that could reduce the number elective abortions. As tragic as the whole issue is, I think government should mostly stay out of it because it’s the mother who has to face the consequences either way. I especially object to laws regarding this topic being decided by men, especially those who may have had questionable views or behavior related to women. Sexual harassment and assault need more punishment.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Agree
ALL human life deserves legal and other types of protection until natural death. However, I also know that different cultures and religious scriptures have different views on when “human life” actually starts. So, I haven’t made up my mind about the “conception” part. I also believe there are many people who agree with this statement, but who don’t care that the U.S. is murdering innocent fishermen or blowing up children and adults in other countries. So, which lives count?
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Agree
Although I’m not well-informed on this contentious subject, I lean toward protection from purposeful destruction. I also believe there would be less need for artificial methods, if the major two political parties and their corporate benefactors had not spent decades suppressing other health-giving and life-saving technologies and modalities that don’t result in the destruction of embryos.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Agree
It's difficult to pick any answer on the scale because the original Comstock Act is a federal law that has been revised, narrowed, and is not fully and consistently enforced regarding the part that “bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs.” As governor, I would enforce whatever are the current active laws remaining of the Comstock Act. If the legislature changes some aspect of it, then I would enforce that. I would also aim to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies.
ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
I support higher wages than the Federal rate, but at the state and local level. More income for all will result from innovation and an economy based on affordable and effective solutions along with coherence technologies, graphene and hydrogen.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
“Free” enterprise must mean free for ALL, not just for politically influential corporations. “Enlightened capitalism” would achieve more holistic and long-term benefits for Colorado's economy. I support reasonable regulations to prevent excessive greed from reducing the quality of life of humans and ruining natural resources. I endorse the right to private property, but not price-gouging by residential property owners who unfairly exploit the basic human need for affordable shelter.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
1. Put “the People” first 2. State budgeting based on the most affordable and effective solutions to address problems, in accord with my 1999 proposed Colorado state ballot initiative 3. “Restore Our Roads” to riches. Support Initiative 175 4. End tax-funded support for EVs and EV infrastructure. Air quality and climate change goals can be achieved faster, better, and more affordably with Colorado-based technologies 5. Shift more state budget funding and PERA investments to Colorado businesses
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Government entities and religious organizations should do what they are designed to do, while adhering to the laws of the jurisdiction in which they exist. As a matter of practicality and to achieve their respective highest and best purposes, they should just mind their own business and not interfere with each other.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
I believe they should not be required to provide services in such circumstances, unless it violates Federal or state anti-discrimination, or other, laws. As governor, I would enforce applicable laws. If only a state law or regulation is being violated, then those concerned with this issue should seek support from the Colorado State Legislature to amend the law in a way that sufficiently protects the right of individuals and businesses to reject requests for services.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. However, more affordable and effective healthcare modalities need to be among treatments and services. I would end the suppression and obstruction of complimentary, alternative, and natural health care modalities by politicians and corporations who profit the most from “disease care”. Government health care and health insurance companies need better oversight.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Agree
Yes. A database of “statistics” to track trends is valuable, but not a database with private information of individuals. Any database should be combined with a comparative assessment of how more affordable and effective health care modalities could reduce the economic burden of treatment and also make people healthier. Some can be applied citywide and statewide to greatly reduce air pollution and statistics can help validate resulting health benefits that cascade throughout the population.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Agree
I think that’s right. I also think many countries pose similar threats to the U.S., and the U.S. government and business community pose many similar threats to other countries. That’s the world we live in. Those are concerns of the U.S. administration, and not Colorado state government. However, I intend to make Colorado a leader in locally producing the “wonder material” graphene, because the U.S. gets 45-70% of the critical mineral graphite from China to produce graphene.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
It’s important, but in the right proportion and for the right reasons. Relationships between the U.S. and all countries are important. However, determining what is the “right proportion” and “right reasons” is the responsibility of the Federal government and not state governments. I’m campaigning to be governor of Colorado.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Neutral
“Sanctuary cities” are only a tiny part of a complex problem. Their status is determined at the city level, not state level. Critical and comprehensive reforms have been largely ignored and delayed by U.S. administrations for many decades. Legitimate reasons have existed since colonial times for foreigners to seek refuge in this land that became the U.S.A. Borders should be secured, but undocumented persons should be treated humanely and legally, as all of God’s children should be.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Neutral
Instead of an abrupt elimination, I urge a rapid downsizing, while keeping essential functions. At the same time, funding of the U.S. Dept. of Education should be returned to the states or not taken from the states in the first place through taxes. Then states will have more funding for education by greatly reducing Federal middleman costs. My SOLUTIONS BLUEPRINT offers other solutions for increasing funding and quality of education, and quality of life for students and teachers.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Disagree
Funding from any source should not be automatically prohibited. However, safeguards must be in place. That includes transparency of purpose and sources, and benefits to the donor, to ensure that all is aligned with U.S. policies and student success. That’s an essential function of the U.S. Dept. of Ed. American education also includes satellite campuses of U.S. universities in foreign countries. Collaboration and cultural exchange are critical for U.S. competitiveness and national security.
VALUES
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
I agree, as long as no harm is being done to the child, and the parents are doing their “essential duty” responsibly and for the best and highest benefit of the child. If reports of abuse result, then I would support the involvement of official and relevant child protection agencies in investigating the situation.
