Pregnancy complications which result in possible death of mother/child or both and decided with a medical professionals advice. Incestual pregnancy or rape.

There are organizations where pregnant women have the right to go to get information regarding keeping their child rather than aborting the child. Also, to be educated in potentially giving up the child for adoption. These are just the opposite of planned parenthood and are not funded with taxpayer money.

There is research being done on creation of human embryos from stem cells. More is needed to be learned to determine if these are legitimate human lives. If it is deemed these synthetic embryos are legitimately human, since they are derived from stem cells, then laws should be considered for their protection. I think there is a great deal of information that is not known about what the ultimate results will be.

Minimum wage was designed as a beginning wage to get new workers involved with and acclimated to the work environment. It was not designed for those with work experience. They were to be paid on their abilities, job performance and prevailing wage.

Free enterprise incentivizes people to produce, create and strive for a better life for themselves and their families. Private property allows the freedom choice on the property you own.

Consolidate similar departments or services. Eliminate costly programs that small businesses cannot afford and implement and conduct analysis/audits of department budgets/expenditures.

Obviously, people should have a right to the religious freedom they choose. Our government was not designed to pick one religion over another. I do not think we can totally separate the two. There will be times when they cross paths'. An example of this is the first amendment. The right to religious freedom.

The beauty of a republic and having your own business is to develop your own clientele. Our republic was designed for limited government. If I chose not to sell something to someone, then that is my privilege. If another business chooses to do business with an entity or person then it is their privilage/right to do so.

Healthcare is not a right. The socialized medical systems we are familiar with are England and Canada. Both of which are failing because they do not have the money to pay for the benefit. Canada has additional insurance citizens can purchase and many do. We would eventually fall into the same trap. Medicare should stay as it is. The only rights we truly have are life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Our rights were believed granted by God and written to protect us under the Bill of Rights.

Before the affordable care act was passed, Minnesota had a medical pool funded by every insurance company doing business in the state of Minnesota for people who were deemed uninsurable. The premium was slightly higher, but it did not infringe on the people who could get coverage through employers or other means. The government doesn't need a data base of medical illnesses. I know the medical researchers and actuaries might want this to keep track of life expectancies and treatments.

The Chinese continually steal intellectual content from the US government and private corporations. They send moles to infiltrate our government and businesses. It costs us millions of dollars a year in litigation and lost sales/production and US security. They have made islands in the world waterways and claimed the area as theirs. This is a 50 year plan that has been in place since the 1960's/1970's to gain world dominance. There methods are methodical and planned.

We have the same religious foundations and operate similar economic policies and freedoms. The Judeo-Christians would not exist if not for the Jewish people. It is the one true ally we have in the middle east.

If someone needs a sanctuary city, they already broke the law while in the United States or to get into the United States illegally. There should be no sanctuary status anywhere for any reason. There should be no reward of any kind for someone who has broken the law to begin with. If a citizen were to break the law, they would pay a legal price for that through our judicial system.

I believe in States' rights. The department of education adds a bureaucratic layer and expense. If done efficiently, states are in a better position to manage the needs of our education system with closer contact to the school districts.

When foreign money is used to fund our education programs, they have a great deal of influence on what is being taught, because budgets start relying on the money they feed to our education system. When the education system relies on the money, foreign governments may impose influence within our systems which may not coincide with our countries values and standards.

Parents have the responsibility to raise their children along with legal control of a minor until age 18 or 21 depending on the state laws. Minnesota is age 18. They live with their children and should know them better than some bureaucrat. They should be primary influences in discipline and learning.

Every person in education or child psychology who has studied brain development knows that a child or even a child of majority age does not have full brain development (being able to put concepts together) until 23-25 years old. How can a child fully comprehend what it means to transition? Teens are fickle because that is who teens are. Those years are supposed to be challenging.

If you have nothing to hide, then having a photo id should not be an issue. We have needed photo IDs' to go to college to drive to fly to cash a check buy hunting and fishing licenses along with many other instances. The right to vote is one of the most important privileges we have as a citizen. Why dilute its meaning!

Reparations are a way to say you are sorry. I have nothing to be sorry for! My family did not use others to flourish in this nation. However; they did fight to free those who did not have the right to do the same. 600,000 people died to give people freedom. Perhaps that is reparations enough. Every race has been a slave at some point in history. If all slavery had been included in history curriculum we would not question it now.

The science world is clear about male and female differences in maturity. Women should compete with women and men with men. If that wasn't the case, why did we fight so long and hard for Title 9. Since there is a difference, why have women fear over their privacy, perverts and rape in spaces originally designed to keep both sexes separate.

Is climate change all manmade? Would you say that is what caused the ice age? I think we can have a commonsense approach to work scientifically to create a cleaner environment. The only ones that seem to have to change is the general public! What are our leaders doing to change? They talk a good game, but their actions speak differently

Currently natural gas also LP. In the future I believe nuclear will play a part in our electrical demand. Nuclear has been used on submarines since World War II. The navy has a lot of information on the efficacy of nuclear power.

To follow the laws and use them as they were designed to be used. There should be punishment for wrongdoing and to let people see there are ramifications for not practicing good citizenship and breaking the law.

First and foremost, it is the parents' responsibility to know what technology their children are using and to use the guardrails the tech companies have designed to safeguard their children against inappropriate online activities. Tech companies give you the tools. Parents should learn about them and use them. Parents should ask questions about these tools when they buy technology for their children.

Muslim is a religion. Islam is another version of religion. Sharia law is their personal judicial system. If they want Sharia law go to a country that uses Sharia law. The United States has one judicial system which is used for all. For the privilege of being here you follow the law as it is established in the US.

We currently have gun laws on the books that would take care of all of our public safety issues if our law enforcement were able to actually do their jobs to enforce them and for the judicial system to punish those who break those laws.
