As a small buisness owner, I support maintaining a reasonable minimum wage as a safeguard for workers entering the workforce. The impact on small businesse, family farms, and local employers should also be considered.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
My answer is “C”. Medicaid and Medicare provide an important safety net for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those in real need., but government run healthcare should not replace private options or limit patient choice.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
The primary goal of the criminal justice system should be to protect innocent people, uphold the rule of law, and hold offenders accountable. Justice requires fair and consistent enforcement of the law, support for victims, and appropriate consequences that deter crime. Rehabilitation has a role where appropriate, but public safety and accountability must remain the highest priorities.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Protecting children from online predators, trafficking, exploitation, and harmful content is a legitimate and important function of government. What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Law-abiding citizens have a constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Public safety is best served by enforcing existing laws, prosecuting violent criminals, and preventing prohibited persons from obtaining firearms, not by imposing additional restrictions on responsible gun owners.
