QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Every human life is a gift from God and deserves dignity, protection, and compassion from conception until natural death. A just society should protect the unborn, care for the vulnerable, support mothers and families, and defend the sanctity of life at every stage.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Human embryos are human life and should not be treated as disposable. Advances in medicine and technology should always be guided by respect for human dignity, life, and ethical responsibility.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I am pro-life and believe elective abortion should not be allowed.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
Taxpayer funds should never be used to support abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood. Public dollars should be directed toward healthcare providers and community organizations that protect life, support mothers, and serve families without performing or promoting abortion.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Agree
Federal laws designed to prevent the unlawful distribution of abortion-inducing drugs should be enforced. No organization or company should be allowed to ignore the law, endanger women, or undermine protections for unborn life.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Free enterprise and private property are essential to American prosperity and personal freedom. Families and small businesses, not bureaucrats and politicians in Washington, know best how to spend their own money. Government should stop picking winners and losers, reduce red tape, protect property rights, and let free markets work.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Strongly Disagree
Raising taxes is not the answer. Working families need lower costs, less wasteful spending, fewer burdensome regulations, stronger energy production, and a government that stops driving inflation.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
Yes. The national debt is a fiscal time bomb, and too many politicians in Washington refuse to take it seriously. Tennessee families and small businesses have to live within a budget, and the federal government should be held to the same standard.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
1) Codify the findings of Vice Pres. Vance’s Fraud Task Force to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs. 2) Stop sending tax dollars to foreign governments and international programs that do not serve U.S. interests. 3) Restore aggressive government efforts to identify waste and unnecessary bureaucracy. 4) End massive omnibus spending bills and return to regular order. 5) Require stronger audits, oversight, and accountability for federal agencies.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
No American should be forced by the government to violate his or her sincerely held religious beliefs. Religious liberty and freedom of conscience are foundational constitutional rights and must be protected.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means the government should not establish a national religion or interfere with the free exercise of faith. Americans should be able to worship God, live according to their beliefs, and express their faith without fear of government punishment, coercion, or discrimination.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. Tricare was not listed but should be included with Answer C.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
I strongly oppose creating a government database of private medical conditions. That raises serious constitutional, privacy, and civil liberty concerns. Americans should not have to worry about the federal government tracking their personal health information without strict limits, consent, and accountability.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
Between B and C. The United States should put American sovereignty, security, and national interests first. We should support allies and stand against tyranny where it serves clear U.S. interests, but we should not involve ourselves in endless foreign conflicts without a defined mission, clear objectives, congressional accountability, and a direct connection to American security.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Yes. The Chinese Communist Party is one of the greatest long-term threats facing the United States. China has engaged in espionage, cyberattacks, intellectual property theft, military expansion, economic manipulation, and influence operations targeting our universities, businesses, supply chains, and national security institutions.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. Israel is one of America’s most important allies in the Middle East. Our relationship with Israel is important for regional stability, intelligence cooperation, counterterrorism, military coordination, and protecting American interests in a dangerous part of the world.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Strongly Agree
Radical Islamic terrorism remains a serious threat to U.S. national security, our allies, and innocent people around the world. America must remain vigilant, strengthen intelligence capabilities, secure our borders, support our allies, and confront terrorist networks before they can threaten American lives.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
I support strict, orderly, and merit-based immigration standards that put American security and workers first. Those allowed to immigrate should be law-abiding, properly vetted, medically cleared, able to financially support themselves, willing to learn English, and committed to respecting American laws, culture, and constitutional principles. Legitimate asylum claims, including claims based on religious persecution, should be carefully reviewed through a secure and lawful process.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
Sanctuary cities undermine the rule of law and make it harder for law enforcement to protect communities. Cities that refuse to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement should lose federal funding, and states that allow sanctuary policies to continue should face serious consequences as well.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Education decisions should be made as close to parents, teachers, students, and local communities as possible, not by out-of-touch bureaucrats in Washington. The U.S. Department of Education should be abolished, and authority should be returned to states, local school boards, and parents.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Foreign governments should not be allowed to influence American education. Our children are our greatest resource, and schools and universities should be protected from foreign funding, propaganda, and influence operations that could undermine American values, national security, or the next generation of citizens.
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Children should be protected from permanent, life-altering medical procedures and ideological pressure before they are old enough to fully understand the consequences. Parents, doctors, schools, and government institutions have a responsibility to protect children, not push them toward irreversible decisions.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Marriage is a sacred union between one man and one woman ordained by God. Government did not create that truth and does not have the authority to redefine what God created.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and the Holy Spirit. I believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins, rose again, and that salvation comes only through God’s grace and faith in Him. My faith shapes how I view service, family, responsibility, forgiveness, freedom, and the duty to love and serve others.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Voter ID is a basic safeguard that helps protect election integrity and public confidence. Americans are required to show identification for countless everyday activities, and it is reasonable to require photo ID to vote. Every legal vote should count, and elections should be secure, transparent, and trusted.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
Women and girls deserve privacy, safety, fairness, and equal opportunity. Biological males should not be allowed to compete in women’s sports or occupy spaces specifically designated for women and girls, including bathrooms, locker rooms, shelters, sorority houses, and prisons.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
America needs reliable, affordable energy. Traditional fossil, nuclear, and hydroelectric all have important roles. As demand grows from manufacturing and data centers, we must prioritize affordability, grid security, and American independence.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
I am very conservative. My views are rooted in faith, family, freedom, constitutional government, personal responsibility, strong national defense, free enterprise, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and the belief that government works for the people, not the other way around.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Protecting children from online sexual exploitation should be a top priority. Government must work with law enforcement, parents, schools, and technology companies to identify predators, strengthen penalties, improve reporting, protect children online, and ensure those who exploit minors are prosecuted aggressively.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
As a staunch advocate of the Second Amendment, I support Constitutional Carry. Further, we should look at eliminating the sales tax on firearms and ammunition so that every legal citizen may arm themselves and be afforded full protection and safety for themselves and their families under the Second Amendment. Our rights are afforded to us by God and secured by the Constitution of United States Government.
