It might not be "elective" but if abortion is necessary to save the life of the mother, then I can understand that decision. Historically, I recall allowing elective abortions in the cases of rape or incest that had a degree of toleration across the population.

1) The Wyoming Constitution requires the legislature to, "create and maintain a thorough and efficient system of public schools." The legislature needs to ensure the public schools system is efficient in order to protect property tax payers. 2) Transparency and voter involvement protect taxpayers from government waste so special districts should hold elections during the regular election cycle. 3) All government budgets should be posted and easily visible online.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The constitution does not specifically mandate that church and state be separate. However, neither may dictate to the other. When I hear this phrase, I typically assume it is someone who is pushing government imposed secularism.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
Maintaining a just and equitable criminal justice system is a fundamental purpose of legitimate government. The system should prosecute and punish those who are proven to have committed a crime consistent with the constitution, should ensure an opportunity for the unjustly accused to acquit themselves, and secure justice for victims of crime. In the process, an effective criminal justice system will make society safer from those who are motivated by evil.

2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Convicted, violent felons who have demonstrated a disregard for the laws should have restricted gun ownership rights as a just consequence of their criminality. Otherwise, the Second Amendment protects gun ownership. At the same time, Wyoming has a serious problem with suicide which is a murder where the killer and victim are the same person. This may require some targeted, temporary constraints on gun possession as a tool to restrain this form of evil.
