What is your position on the minimum wage?
That if needs to be tied to inflation and has been sitting still for far too long. It is not at a livable wage right now.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

The needs of the many override the needs of the few applies here. If a company wants to do something harmful and destructive then government is there to intervene.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The government is not to have a "State religion" nor interfere with religions.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Freedom of religion does not mean you have to be forced to do something that you do not believe in. Moral beliefs are a bit looser of a topic and these two things are not connected. Forcing an employee to do something they dont want creates a product that is undesirable in the end. So the party that is trying to force this should just go elsewhere instead of forcing them.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
At the federal level there is no reason that we shouldn't have universal healthcare like most other first world nations and some second world now.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

As an IT professional I know that there are already too many databases being kept. We, first, don't yet another and especially dont need one for this reason.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

They are the primary threat to the US right now with their military and economic strength. It is our responsibility, as a nation, to retain our status as a Superpower to be able to defend ourselves and spread Democracy.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
It is important to have allies in the Middle East. There is a lot of history with Israel going back to its creation in 1948 as well as before its creation. This would require a long answer.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

It is up to the city, and the state, to enact laws to protect the people living within its borders. Immigration is a federal issue that needs to be addressed that way.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

The US Department of Education existed for many reasons. We need to increase access to education for all Americans and not treat the DoE as a political item.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

This is a loaded question. It is the responsibility of the parents to raise their children and not the governments. On the flip side the Government helps by providing the tools to help the parents.

Again this is worded odd. If a parent, or guardian, is forcing that child it is one thing. If the parent is doing it at the request of the child that is something completely different.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Marriage is a legal term, in this sense, and not a religious one. So it needs to be treated that way. To allow those who want to be legally married to do so. It is not a question of religion.

Voting is controlled at the state level and Pennsylvania has never required photo ID because we establish ID with other methods.

You can just look at a smoke stack or the exhaust of a truck and see pollution. It is not hidden from view. We have to protect what we have.

Renewables are the most reliable. Relying on hydrocarbons is for the past. It has a dwindling supply and will run out. It is time to think towards the future.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Basic background checks shouldnt even be an issue. The control of firearms from those with felonies shouldnt be an issue. These are just basic considerations to responsible gun ownership.
