QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Neutral

Ultimately I feel that abortion is not a governmental issue. It is an issue that should be decided within social organizations that have been formed to create and determine the moral values of groups and individuals, such as religious organizations.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

I feel that all abortions are elective to some degree. Using language to alter reality, simply to meet a person's desire is problematic. Having access to elective medical procedures can be both productive and harmful and can not be determined to be either good or bad.

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

The reason we as people form societies is to protect human life. Government's main purpose is to protect the people within. The people have agreed to outsource their violence to the government. The government is tasked with protecting its citizens from outside threats utilizing violence through the military and from inside threats utilizing violence through law enforcement.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Neutral

I am a supporter of technological advancement and understand that advancement requires data and iteration over periods of time. Harm to humans should be limited to achieve any advancement.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Neutral

State's Rights are one of the most important ideals for maintaining a prosperous and safe United States. If an individual does not agree with a State's law, they are free to self segregate to another State which better represents their personal values or beliefs. The Federal government has been granted power to regulate interstate commerce under Article 1, section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.

ECONOMY

What is your position on the minimum wage?

I feel that actual minimum wage should be $0. I say this because policies should be judged on their incentive effects and actual outcomes and not by the intentions behind them.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

I feel an economic system is far more productive the more that governmental involvement is limited.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

1 - Demand oversight on the spending of each and every tax dollar. 2 - Provide total transparency to citizens on every tax dollar spent. 3 - Stop providing financial support to any and all countries which are not the United States.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Separation of church and state means that no outside force shall be allowed to influence our representative government to include but not limited to: religious, economic, political, racial, identity, etc.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

No U.S. persons (to include businesses registered within the U.S.) should be leveraged, coerced or forced to provide service to anyone or anything that they do not wish to.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

I feel that all rights require responsibility and that a possible solution to the healthcare problem is that all U.S. citizens provide unpaid service to our community for a determined amount of time in exchange for healthcare. This model could emulate something like how the National Guard operates, where individual would provide one weekend a month of service in exchange for benefits. The government would require insurance providers cover all participants fully in exchange for tax incentives.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

The government should not keep any databases on U.S. citizens. This is an obvious violation the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Yes, China along with Israel, England, France, Russia, Iran, Germany and dozens of other countries pose serious military, cyber, intellectual property and economic threats to the U.S..

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

The current U.S. relationship with Israel is extremely dangerous and should be limited if not completely eliminated. All political, economic, military and other support should cease immediately. All countries to include our "FVEY" partners should be treated as threats first and cooperated with under very limited conditions going forward.

IMMIGRATION

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

U.S. persons as defined by the Federal government are provided legal status and protections. Those who do not qualify should remain outside the United States, allowed to apply for protective status and only permitted to enter the United States once all requirements are met.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

State's Rights are one of the most important tenants of our country. Each State through their representative government are required to protect their resident's values. This is done through State institutes to include the educations system. If individual Citizens of the U.S. don't agree with the majority values in the State where they reside, they are free to self segregate and move where they do agree with the majority's values. The $79 billion budget would be better spent at the State level.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

Education is vital in preserving our share societal values which have been created over tens of thousands of years prior to the existence of the United States. All outside influence should be strictly prohibited at the peril of degrading the most successful and free society which has ever existed in human history.

VALUES

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Strongly Agree

The duty of parental decisions concerning the directing of their own child's health and educational well-being should be treated as a valuable asset to our society and one that should be protected by the government.

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

It is standard practice and common sense throughout history that children's individual rights are curtailed by societal and governmental institutes until they reach adulthood. This is practiced for the purpose of protecting children from themselves as the prefrontal cortex which manages executive functions, decision-making, and emotional regulation has not fully formed, leaving young people vulnerable.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Neutral

Marriage serves to provide stability and continuity to societies throughout time and throughout the world and it should be a moral consideration decided by individuals and influenced by their value system. Government on the other hand views marriage no differently than it views a business contract between individuals. The two definitions and situation are not the same and should not be in the same conversation.

I support the expansion of gambling in my state.

Agree

The extensive tax revenue generated from gambling can be utilized in very productive ways for the State's residents. Government should not be in the business of enforcing moral decisions, to include gambling. Any moral apprehension should be dealt with individually or though value based institutions.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My values are the shared values brought over to this country over 400 years ago. Values which were formed and refined for tens of thousands of years prior to the formation of the United States, and which have been the basis for the most successful societies in the world. I value time-tested traditions, systemic rules, and customs over abstract moral ideologies. I think every choice comes with a distinct cost. I do not subscribe to any specific organized spiritual belief system but do understand there are many unexplained forces in the universe.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

People should have to prove they are U.S. citizens before being allowed to take part in our electoral system. The only reason to not enforce proving citizenship is to purposefully allow non-citizens to vote.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

I will assume that this question is referring to the triangular slave trade of Europe, the Americas and West Africa in the 16th to 19th centuries and reparations to U.S. citizens of African decent and not other racial groups. I do not agree with any reparations. Countless measures of limited degrees of effectiveness have already been taken to right any past wrongs concerning this question, to include the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Women have been provided spaces, mores, concessions, customs and laws throughout our shared societal evolution to ensure them with specific protections. Creating these protections is a result of tens of thousands of years of development and ideals of which are considered common place, common sense and common law. Women of today should be continue to expect and provided with the same courtesies that so much thought and effort have been focused towards over our history as people.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Neutral

I think a free market, technological advancement and people's desire to live in a healthy environment will correct anything that is currently amiss with our climate over time.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Oil will continue to be the most reliable energy source for many years to come. The United States should ensure that the ability to create power though nuclear reaction should be implemented in large scale over the near term.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I believe that we need to to limit our Federal government's power and increase our individual State's power. I believe that all individual rights have responsibilities associated to them. I believe U.S. citizens are shouldering a tax burden that is unfair and borderline illegal. If we have enough money to give to foreign governments, we are being taxed too much.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

Never

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

Never

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?

The criminal justice system is our overall agreement to outsource our societies violence to the state. With that said we need an extremely well trained law enforcement body, a just judicial system and increased punishment of violations to include corporal if necessary, especially for those involving sexual crimes and anything abusive or sexual towards children. Criminal behavior should harshly punished and eradicated.

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

As I've stated prior, the government has been tasked by us citizens with committing violence on our behalf. There are no more vulnerable citizens than our children. Any criminal activity towards children should be dealt with under the harshest letter of the law allowed.

Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

Strongly Agree

Sharia law should be eradicated from the United States in its entirety. Federal and State laws are the only legal authority in the U.S. and anything else is only an effort to undermine and destabilize our society and our country.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

It is illegal to restrict gun ownership as per the 2nd amendment of the U.S. Constitution. States with the most gun laws have the most gun associated crime. There are already restrictions to gun ownership in the U.S.. Why are those restrictions not being enforced already? "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"