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
If such attempts are coercive, exploitative, manipulative, or in any other way contrary to the natural inclinations of the child, then I would call that child abuse.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Agree
I agree that no government has the authority to alter the definition of marriage as it is defined within religious organizations or scriptures. I would also add that no religious leaders or organizations should have the authority to impose their will and definition of marriage on the adherents of a different religion, or those not associated with a religion, who have a different definition.
I support the expansion of gambling in my state.
Strongly Disagree
In general, I don’t endorse businesses that exploit addictive behavior. I don't gamble. I’ve never even bought a lottery ticket. Government budgets should not become dependent on gambling and substance abuse taxation revenues because then they just perpetuate and expand problems. There are better ways to create economic development, jobs and tax revenues, and provide entertainment and recreation while lifting people above their addictions. There’s more than enough gambling in Colorado.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I fully believe that God exists and everything and all life are created out of that Divine substance of God. I view and revere the laws of nature as the laws of God. I understand that human beings, through their free will, can become misaligned with, and detached from, Divine Love, bliss and joy that are naturally experienced when one is fully awake to God Consciousness and lives in harmony with the laws of nature. The desecration of Earth’s water, air, and soil, and the degradation of human behavior and decline of civilization are all intertwined. We’re reaping what we have sown. We can reverse our deplorable state through more kindness, respect, compassion, wisdom, honesty, forgiveness, truth, other noble behaviors, and honoring God.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Agree
“Free and fair” elections require many things. Mail-in ballots don’t require a photo ID, and yet they help achieve higher voter turnouts. The threat of fines or arrest needs to be enough to ensure that people vote legally. “Voter fraud” makes headlines, but almost no attention has been given to another kind of fraud in the 2026 Colorado primary election. I documented this fraud, shared it with news media, the Colorado Sec of State and Attorney General, and posted it on my campaign website.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Disagree
Various factors need to be considered. Who will offer the reparation and who will receive it? Race, alone, is not a sufficient deciding factor. Reparations of many kinds are meant to address past injustices by, for example, acknowledging them, formally apologizing, financially compensating affected populations, and revising policies to prevent ongoing injustices. It’s about making things right so both victims and perpetrators of injustices can enjoy harmonious coexistence.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Agree
I also believe that biological females should not be allowed to participate in men’s sports or occupy biological men’s spaces, locker rooms, fraternity houses, or prisons.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Strongly Agree
But the “urgent” action shouldn’t be “political”. Politicians caused climate change and global air pollution problems! Dems and GOP are NOT solving these problems, only exploiting them for political and financial gain. Colorado-based technologies can solve these problems entirely through the private sector, without more EVs, tax-funded incentives, or new regulations, while also creating new economic engines. Turn trash to cash and waste to wealth. Colorado can save millions of lives and prosper!
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Added to “reliability”, must be safety, affordability, and sustainability. Solar and wind with graphene supercapacitor storage are high priorities. Hydrogen and coherence technologies are essential. Ban nuclear fission. It’s never been safe!
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Lean Conservative
I’m very fiscally conservative. I live within my means, with no debts. Government budgets should be spent on the most affordable and effective solutions, not on political paybacks. Economic development should be left to free market forces encouraging enlightened capitalism. I’m very progressive (not liberal) in criminal justice and public safety, environmental issues, healthcare, housing, education, and homelessness, in terms of addressing root causes of problems humanely and cost-effectively.
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No. I’ve never even been accused of anything remotely related to sexual misconduct.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No. I haven’t even been accused of any type of crime. On the contrary, I’ve been involved in several programs and technologies known to cost-effectively and humanely reduce criminal behavior and recidivism. Democrats in the Colorado legislature obstructed one of them, even though it had enthusiastic support from the Democratic Senate Majority leader and Republican House Minority leader, as well as numerous leaders in law enforcement.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
Keeping the peace and protecting the public, for harmonious coexistence of our diverse population, are the main goals. Identifying and remedying root causes of crime and threatening behavior are part of that. Excess stress is the main root cause of crime, substance abuse, domestic violence, suicides and other violence. Even the pollution of air, water, soil, and electromagnetic fields are root causes. All of these can be easily reduced, even citywide, with affordable and effective solutions.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
Yes, but actually, everyone should consider it their responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation online or wherever else it might occur. Additionally, it’s not just sexual exploitation, but financial, political, psychological (peer pressure), behavioral (e.g. bullying) and any other kind of exploitation that children should be protected from.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.
Agree
I agree, but true Sharia law is not a legal system competing with U.S. law, any more than the Laws of Moses (Mosaic Law) are a legal system competing with U.S. law. Neither one needs to be part of any legal framework within the U.S. Each one exists to provide moral and ethical guidelines for their respective adherents. A lot of misunderstanding has been created about Sharia Law due to the political motivations of politicians. Such divisive tactics damage Democracy and society.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Gun Control Act of 1968 and the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act already prohibit many types of people from owning guns. Gun restriction debates are mostly driven by gun makers and sellers, and by politicians rallying their base and donors through fear. More children are murdered by their own parents in the U.S., without using guns, than by assault weapons in schools and public places. Viable solutions are shared on my campaign website but are ignored by the two major parties.
