Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Elective abortion should be allowed whenever the pregnant person decides it is the right choice for them. I do not believe the government should interfere in private medical decisions.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

I respect the value of human life, but I do not support laws that define personhood at conception. Medical decisions including abortion should remain between the patient and their doctor, not the government
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

The voters answered this through citizens initiative that should be respected. The legislators should be ashamed that it had to go to an initiative.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means Government stays out of the church, that does not mean church should stay out of government. People and their group or church aren’t less of a citizen because they believe or participate in religious activities, we can use all of our rights simultaneously.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

A private business is still private, even when serving the public. Unless they take government funds, they do not lose their constitutional rights. People should not be forced to provide a service that violates their religious beliefs
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. People earned their Social Security and Medicaid. Now If we got rid of government health insurance and private insurance, hospitals, doctors, and pharmaceuticals would have to charge reasonable rates or go bankrupt.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Uphold the Constitution, protect the rule of law, and keep the public safe by fairly identifying offenders, holding them accountable, and removing dangerous criminals from the community
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

I agree that protecting children from sexual exploitation online is important, but parents also have a major responsibility in that. We have to be careful not to cross constitutional lines or allow the government to monitor everyone’s private activity in the name of safety. When sexual crimes are found they should not be allowed to be plead down, and they should carry out what heavier of a sentence.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.
