QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I do not believe taxpayer dollars should be used to fund organizations that provide abortions. I believe every human life has value and should be protected, and public resources should instead support healthcare and organizations that provide medical care without funding abortion.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

I do not support elective abortion as a matter of choice. I believe abortion should only be permitted when necessary to save the life of the mother. I believe every unborn child has value and deserves protection, while recognizing that there are circumstances in which medical intervention may be necessary to save a woman's life.

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

I believe human life is sacred and has inherent value from conception through natural death. As a Christian, I believe every human being is created in the image of God and deserves dignity, protection, and respect. I believe our laws should recognize and protect the value of human life while also treating people facing difficult circumstances with compassion.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Neutral

I believe human life has value from the moment of conception, regardless of how that life was created. Therefore, I believe human embryos created through assisted reproductive technology should be treated with dignity and should not be intentionally destroyed. I also believe we should support couples who are struggling with infertility and pursue compassionate policies that respect both the desire to build a family and the value of human life.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Agree

I support enforcing the Comstock Act as it applies to the interstate distribution of abortion-inducing drugs. I believe unborn life deserves legal protection, while also recognizing that physicians must be able to provide necessary medical treatment when a mother's life is in danger.

ECONOMY

What is your position on the minimum wage?

I believe Georgia’s minimum wage needs to be raised. $7.50 an hour is not a livable wage in today’s economy. The cost of housing, food, transportation, childcare, healthcare, and basic necessities has increased dramatically, while wages have not kept

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

I strongly support free enterprise and private property rights. I also believe that a free-market economy works best when people who work full-time have a reasonable opportunity to support themselves. Government should not unnecessarily interfere with businesses, but neither should hardworking Georgians be trapped at wages that cannot meet the basic cost of living.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

My priorities are auditing government programs, eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy and duplication, increasing transparency and accountability, strengthening oversight of government contracts, and eliminating programs that fail to demonstrate measurable results. Government must treat every taxpayer dollar as if it came directly out of a working family's paycheck.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Separation of church and state means that the church and government have distinct responsibilities. I believe the church should fulfill its biblical responsibility to serve humanity and care for those in need, while government should focus on governing, protecting individual rights, and upholding the law. I support religious freedom and believe government should neither establish a religion nor interfere with a person's right to practice their faith.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

I disagree. I believe government should not force individuals to violate sincerely held religious or moral convictions. Religious liberty is a fundamental freedom that should be protected. At the same time, I believe we should treat every person with dignity and respect and obey laws that prohibit unlawful discrimination.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C I believe Medicare and Medicaid should remain available to those who qualify. These programs provide an essential safety net for vulnerable Americans, including seniors, low-income families, and people facing serious or terminal illnesses. However, I do not believe the government should be responsible for providing taxpayer-funded healthcare to everyone when private healthcare options are available to those who can afford them.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Disagree

I do not believe the government should maintain a database that identifies individuals based on their ongoing medical illnesses simply to assess the economic burden of their treatment. While government has a legitimate role in studying healthcare costs and planning public policy, that can be done using de-identified and aggregated data without creating a database of individuals' medical conditions. Personal medical information is extremely sensitive, and protecting citizens' privacy sh

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Agree

I believe the Chinese Communist Party poses serious strategic challenges to the United States, including military competition, cybersecurity threats, intellectual-property concerns, and economic competition. At the same time, I believe our response should be focused on the actions of the Chinese government and protecting American interests, not on discriminating against Chinese people or Americans of Chinese descent. We should pursue a strong but responsible foreign policy that protects A

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. As a Christian, I believe the relationship between the United States and Israel is important both strategically and because of Israel's unique historical and biblical significance. However, supporting Israel does not mean that I believe every decision made by its government is beyond criticism. I believe America should stand for security, justice, peace, and the protection of innocent lives.

IMMIGRATION

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Disagree

I believe America must have secure borders and enforce its immigration laws consistently. Sanctuary policies undermine the rule of law by limiting cooperation between local governments and federal immigration authorities. I support legal immigration and believe people who want to come to America should have a clear legal pathway to do so. Enforcement of immigration law should be firm, fair, and humane.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Agree

Agree. I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and returning primary control of education to the states and local communities. Parents and local educators should have a greater voice in determining what works for their children—not unelected federal bureaucrats. I believe education is most effective when decisions are made closer to the students, families, and communities being served.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

American education should serve the interests of American students, families, and communities—not foreign governments. I believe foreign governments should not be permitted to use financial support to influence American education, curriculum, research, or institutional policies. We should protect academic freedom, national security, and the integrity of our educational institutions while ensuring that decisions about American education remain in American hands.

