QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Neutral

I believe this is one of the most complex moral questions we face. Government is not equipped to make this determination for individuals. This decision belongs to people and their doctors, not Washington.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Neutral

I believe medical decisions of this nature belong to individuals, families, and their doctors — not the government.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Abortion is one of the most difficult moral and medical decisions anyone can face. I don't believe anyone makes this choice lightly. But it is not the government's place to make it for them. This decision belongs to women, their families, and their doctors. My role in Congress is to fix the broken economic system that is making life harder for every American family — not to legislate the most personal decisions people face.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Disagree

Regardless of one's position on abortion, taxpayer funds should not be directed to any single private organization. This is a spending and accountability issue. Government funding should be transparent, competitive, and serve the broadest public interest — not flow automatically to specific providers.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Neutral

I believe the government should not be in the business of restricting access to legal medications between patients and their doctors. This is a medical decision, not a criminal one.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Neutral

I believe in helping those who need it, but through opportunity, not handouts. Government should get out of the way, reduce the barriers that prevent people from building a better life, and only fund assistance programs when there is a surplus to support them. Raising taxes on anyone to fund a broken spending machine does not help working families. It burdens everyone.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

We are $39 trillion in debt. Both parties are equally guilty. This is not a taxation problem, it is a spending problem. Every dollar Washington prints beyond what exists makes yours worth less. Groceries cost more. Rent goes up. Savings shrink. Cutting spending is not optional. It is the only honest path forward.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

1. Real-time public tracking of every federal dollar spent. 2. AI-driven audit of all federal agencies to eliminate redundancy. 3. End automatic contract renewals — every dollar must be justified. 4. Cut foreign aid with no direct link to American interests. 5. Return duplicated federal programs to the states.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

No individual or business should be compelled by government to act against their sincerely held beliefs. This is a religious liberty and free market issue. If a business chooses not to serve someone, the market will hold them accountable. Government compulsion is not the answer.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The government should never interfere with the free exercise of religion. Americans have the right to live and govern their lives according to their faith without government interference. Separation of church and state means government stays out of religion, not that religion stays out of public life.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C). Existing programs like Medicaid and Medicare serve people who depend on them and should be honored. But expanding government funded healthcare further is not the answer. The real problem is cost. Overregulation and lack of competition drive prices beyond what families can afford. The solution is a free market with real price transparency, not more government.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

This is a serious privacy violation. Medical records belong to individuals, not the government. A database of this nature opens the door to discrimination, rationing of care, and government overreach into the most personal aspects of people's lives. No.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C. America has overextended itself in foreign conflicts for decades at enormous cost in lives and treasure. We must remain the strongest military force on earth but we cannot be the world's policeman. Our focus must be on protecting American sovereignty, securing our borders, and ensuring our own people are taken care of before we commit to foreign entanglements.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

The United States and Israel share deep democratic values and strategic interests in one of the world's most volatile regions. That relationship matters. However, like all foreign relationships, it must be grounded in mutual benefit and American national interest. Unconditional blank check foreign aid to any country, including allies, is not a sustainable or accountable use of American taxpayer money.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

America is a nation of immigrants and legal immigration has always been a source of strength. Those who want to come here should do so legally, through a clear and fair process. We should prioritize those who contribute economically, have skills our country needs, and commit to American values. Illegal immigration undermines the rule of law and is unfair to those who follow the legal process.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Disagree

Consistent enforcement of federal law is essential to a fair system. Sanctuary policies create unequal application of the law depending on where someone lives. Local governments should work within the federal framework while ensuring enforcement is conducted humanely and with respect for due process.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Agree

Education decisions are best made at the local level by parents, teachers, and communities who know their students. A federal bureaucracy in Washington cannot effectively manage the diverse needs of every school district in America. Return control and funding to states and let communities decide what works for their children.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Agree

Parents are responsible for protecting their children. Medical or social interventions of this nature on minors should require full parental consent and involvement. Children are not equipped to make permanent life-altering decisions and the government should ensure they are protected from irreversible procedures before they reach adulthood.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Neutral

Marriage as a sacred institution is defined by faith and conscience, not government. I respect and honor the traditional definition of marriage held by millions of Americans. At the same time, I believe government should not be in the business of defining religious institutions for anyone. This is a matter of faith, family, and personal belief.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. My faith informs my values — honesty, accountability, and service to others. I believe in the fundamental dignity of every human being and that we are each responsible for our actions. A just society protects the vulnerable while giving every person the freedom to live according to their conscience. These are the values I will bring to Congress.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

The cheapest, cleanest, and most reliable energy wins. Nuclear deserves serious consideration. Government should remove regulatory barriers and let the market determine the optimal mix, not pick winners based on politics.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

I am an independent. I don't fit neatly into any political box and I don't try to. I am fiscally conservative, believe in personal liberty, and think government should stay out of people's lives. I vote my conscience, not a party line.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The Second Amendment is a fundamental constitutional right that must be protected. I support enforcing existing laws before adding new restrictions. Mental health screening, securing schools, and keeping guns out of the hands of criminals are priorities. Law-abiding citizens should never be penalized for the actions of those who break the law.
