I believe Planned Parenthood and others provide a needed and necessary service to our community by providing care other than abortions. I believe we should continue to give funding to Planned Parenthood and others for services other than abortions. Planned Parenthood and others have never been allowed to use taxpayer money for abortions.

I believe an abortion elective or medically necessary should be a decision and choice between a woman and her doctor. Elective abortions should be allowed anytime an embryo is not viable. Abortions should always be permitted in the event of rape or incest. I do not believe our government should tell a woman what she has to do with her body!

Conception is not equal to viability. I do not believe a mass of cells or embryo should have more legal protections than the woman carrying it.

I believe the person's who genetically created the embryos should have the control and choice of how to proceed with the embryos. I do not believe the government has a right to tell person they have to pay to store and hold embryos they will never use.

I believe the Comstock Act is out of date and needs to be completely removed from the laws unless and until it is rewritten and brought up to date.

I believe our minimum wage is to low especially in areas that cater to the tourist industry. The fact that service industry workers can not afford to live near their jobs due to the wages being so low and cost of housing being so high.

Both of these are important however, we need to remember that a productive economic system will not happen without infrastructure, support systems, workers, and stable markets. When one of these breaks down all of the rest suffer and can bring down the rlentire system.

Establish and strictly enforce a statutory spending cap tied strictly to population growth plus inflation.

To me separation of church and state means the government can't tell me what religion if any I have to follow and can not set up a national religion. I believe it also means the church/religion should not have a say in the governing of the state and should not be involved in the politics or creating of laws for the states.

I do not believe that a business open to the general public should be allowed to discriminate based on their own claimed morals or religious beliefs.

I believe our best option of the available choices is B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. I believe it increases competition, lowers costs (which is desperately needed), guarantees an option for everyone who wants coverage without forcing anyone, and still allows personal choice.

This violates HIPPA and privacy laws on multiple levels as well as creating ethical and civil liberties concerns and creates massive cybersecurity risks. Governments do not need a database of people to measure economic impact. They can achieve the exact same policy goals using anonymized, aggregated data from hospital billing systems, public health surveys, and insurance claims. This provides the necessary statistical insights without compromising individual privacy.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities because I believe in and trust local police with public safety. I do not support the way ICE is "enforcing" immigration at this time.

The dept was created to set policies, distribute, and monitor federal student loans and grants. Enforce federal laws that prohibit discrimination in schools based on race, color, national origin, sex, or disability. Collect data on the school systems, shares research and statistics. Provides supplementary funding and resources to assist state and local school districts, especially for low-income schools and special education programs because the states weren't/won't doing these things equally.

Why is this always about men in women's sports? Why is it NEVER about women transitioning to men? Should a woman that has been taking testosterone for years and has transitioned to a man be allowed to compete against other women? Or should that woman with her full beard and mustache be allowed into a women's bathroom or locker room? Transitioning people are not the problem sex offenders are.

Statistically nuclear is the most reliable energy source however I would love to see more work and advances in solar, wind, and hydro power due to their renewable abilities.

The goal should be to protect society, maintain order, and ensure justice. To achieve these things the system needs to be overhauled and more focus needs placed on accountability and rehabilitation. We need to provide more education, counseling, and training to help our offenders reform and to avoid reoffending, as well as to help prevent recidivism for our post incarcerated. Doing these things will help public safety and help to protect society.

The U. S. Constitution is the law of the land and it bans the government from establishing a religion. Certain practices in Sharia law can be allowed just the same as Christian or Jewish practices are allowed however they can not be allowed to override local, state, or federal laws.
