QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Agree
Health of the mother is priority.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Agree
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Mother's life is at risk. Doctors should be the sole determiner, not politicians.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Agree
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Following the constitution and rule of law is the foundation for a strong economy. Investors can then invest freely without expropriation concerns.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Choose not to answer
This is two questions and connects two topics not necessarily related. I am working on a plan to balance the federal budget. I plan to bring that plan to congress with me.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
I will never vote to increase the deficit. I am working on a plan to balance the federal budget that will bring to congress with me. We have to pass the balanced budget amendment as congress cannot control itself.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
1st be honest with the public about where the waste is. What you see on the news today, about where the fraud is occurring, is a drop in the bucket. When I bring my balanced budget plan to congress in January of 2027. The real fraud will be exposed.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Exactly what the founding fathers meant. See Thomas Jefferson and James Madison writings on that topic.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
We need to take the massive corporate profit out of the health care system. It was that way before 1973. Everyone should be free to choose what healthcare they want.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
I will always vote against federal government overreach.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
There is more to think about that A-D choices above. We need to rethink the massive amounts of money we send to foreign nations. Our annual deficit is already $1.9 trillion. Our children will be paying the bill for our irresponsible spending. My view is that we need to refocus on threats in the Americas.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Yes, so now why are we selling them computer chips that our defense department has historically blocked, and now saying it is ok for China to purchase farmland? I will oppose.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
It is, but we have to place the interests of the United States first.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Agree
Agree. It does concern me that some people think all Muslims are Islamic terrorists. Listen to what Presidents Reagan and Busch said on these topics. Our intelligence services can identify the bad actors, and we can take action accordingly.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
People who will be loyal to the constitution. Those who have been persecuted by bad governments. Those who helped our soldiers during combat operations overseas.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
The term sanctuary city means local resources will not be used to enforce federal immigration laws. The federal government can still enforce immigration laws regardless. That said, I am an ardent support of states' rights, and very much against federal government overreach. Our founders designed our system of government where the states are the "boss" and tell the federal government what to do via representation, not the other way around.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Agree
The question implies something that is not true. Local school boards have control currently as they should. So my agree is for the first part of the two-part question.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
That means all foreign governments, even ones we like.
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
If we have doctors in the US that would do that, they need to not be doctors.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Neutral
I am opposed to federal government overreach. I support states' rights as the founding fathers designed. The federal government should not tell states what to do on this topic or any others.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe if more people and politicians tried to act more like Jesus, we would be much better off. I think Jesus would think honesty and integrity are good things. I also often wonder what Jesus would say about all the falsehoods posted by our politicians.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
There is much misinformation about this topic out there right now. When you go to vote, a republican rep and a democrat rep are both there to check your credentials against what used to be the old-fashioned paper voter rolls or now the database. In addition, when you turn 18, and first go to register, you have to show a picture identification or social security card in all 50 states. The data from Heritage foundation and other credible sources show there is practically no voter fraud happening.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Depends. Renewables are not there yet, maybe someday. The EPA's rules prevent power companies from building clean coal & nuclear, so they continue to operate older less clean ones. The power companies are ready; we need to clear the roadblocks.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
We need get back to operating the federal government more like the founding father designed it.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
I am for the smallest government necessary, but, this kind of protection, private citizens cannot do alone. This is one of the reasons for government.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. We need to keep violent criminals in jail. The founding fathers knew from their experiences in Europe that freedom only happens when the federal government is afraid its citizens, not the other way around, to make that happen, the federal government should always be afraid that citizens can rise up against an authoritarian government.
