Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Strongly Agree

ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
I believe people who work hard should be able to earn a good living. I support creating good-paying jobs, expanding skilled trades and apprenticeships, and lowering the cost of living so workers get ahead.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
1. Stop the Fraud - Put controls in place, so fraud is stopped before payments are made. 2. Audit Programs - What is the return on investment? If the programs are failing, eliminate them. Verify! 3. Move oversight and transparency - Where there are large expenditures, we need closer oversight and transparency - we owe that to the taxpayers. 4. Reduce duplicated programs - Consolidate where we can. Be more efficient in how the programs are being ran.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
That government can't force any one individual to follow, or belief, in one particular religion
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Medicaid and Medicare should remain available. In Minnesota, Medical Assistance (Medicaid) helps many people with disabilities. I do not agree that "no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary". We need Medical Assistance, especially for those with disabilities. Programs should have clear eligibility requirements, measurable outcomes and regular audits to ensure taxpayers are receiving value for their money.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
