RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I oppose the use of taxpayer dollars to fund social programs through private advocacy organizations, particularly those involved in politically controversial services like abortion. I believe government should be limited in scope, and that healthcare and community services are better supported through private, local, and voluntary solutions rather than expanding taxpayer-funded programs.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Elective abortion should not be permitted as a form of convenience or elective birth control. Exceptions may be considered in cases involving a clear threat to the life of the mother, and difficult cases involving rape or incest should be handled with compassion while respecting the value of human life.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Choose not to answer
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Agree
I support enforcing duly enacted laws, but Congress should ensure federal law is clear, current, and constitutionally applied. Abortion policy should not be shaped through legal ambiguity or selective enforcement, and states should retain significant authority in this area.
ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
I oppose minimum wage mandates. Wage levels should reflect local economic conditions, market demand, and skill level, not broad government mandates that can hurt small businesses, reduce entry level opportunities, and drive up costs.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
End unfunded mandates on local governments. Create sunset reviews of state programs and agencies. Reduce regulatory bureaucracy and duplicative oversight. Audit spending for administrative bloat. Refocus spending on core government responsibilities.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state means that government should not establish or control religion, and it should not discriminate against people of faith. It was never intended to force faith out of public life or silence the personal beliefs of those serving in government. People do not surrender their values or convictions when they enter public service, but government should not compel religious practice or favor one faith over another.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Government should not force individuals or businesses to violate moral or religious beliefs, and it should not interfere with the voluntary exchange of goods and services between willing parties. Protecting freedom of conscience, religious liberty, and the right to freely engage in lawful commerce without government overreach are important constitutional principles.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. I do not support expanding taxpayer funded healthcare programs beyond existing commitments like Medicare and Medicaid. Government involvement in healthcare has often contributed to rising costs, reduced transparency, and market distortions. My focus is on increasing affordability through competition, innovation, price transparency, and reducing regulatory burdens, not expanding government-run healthcare.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Disagree
Public policy should be informed by transparent, anonymous population level data when necessary, not by expanding government surveillance of personal medical information.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Neutral
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
The U.S. should maintain strong diplomatic and trade relationships, including with Israel, but I do not support open ended entangling alliances that commit America beyond its clear national interests. Foreign policy should prioritize American security, sovereignty, and prudent engagement.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Disagree
I believe all people deserve dignity and the opportunity to pursue freedom, regardless of where they come from. However, a nation also has the right and responsibility to protect its borders, enforce its laws, and ensure that those entering or remaining in the country do so in a way that supports the safety, sovereignty, and best interests of the American people. Compassion and security are not mutually exclusive.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Education decisions should be made closer to parents, teachers, and local communities, not dictated by a distant federal bureaucracy. Returning control to states can reduce mandates, increase accountability, and allow education to better reflect local needs and priorities.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Agree
American education should be accountable to American students, families, and communities, not influenced by foreign governments whose interests may not align with our values or national security. While international academic cooperation can be valuable, direct foreign government funding creates concerns around influence, research access, and long-term institutional dependence. Transparency, academic independence, and protecting American sovereignty should come first.
VALUES
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is fundamentally a religious and personal institution. Government should not be in the business of defining marriage or using marital status to determine special treatment in tax policy or public programs. Limited government means keeping the state out of deeply personal institutions whenever possible.
I support the expansion of gambling in my state.
Agree
I generally believe consenting adults should be free to make their own choices, and government should be cautious about overregulating lawful private activity. That said, gambling expansion should be evaluated carefully because of its potential impacts on addiction, families, and community well-being. Local communities should have a strong voice in those decisions.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian and do my best to follow Christ’s example in how I live, serve others, and make decisions. I believe in the presence of the Holy Spirit and in God’s ability to provide wisdom, guidance, and conviction in our lives. I also believe we are given free will, and it is up to each of us to choose whether we listen and respond to that guidance with humility and faith
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Reasonable voter identification requirements help protect election integrity, maintain public confidence, and ensure that each legal vote is properly counted.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Disagree
Government should not distribute benefits or penalties based on race. Equal treatment under the law and equal opportunity are better guiding principles than race-based reparations
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Agree
Biological distinctions matter in women’s sports and sex-specific private spaces, particularly where fairness, privacy, and safety are involved. Policies should protect those interests while treating every person with dignity and respect.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Disagree
Environmental stewardship matters, but I do not support policies that justify government intervention. Practical innovation, energy resilience, and balanced solutions are preferable to costly political mandates.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Energy choices should be driven by local decision making and private industry. Communities and markets are better equipped to determine the most reliable and affordable energy solutions based on their unique needs and resources.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
I’m a Christian, liberty minded conservative. I believe government works best when it is limited, power is kept close to local communities, families and individuals are free to make their own decisions, and America’s sovereignty, security, and constitutional rights are protected.
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
The criminal justice system should protect innocent people, uphold the rule of law, deliver fair and consistent accountability, and create pathways for rehabilitation where appropriate. Justice should prioritize public safety, victims’ rights, and restoring trust in our communities, while recognizing that accountability and redemption are not mutually exclusive.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Agree
Protecting children from online sexual exploitation is a core public safety responsibility of government, and laws should focus on stopping predators while respecting constitutional liberties.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.
Strongly Agree
American law should be based on the Constitution and equal application of the law, not separate religious legal systems. Religious freedom is protected, but no religious code should override constitutional protections.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Restrictions should be limited, constitutional, and focused on those who pose a clear danger, such as violent felons or individuals legally adjudicated as dangerous. Public safety is better served by enforcing existing laws and holding criminals accountable than by burdening law-abiding gun owners
