I cannot write a law against a woman. She has the right to her own body and health. It is no place for anyone to tell someone else what they can or cannot do. There are 3 senators (all female) who believe in choice. There are others who believe in a time frame up to 15 weeks. In my opinion, after finding out, make a decision (5-6 weeks). In regards to the Constitution, preserve freedom for Americans and government is not to take away freedom from the people. There are more case scenarios.

I don't like the creation for destruction, but there has to be more to this than meets the eye. I need more information before developing an opinion, thank you.

If it hurts the health of the mother, there are medical reasons between the doctor and the patient, rape, and other cases. There can be many different cases and hence, why a written law cannot encompass every case possible. The argument between conception till birth, where to protect is a gray area and never fully resolved. Hence, if someone wants to keep, their freedom. If someone does not, it is that individual choice, not government. I love my kids and my family choice, no one else.

The Act in regards to pornographic materials sent in the mail, with the Act expanded, I remain neutral until further research combined with my value of not restricting the right of a woman. The pills, should never be picked up from a trusted source (licensed doctor's office or pharmacy that can be a male or female) ever. No male should have possession of such drug. It should be in person, by the woman.

Government is NOT the answer, ever! Less regulations, less taxes and let people have the freedom to start a business, hire people, pay what they can afford, and let people choose to take the job or not. Min. wage is destroying jobs here in California. People have the right to own property and do as they are free to. For example, beach houses can be rented or lived in, but government should not restrict such freedoms. High taxes against a person's property includes HOA's.

I believe in equal 100%. It was one of the foundations of our Constitution, which Thomas Jefferson researched around the world included the fundamental of equal treatment of people. My parents came from Iran and I value this even today and a born American. The rich, create jobs. Giving money to those who don't work (or raise min. wage) takes away the hope and dreams of Americans. Rich people struggled to get to where they are. You too may invent something to become rich helping others.

Government spending is causing inflation. Inflation does not need to be at or about 2%, it can be at 0%. Any lower, we have lower prices. This is capitalism at it's best! Let the free market work, to generate some taxes. Stop with high taxes, spend only on the basics. Get rid of the programs, you'll get rid of a lot of problems, including inflation.

1 - Change programs from lifetime welfare to getting people on their feet. 2 - Decrease tax revenue--less income to the government will need reduced spending by the government 3 - spend only on roads, infrastructure, airports, bridges, dams, etc ..and only necessary items with a budget. Include people to inspect that funds are used properly. 4 - Use privacy companies to bid on projects. They get things done better, faster, cheaper and stronger (better quality). Govt has no accountability.

I go to work, to do a job. What I do with my religion is up to me. Don't mix work with religion. Keep life simple, honest and straight to the task at hand. Work, make money, and it's my business what I do with it (donate to church, spend on vacation, save for retirement, etc).

Religion and government don't mix*. See Iran, where government forces people to be Muslim, or you don't live another day with a public hanging. Hence, why my family came to America. No one in America has the feeling of public hangings by cranes because an Iranian citizen is Jewish, or Christian or any other religion not Muslim. This is why America is the greatest country! The Constitution states that any held office does not require someone to be of a certain religion, or any for that matter.

C and then D - because anytime government is involved with anything, costs skyrocket and they can. Because government requires it, companies charge what they want, not what they can based on markets. In fact, in the 1990's healthcare provided by a company was started on day one. Today, if I get healthcare from a company who was mandated by government, I have to start on Jan 2nd, work 90 days (spills into April), then starts on the 1st of the next month...May 1st all while paying each month.

Stop government with collecting data on citizens. It's dangerous to our freedoms. A medical illness is between the doctor and the patient. However, there are laws if someone is a danger, doctors have to report such. No government healthcare, no problem. Private--let businesses handle the open free market on their own to make money.

B - because there are more pieces to a puzzle than a simple "freedom is threatened" and go fight. So, more details needed, but basically help those who ask and need it. For Iran, it's a human rights issue to the core.

The best thing to do is to disarm them...companies who created thousands of jobs, have created so much wealth for China, and not the United States. The cheaper products back then, now has prices climbing up. Once they have the equipment and patents, they now control the economy at a point. Having companies come back to the USA is better for us, and bad for China. Quality has gone down hill. Fridges and washing machines used to last decades. Now, seven years max.

Yes, they are one of the few countries who not only fight for freedom, but also are currently helping the Iranian people of Iran (the Iranian government publishes hate against Israel). They are one of the few countries that would help us in time of need as well.

