Taxpayer dollars should not fund organizations that provide or promote abortion. Public funding should instead support programs that help women, children, and families with compassionate, practical alternatives.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I believe every unborn child is precious and deserves the opportunity to be carried to term. I do not believe elective abortion should be allowed, while recognizing that the rarest and most difficult medical circumstances may require careful, compassionate, case-by-case consideration, with every effort made to protect both mother and child.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Protecting unborn life requires more than words, it requires enforcing the laws already on the books, including federal restrictions on the interstate distribution of abortion-inducing drugs, while standing beside women in difficult pregnancies with compassion, care, and meaningful support.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
I support higher wages through a strong economy and good-paying jobs rather than primarily through government mandates. Employers and employees should negotiate wages based on market conditions, cost of living, and merit.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
To me, separation of church and state means protecting the freedom I value for every person to live according to their faith or no faith, without government interference. I believe the government should not establish or favor a religion, but that should never silence people of faith from expressing their beliefs, discussing important issues, or participating fully in civic life.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Individuals and businesses should not be forced to provide a service that would genuinely violate their deeply held moral or religious beliefs. For many people , faith is the foundation of their values and moral compass. Religious freedom means protecting that conviction while treating every person with dignity and respect, even when we may not share the same beliefs.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. Keep Medicare and Medicaid available for those who genuinely depend on them, while preserving private healthcare choices, I support responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars and a healthcare system that encourages competition, affordability, and personal choice.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

I believe in walking alongside others, encouraging them, speaking the truth and standing up for what is right. I love people and genuinely want what is best for others. I love serving others. Following Jesus and grounding my life in God’s Word helps me stay centered in my convictions and reminds me to lead with truth, grace, and love.

Photo identification is a reasonable safeguard for elections. We use photo ID for many important transactions, and I believe it is reasonable to use it when voting to help ensure elections are conducted securely and accurately.

I do not support race-based reparations. America has a complicated history of injustice, but I believe we should focus on equal treatment under the law and creating opportunities for everyone today rather than assigning financial responsibility based on race or ancestry.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Women and girls deserve fairness, privacy, and safety in sports and private spaces. Title IX was created to protect equal opportunities for women and girls, and I believe those protections should be preserved in athletics, locker rooms, restrooms, shelters, and other sex-specific spaces. Biological differences matter, particularly in competitive sports, and we should find solutions that protect opportunities and safety.
