What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
Schools should provide compassion, counseling, and connections to appropriate community resources while respecting parental rights whenever legally possible. Schools should support the student's health, safety, education, and future opportunities, not advocate for abortion or make deeply personal decisions that belong to families.
ECONOMY
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Individuals who did not take out loans should not be expected to bear the financial responsibility for others' educational decisions. We should focus on reducing college costs and expanding affordable workforce pathways.

I strongly support funding high-quality public education, particularly K–12 education, as it is essential to our nation's future. Funding should prioritize academic excellence, accountability, workforce readiness, and student outcomes.

With regard to public schools, what does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means government cannot establish an official religion or compel religious participation. It does not require removing faith, values, or religious expression from public life. Students and staff should have the freedom to express sincerely held religious beliefs consistent with constitutional protections.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enhances the safety and security of communities by identifying and detaining illegal aliens.

Faculty who are licensed to carry and have had ongoing training should be allowed to carry guns at school in order to respond to an active shooter situation.
Agree
I support allowing trained teachers and administrators to carry firearms on campus, but only under very rigorous standards. Anyone entrusted with protecting children should meet quarterly qualification requirements comparable to U.S. Federal Air Marshals. Firearms proficiency is a perishable skill, and safeguarding students demands continuous training, physical fitness, accountability, emotional regulation, scenario-based exercises, and the highest level of readiness.
