2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The Supreme Court decision said the standard is bearing arms. Thus, if you can carry it it is legal. We should look at mental illnes as MN law today says you must be committed to an institution in order for restrictions to apply. We rarely institutional folks, we need to look at rate of suicide and figure out what contributes to this act and try to prevent.