Agree 1000% When people come here to the USA, they become Americans. My father came to this country from Iran in the 1950's to be an American. He always said he would take a gun to defend this country anytime (meaning he would fight for America). Today, people come from other countries, but bring in what does NOT work there, into America. What they escape from, bring socialism or such ideas is only hurting America.

My parents legally immigrated and I don't know what the requirements were back then. I filed the paperwork for my fiancee in 2008, took 1.5 years. I am 100% fine with the research our government has done to ensure for America, and for myself for her to immigrate and then we married. Now, allowed today, someone who has the work ethic to work hard and build their own life, without governmental support. That was America in the old days and created large companies, who created wealth for people.

Immigrate legally, like everyone else. Obama said it best, and so did Trump. Why burden tax payers with supporting illegals to commit crimes against Americans? Get rid of the programs, you'll get rid of the problems.

China funding for bio weapons, that should not happen. Canada helping to fund for education on transportation, sure. So, it's not a clear one answer. I'd have to do further research on what monies have come in, from what governments, for what purpose and intention(s). Most importantly, what do they want in return, or is it no strings attached? --which is not usually the case.

It's 1000% child abuse. No person shall be able to change their sex, at their own will to sign such contract, until the age of 25. My democrat friend said why not 18, everything is 18! I said, 16 to drive, 18 to vote, 21 to drink. Different levels of maturity. A friend of mine who is a pharmacist had a God son from a friend. He said he wanted to change from male to female at age 14. She stopped him. He listened. At age 23, he said "Thank you for saving me!" Adults shall guide kids, not abuse

Government is for the people, by the people. Many disagree. But those who disagree, shall not infringe upon the rights of those who believe in the statement. In other words, you can be free how you live, and I'm free to live my life. Respect one another. Don't hate.

Honesty is key. If I don't know a topic, or need to research, I will honestly state that. I'm not here to make promises for exchange of a vote. But what I am here is to show my honest feelings and why I am running. To respect others who may differ and yet, to find what we may have in common to build forward. We have people on all sides of the spectrum. Accepting people for who they are, and working with anyone, and everyone equally is important to me. Honestly, favoring some people over others is hurting those favored. Our leaders have made mistakes that I don't agree with, and I want to improve on those. I value being part of my community as a soccer coach too. The trust parents have given is humbling. I like to connect with people.

Everyone, even illegals have ID's. So not having an ID is a poor argument. In Iran, you have to have an ID to vote. Why in America it is not is sad. Only 10 states require ID's. If illegals were not allowed in, and if illegals were not allowed to obtain driver licenses (CA it has), then this would not be an issue. It is, and if we don't, then we are allowing people to cheat. When people cheat, then the system is not trusted. We can't trust the voting system if we don't require voter ID.

Where did this sick idea come from, I'll never know. Australia's National Women Soccer Team 5th in the world, played against boys under 15 years of age. Score: 7 to 0, boys won. Switzerland Women National Soccer Team played boys under 14 years of age. Score 7 to 1, boys won. Girls have one chance going through school to compete in their own league, win a scholarship, build not only strength, but confidence in our adult world. Where are the adults? They are being shut out!

Conserve energy first. Solar and wind are not 100%, nor do they build products. Hence, oil is still part of the equation. Used for agriculture, jets, rockets, trucks, trains, etc. I got 862 miles per gallon per ton running freight trains. Efficient!

Conservative but respect other people. Small govt, less taxes. If elected as a leader, I encompass all Americans. There is no left or right, only forward or backwards. There is no special favor for any one group. Everyone is American and deserves the same respect. We don't have to agree 100%, but we can respect the freedom we each have. Discussions are great. I always say we have "freedom, with respect." i.e., you can say what you like but consider if children around for example.

The company that has the "app" or program, has the responsibility. The part government enters the picture is when a company hurts a child, has responsibility. It is up to the public to not purchase an iPhone for their 6 year old child. If they want to keep in touch, buy a flip phone. Parents have a responsibility. I've been on the internet since 1988 and have protections set (not from companies) as a programmer. Americans should be responsible.

Work on going after criminals, not gun owners. 2nd Amendment is to protect citizens against a government. *SEE Iran, how citizens don't have guns and they are not only controlled, but killed for just a piece of hair showing if female, or men cannot wear shorts. If you disagree with government telling you to be Muslim, you are killed. Also, share more stories of how people have saved lives with someone who had a gun in a bank for example when criminals came in hurting people.
