QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I am unapologetically Pro-Life. Life is a gift from God, and our first duty is to protect it. I support the sanctity of life with exceptions for rape, incest, and the life of the mother. While radicals in Carson City push to enshrine late-term, taxpayer-funded procedures in our constitution, I will be a wall against that overreach. My Navy service taught me that protecting the vulnerable is a mission that cannot fail. I’ll lead with faith and family to secure Nevada’s future.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Strongly Agree
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Agree
ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
Mandated wage hikes are a government-first solution to a government-created problem. As a business owner, I know Carson City bureaucrats shouldn’t be setting payroll for our local shops. Artificial hikes kill entry-level jobs and fuel inflation.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
1. Independent Audits: Every agency must justify every cent. 2. Regulatory Sunset Laws: Automatically kill outdated, costly red tape. 3. Classrooms First: Slash the bloated school bureaucracy and move dollars to students and parents. 4. End Cronyism: Stop taxpayer-funded handouts for special interests. Nevada doesn’t have a revenue problem; we have a spending problem. I’m here to cut the fat and put Nevada First.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means the government stays out of our churches, not that faith is scrubbed from the public square. The Founders intended to protect religious liberty from state overreach, not banish God from government. Our rights come from our Creator and no other entity. I will fight radical attempts to use this phrase as a weapon against families of faith. We must protect the freedom to live by our convictions.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
I select C. As a Navy veteran and small business owner, I know that more government is never the solution to high costs. We must protect the promises made to our seniors through Medicare and Medicaid, but I will be a wall against further government involvement in healthcare. I’ll work to slash the red tape that protects insiders and restore a free market that puts Nevada families first.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
The bond with Israel is non-negotiable. As a Navy veteran, I know a strong Israel is essential for American security and stability. They are our greatest ally against radical terrorism. Beyond strategy, this relationship is rooted in our shared Judeo-Christian values of faith and freedom. I will always stand with Israel and oppose any attempt to weaken our support or fund its enemies. Strong allies make a stronger America and a safer Nevada. We must never waver in our support.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
I support the expansion of gambling in my state.
Strongly Agree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. As a Christian, I believe our rights don't come from the government—they come from our Creator. In the Navy, I lived by a code of integrity and accountability, and I carry those values into this fight for Nevada. I believe in the sanctity of life, the strength of the traditional family, and the God-given freedom of the individual. I’m running to protect our way of life so the next generation honors these eternal truths.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Strongly Disagree
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
As a former Navy nuclear reactor operator, I know nuclear is the only 24/7 source. Nevada imports 86% of its fuel this is a massive security risk. I’ll fight for reliable base-load power to stop blackouts and end our reliance on outsiders.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
The goal of the criminal justice system must be the absolute protection of our families and the swift punishment of those who break our laws. For too long, politicians have prioritized criminals over victims with soft on crime experiments that make our communities less safe. As a Navy veteran, I believe in accountability. We must restore mandatory minimums for offenders, fully fund our law enforcement, and ensure that 'justice' means the bad guys stay off our streets.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Second Amendment is non-negotiable. As a Navy veteran, I know that firearms in the hands of law-abiding citizens are a deterrent, not a danger. We don’t need laws that trample on due process or bans that only disarm the good guys while criminals run free. Public safety is protected by holding violent offenders accountable with mandatory minimums, not by layering red tape on patriots. I will fight any attempt to infringe on your God-God-given rights. Nevada stays free when Nevadans are armed.
