QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Human life has inherent value and deserves legal protection from conception until natural death. I believe we must protect the unborn, support mothers and families, strengthen adoption and pregnancy resources, and ensure the elderly, disabled, and vulnerable are treated with dignity. A pro-life position should protect both life and human compassion.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Agree
I believe human embryos have moral value and should not be treated as disposable material. Families using IVF deserve compassion and support, but we should encourage ethical standards that protect human life, prevent commercial exploitation, and avoid the purposeful destruction of embryos whenever possible. Life should be handled with dignity at every stage.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I do not support abortion except in rare circumstances involving rape, incest, or when the life of the mother is at risk due to a serious medical emergency. Laws should protect unborn life while ensuring doctors can act when a mother’s life or physical health is truly endangered.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
I do not believe taxpayer dollars should fund abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood. Public funds should be directed toward community health centers and providers that offer women’s healthcare without performing or promoting abortions. Taxpayers should not be forced to subsidize organizations involved in ending unborn life.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Agree
I support enforcing federal law against mailing or transporting abortion-inducing drugs for unlawful abortions. At the same time, enforcement must respect due process and protect doctors treating miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, and true medical emergencies. Pro-life policy should protect unborn life without criminalizing legitimate emergency care.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Free enterprise and private property are core to a strong economy. People should have the freedom to build, own, invest, farm, create jobs, and pass something on to their families. Government’s role should be limited: protect property rights, ensure fair competition, stop corruption, and get out of the way of responsible businesses and workers.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Disagree
Working families need relief, but raising taxes is not the first answer. Washington should cut waste, close unfair loopholes, stop corporate giveaways, and simplify the tax code so families and small businesses keep more of what they earn. The government should spend less before asking Americans for more.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
The federal government must cut wasteful spending to reduce the national debt. That means auditing federal agencies, eliminating duplicate programs, ending blank-check foreign aid, stopping corporate giveaways, and forcing Congress to justify every dollar. We cannot keep passing debt to future generations while pretending Washington has unlimited money.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
My top priorities to eliminate government waste are cutting unnecessary foreign spending, auditing bloated federal agencies, ending corporate giveaways and special-interest carveouts, increasing transparency for every taxpayer-funded program, and forcing Congress to lead by example. Government should have to justify every dollar it spends, and if a program is not producing real results for the American people, it should be reformed, reduced, or eliminated.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
I believe religious liberty and conscience rights must be protected. Government should not force individuals or small businesses to violate sincerely held moral or religious beliefs. At the same time, every person should be treated with dignity and respect. The goal should be balancing equal treatment with constitutional freedom.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
To me, separation of church and state means the government should not establish, control, or favor one religion over another. It also means government should not silence people of faith or push religion out of public life. Americans should be free to live out their beliefs while ensuring government serves everyone fairly.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C) I believe Medicare and Medicaid should remain available for seniors, people with disabilities, and the most vulnerable. However, I do not support a government takeover of healthcare or eliminating private options. We should focus on lowering costs, increasing transparency, expanding competition, and making healthcare more affordable without creating more federal dependency.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
I do not support the government keeping a personal database of citizens based on medical conditions. Healthcare data is deeply private and should be protected. Aggregate, anonymous public health data can be useful for policy decisions, but the government should not maintain individual medical lists that could be misused or expose Americans’ private health information.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C) I believe America should lead with strength, but we cannot continue acting as the world’s endless checkbook or police force. Our foreign policy should prioritize American sovereignty, border security, military readiness, and taxpayer interests first. We should act when our nation or allies face serious threats, but avoid unnecessary foreign entanglements.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The Chinese Communist Party poses a serious threat through military expansion, cyberattacks, intellectual property theft, fentanyl supply chains, surveillance technology, and global economic manipulation. America must protect our infrastructure, supply chains, farmland, data, and national security interests while also staying economically competitive.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes, historically the U.S.