What is your position on the minimum wage?
There should not be a government-forced minimum wage. Pay should be decided by an employer and employee and determined by prevailing economic market conditions.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

1. Dismantle Boards and Commissions - especially those with revolving funds 2. Stop the use of 'advisory' or 'consulting' groups for government contracting. 3. Prevent the use of private non-profits inside government and tangentially through government. 4. Force government offices to be audited by two separate auditors yearly; a state auditor and inspector and a private firm and the results of both must be read at an open meeting.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Government must not interfere in religion and religion should not seek to be supported by government. During COVID, we saw many Churches - most of whom use a govt tax exemption - being shut down by the govt. Eric Metaxis makes my argument in Bonhoeffer. Religion should exist on the outside of government to direct government's morals and ethics. Once religion becomes entangled in government, it loses both its moral clarity and moral authority, ceding it to the state.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Every citizen in a free economy should utilize any business that matches their needs and can provide the service they require. If a business cannot accommodate their needs, a citizen has but to find another that will.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
We should have never established government healthcare at any level - that is for private non-profits external to government to provide. The movement of a government system to a private non-profit system should happen slowly over the years, but it should eventually be phased out.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Absolutely not. Again, local non-profits should be working with local citizens and families to find and fund local treatment options.

The US' relationship with every country is important. Israel is not the only country that is surrounded by enemies.

I believe in one God - the Maker Of The Universe - who sent his son to earth to save my soul. I believe that Jesus Christ was the human son of our sovereign God and that the Bible is the authority on His life. I value human life and the inherent rights of individuals who were made in the image of God not to be ruled over by mere fallen man.

Natural gas and coal. We have the technology to burn coal much cleaner than ever before and it is abundant in many places across the US and the globe. It certainly has less long-term environmental impact than nuclear energy at this point in time.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
To actually mete out justice fairly and not as a response to social pressures.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

I struggle with this, because Governments are instituted even at the local level to protect citizens - certainly the most vulnerable of our citizens - but often, when government gets involved with child protection, efforts are misused or even turned against parents themselves. I often do not trust government to protect children.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

Sharia law is a geopolitical treatise that is not compatable with either the US Constitution or American rule of law. Those individuals wanting to practice Sharia law need to live in a place where Sharia law is the law of the land - not the US or state Constitutions.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Absolutely none through the government. Parents should lock their weapons securely to protect their children from their own curiousity and teach them how to properly handle a weapon as soon as they are mature enough to handle that responsibility. 'Public safety' is a term invented to control US citizens, not protect them.
