Minimum Wage as a "living wage" is deceptive and inaccurate. While I do not want employers to disadvantage their staff with subpar income, unfortunately the market inflates comparatively to minimum wage increases making the wage hike irrelevant.

Socialism is the ending of Private Property Rights from Americans. People are motivated by a sense of ownership of what they work hard for. This incentive is what makes our free-market society so successful! You must give people purpose and Socialism/Collectivism that leads to Communism destroys the working ambitions of a society. In application a religious dogma and doxology may act as guiding principals in a government should not supersede the Constitution of the United States or the laws or Constitution of the State. A person of religious conviction and principal be an asset of strong conviction and good decision making for the greater good of a society, but a person who uses their political leadership position to convert a society to their religion and god violates that separation of church and state, entirely.

We live in a free-market society. If you desire an outcome, find a person or business that provides that outcome. People are not entitled to satisfy your demands because you demand them. Businesses should have the freedom to deny services that violate their morals and/or religious beliefs without judgement, cancellation, or retribution. We do not live in a totalitarian or socialist society with supreme control over production.

C) Medicare and Medicaid but with a complete revision of each program with new health care provider contracts, streamline efficiencies and staffing, and covered procedures. The main goal of each program should be wellness and elimination of office visits through healthy populations of both Medicare and Medicaid patients. Personal information is private and should not be kept on individuals. The Government may monitor diagnosis codes to determine the economic burden of treatment but not the individuals receiving said treatment.

Unfortunately, I do believe this is true. Technology that enters the United State should be checked and validated to ensure personal information is not used against the United States or it's citizens. Regardless, their instigation of undermining American interests does not provide legitimacy or authorization for any military operation against China. We need to work as partners to an extent since we are one of their most major importers of goods.

No, I do not support the abuse of citizens in a municipality and outlying cities/suburbs due to a leader's need to burden a humanitarian crisis at home. Denver and Colorado already have large rising homeless, mental health, and drug related issue populations to contend with. Let's resolve those issues and the issues of in-affordability for our residents to remain in our state before becoming a dive-city for someone else's crisis. We cannot afford the luxury of a sanctuary city, county, or state.

Unfortunately the US Dept of Education became something entirely different than it's original purpose and needed elimination. The product of the department was not producing the necessary effects that justified it's existence any longer.

It depends on if Foreign governments could prove to be assets to American Education with classes that teach, from their perspective the diversity of global partnerships, negotiation, their languages, culture, art, science, and humanities. Traditional Christian Marriage is a God-ordained institution within the Christian Religion. Civil Unions of those of the same-sex or otherwise and classified as a "Marriage" with their personal religion and religious authority and should be outside of Governmental restriction as it violates their protected statuses. Personally I believe "Marriage" as a word, transcends a specific religion. Marriage, rather, should describe fidelity between and monogamy between two committed individuals only.

Agreed in relation to indigenous tribal gambling as tribal counsels wish to have. Additional gambling expansion, however, if considered, should have extreme oversite as promises made about lottery proceeds have become non-existent with their initial commitments to state improvement programs. Additionally gambling expansion should be limited to resort areas of cities or towns, rather than on every corner of every town.

I am a passionate Christian/Messianic believer in the Bible with a pursuit of lifestyle and actions as defined by Jesus. I believe in loving God and in fulfilling His purposes by loving my Country, my Family, and my Neighbor. My neighbor is the rich woman and the poor homeless man, the Socialist Democrat and Conservative Republican, the Black/Brown/Yellow/White, the intelligent and otherwise, old and the just conceived, the resident and the alien. I believe in upholding the laws of our land and providing for the common good to people to an extent as a hand up not only a hand out. Californians don't get to vote in Colorado Elections, Visitors from other countries don't get to vote in Colorado Elections, Dead folks don't get to vote in Colorado Elections. This has become such a volatile issue that we must enforce in-person voting with actual government issued ID with proof of residence. It's unfortunate but necessary for Election Integrity.

No one can be responsible for the wrongs committed by people who may have lived here centuries ago. There is no mathematical equation for calculating reparations and there are no actual people or persons who can mathematically be recipients of such with verifiable proof of which. This argument is filled with difficulty and distraction to the priorities of helping Americans regardless of race. It's demonstrative of division and undermining the unity of our nation and it's people.

Trust the Science where Biology is concerned in sex specific sports and in women's sacred spaces. Bathrooms, Locker Rooms, and Sports should be considered restrictive under a new Sanctuary Policy State Statute. We must provide protection for Biologicals in those spaces and make some quantitative space for other individuals where possible and necessary.

"Man-Made Climate Change" is debatable and is sold as a "Green Policy" and guilt-tax increasing the wealth of politicians and their Corporate Sponsors. Climate changes occur and have occurred throughout centuries and millennia. The ability to affect the climate by reduction of carbon emissions, coal discharge, and other atmospheric measures could help by only fractions of tiny percentages while the rest of China/Russia/Africa pollutes in mass quantities and undermines the efforts.

Magnetic Repulsion and/or Atmospheric Static Energy that goes completely unexplored and will get a person eradicated if explored. Nuclear is the next best viable option that won't hurt profitability.

Separation of Church and State applies here but more than that, Sharia Law becomes the higher law of the Islamic Religion over the Constitution or local or state laws making it entirely incompatible with American Society and practice. This is a threat to American and Coloradan governance and existence.

The Second Amendment enshrines self protection and the protection of our country via gun ownership without infringement. Criminal activity, terrorist activity, and certain secure spaces may limit the ability to use that protection device where and when a person wants and with what ammunition is necessary for it to operate. There may be private property limitations to usage within its boundaries but do not restrict personal ownership.