-Israel relationship has been important for defense, intelligence, and stability in the Middle East. That relationship must serve American interests first. I oppose any and all blank checks, endless foreign aid, and pro-Israel special-interest spending influencing congressional seats or voting on legislation. Any aid or partnership should be transparent, held fully accountable, and never placed above the needs of the American taxpayers.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Radical Islamic terrorism remains a national security threat, but we must be precise: the threat is violent extremism, not law-abiding Muslim Americans. The United States should aggressively confront terrorist networks, protect our borders, strengthen intelligence capabilities, and defend religious liberty at the same time. Freedom and security must both be protected.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration should be legal, controlled, and in America’s interest. We should allow people who follow the law, pass strict vetting, contribute economically, respect our values, and do not pose a public safety risk. I support legal immigration, but not open borders, mass amnesty, or policies that reward illegal entry over those waiting the right way.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
I do not support sanctuary cities. Local governments should not block cooperation with federal immigration enforcement, especially when public safety is involved. America can treat people humanely while still enforcing immigration law. Cities should not create policies that protect illegal entry, shield criminal activity, or undermine border security. Legal immigration should be respected and prioritized.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and returning control to states, local school boards, parents, and teachers. Education should not be run by distant federal bureaucrats. Federal dollars should follow students, protect special education obligations, support rural schools where needed, and give communities more flexibility to improve outcomes without Washington micromanagement.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
Foreign governments should not be allowed to influence American education through hidden funding, curriculum control, research pressure, or political partnerships. Our schools and universities should serve American students, parents, taxpayers, and national interests. Legitimate international students are one thing, but foreign government money should be banned or fully disclosed and tightly restricted.
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Agree
Children should not be pushed, pressured, or medically transitioned before they are mature enough to understand lifelong consequences. I oppose puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries for minors. Parents should be involved, schools should not hide this from families, and children struggling with identity should receive compassion, counseling, and protection from irreversible harm.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Disagree
I respect that many people of faith believe marriage is between one man and one woman, and I strongly support religious liberty. No church, pastor, or religious organization should be forced to violate its beliefs. At the same time, civil marriage is also a legal institution, and same-sex couples deserve equal protection under the law. Religious freedom and equal treatment can coexist.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian, and I try to live with faith, humility, and purpose. I believe God calls us to serve others, care for creation, and make a positive impact while we are here. I am also a very grounded person who feels connected to the earth, the world around me, and the people I meet. My values are built on faith, compassion, service, and understanding others.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Voting should require a valid photo ID. When an ID is issued for voting purposes, citizenship should already be verified and clearly tied to that record. This protects election integrity while keeping the process simple for legal voters. The goal is not to make voting harder, but to make sure every legal vote counts and cannot be canceled out by fraud or error.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
I believe women’s sports and intimate spaces should be protected based on biological sex. This is about fairness, privacy, and safety for women and girls, especially in athletics, locker rooms, shelters, prisons, and sororities. Every person should be treated with dignity, but protecting women’s spaces is a legitimate and necessary public policy priority.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear power is the most reliable long-term energy source. America needs dependable baseload power, not a grid built only on weather. Natural gas should remain a bridge, with renewables used where practical.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
I would describe myself as a constitutional conservative. I believe in limited government, fiscal responsibility, secure borders, religious liberty, parental rights, election integrity, and putting American taxpayers first. I also believe conservatism should mean accountability, ethics, and independence from lobbyists and special interests.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
Government has a clear responsibility to protect children from online sexual exploitation, trafficking, grooming, and predatory content. That means stronger enforcement, accountability for platforms that knowingly enable harm, better parental tools, and real consequences for offenders. We must protect children while still respecting privacy, free speech, and constitutional limits.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I strongly support the Second Amendment and oppose broad restrictions on law-abiding gun owners. The focus should be enforcing existing laws, prosecuting violent criminals, improving school security and mental health response, and ensuring firearms do not end up in the hands of those legally prohibited from owning them.
