Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
The government has no right to stand between a doctor and patient. My personal opinion on the topic is irrelevant. As a representative in Congress, I would not be governing based on my personal feelings, but on legality of the Constitution and desire of the people I represent.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I do not know enough details regarding federal funding and how it is used at abortion providers to give an informed answer. It would be irresponsible to have a strong stance without an educated understanding of the system.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Capitalism has its strengths, and its downfalls. The federal government must ensure fair markets are accessible to all size businesses and break up monopolies as they form. Anti-Trust laws are to be examined and enforced. We cannot allow capitalism to run unbound by regulations or we will see the cost of living continue to outpace our incomes as the wealthiest in the nation squeeze dry the working class Americans. There is a balance, but we are not currently at that equilibrium.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

A fixed percentage tax on wealth in excess of 100 million for an individual or organization should be applied to assist with funding domestic programs. The income tax should not apply to the first 100k of an individual. Corporations making more than 1 Billion per quarter will have a restructure of their tax policies to prevent loopholes and write-offs from nullifying their tax bill.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Cut and adjust the balance sheet. Non humanitarian aid, corporate subsidies, and war spending would be the best places to start.

End the war in Iran. End blank checks to the military. Fully fund the IRS and investigate tax fraud above 10 million. Fully fund the SEC to investigate financial crimes on Wall Street and among government insiders and associates to reclaim stolen taxpayer funds. Both of those agencies return 10 : 1 when properly funded.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
B. That is a proper balance of capitalism and societal investment. Those who can afford better healthcare should have a free market of options. Every American should be able to visit a doctor, dentist, and optometrist once a year by simply being a taxpayer. Medical Universities and Training hospitals should receive government funding to help staff new and upcoming health care professionals in exchange for providing the services to the government healthcare system.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Interesting question and I have never thought about this topic. I can see how the information would be scientifically useful, but the concern of individuals having their medical information misused is valid. If the patient information did not include a name, SSN, street address, and was willfully given permission to be on the list, I could be okay with the research continue.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
B. The war in Iran and the military funding, mergers, and contracts with the Middle East need to be ended. Only humanitarian aid to the region should continue. In Ukraine, we should be giving much more assistance for a multitude of reasons. The biggest of which being a democratic nation fighting against an Imperialistic global enemy of our nation. Russia is not our friend, the European nations who provide us with trade and military alliances are.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Our cyber security is falling behind and at a rapid pace. We need to deescalate the arms race to ensure a stable global trade network and power balance. To compete against them economically, we will have to invest into our industries and educational system to get the workforce and advanced skills needed to counter the economical might of China.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
No. It has become toxic, parasitic, and invasive. We need to break away from the Middle East as a region and become energy independent. This allows us to scale down military operations, presence, and funding to redirect towards more beneficial endeavors domestically and among our actual allies.

All terrorism is a threat to national security. I am more concerned about domestic hate groups that conduct terroristic actions.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Everyone should have the same ability to begin their path to American citizenship. Violent criminals should be disqualified.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

We should not need them, but I agree with why they exist. I am neutral only because we should have fair, ethical enforcement applied equally to the cities, regardless of political alignment. I do not agree with how ICE has enforced the immigration laws and it justifies having sanctuary cities. In order to end one, we must end the other.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

We must have a federal standard of education. It does not have to be a entire curriculum, but at minimum a standardized civics education as well as basic math, science, reading, and English proficiency. The states can determine what additional subjects and criteria to include as long as it does not infringe on the Constitutional rights of any students or faculty.

I have always had to provide my ID to vote, but by simply not having a photo ID should not prevent anyone from casting their vote. There are more ways to verify.