VALUES

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Strongly Agree

Agree. Parents—not government—have the primary responsibility for raising their children and making decisions regarding their health and education. I believe government should respect and protect parental rights and give families the freedom to make decisions based on what they believe is best for their children. Government should step in when necessary to protect children from abuse or neglect, but it should not unnecessarily interfere with the rights and responsibilities of parents.

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Agree

I disagree with the wording that all attempts to socially or physically transition a child constitute child abuse. However, I do not believe children should undergo irreversible medical procedures or make permanent decisions about altering their bodies. Adults have the right to make those decisions for themselves, but children need protection from irreversible interventions until they reach adulthood and can make those decisions for themselves.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

As a Christian, I believe marriage is a God-ordained and sacred covenant between one man and one woman. I respect every individual regardless of their personal beliefs or circumstances, but I believe my faith requires me to uphold this biblical understanding of marriage.

I support the expansion of gambling in my state.

Neutral

I am not opposed to all forms of gambling, but I believe any expansion should be carefully regulated and accompanied by strong protections against addiction, exploitation, and financial harm. I also believe individuals have a responsibility to exercise wisdom and self-control.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian, and my faith in Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Bible are the foundation of my values. I believe in serving others, loving my neighbor, pursuing justice, showing mercy, protecting human dignity, and standing for what is right. I believe every person is created by God and should be treated with dignity and respect. I also believe in protecting religious freedom for everyone, including those whose beliefs differ from my own.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

I believe photo identification should be required to vote. I have always shown identification when voting, and I believe reasonable identification requirements help protect the integrity and security of our elections. At the same time, voting should remain accessible to every eligible citizen, and the state should ensure that obtaining an acceptable ID is not an unreasonable barrier to voting.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Disagree

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

I believe biological sex matters when it comes to sports, privacy, safety, and sex-specific facilities. Women and girls should not lose opportunities, privacy, or protections because of policies that disregard biological differences. I also believe everyone should be treated with dignity and should not be subjected to harassment or abuse.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Neutral

I recognize that human activity can affect the climate and that environmental stewardship is important. However, I disagree that this necessarily requires urgent or sweeping political action. I support practical, market-based solutions, technological innovation, conservation, and American energy independence rather than policies that unnecessarily increase costs for working families or restrict economic growth.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

I believe America should pursue an all-of-the-above energy strategy, with nuclear energy, natural gas, and other reliable domestic energy sources playing an important role. Nuclear power provides consistent, dependable electricity with very low carbo

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I consider myself very conservative because my faith and values shape my belief in the importance of family, personal responsibility, protecting human life, religious freedom, parental rights, limited government, and individual liberty. I believe government should serve the people, protect their rights, respect the Constitution, and be a responsible steward of taxpayer

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?

The goal of the criminal justice system should be public safety and justice—not punishment for punishment's sake. We should hold offenders accountable, protect victims and communities, ensure due process and equal treatment under the law, and provide meaningful opportunities for rehabilitation when appropriate. A successful system should reduce future crime, not simply increase the number of people we incarcerate.

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation, including exploitation that occurs online. Children should be protected from predators, trafficking, grooming, and the distribution of sexually exploitative material. I support strong laws and enforcement against those who target children, while also protecting parents' rights, privacy, and constitutional freedoms. Technology companies should also be held accountable for taking reasonable steps to prevent and report ch

Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

Strongly Agree

I believe the United States should be governed by the Constitution and laws established through our democratic and legal system. No religious legal system, including Sharia law, should be incorporated into or take precedence over American law. At the same time, I strongly support religious freedom and the right of Muslims and people of every faith to practice their religion freely, as long as those practices remain consistent with the Constitution and applicable laws.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I believe law-abiding citizens have a constitutional right to own firearms, and that right should not be unnecessarily restricted. At the same time, reasonable laws should prevent firearms from being possessed by individuals who are legally prohibited from having them, including violent criminals and those who have been lawfully determined to pose a serious danger to themselves or others. I support enforcing existing laws and holding people accountable for the criminal misuse of firearms rather
