OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

This is no longer a federal issue, it's in the hands of the states. Human life deserves legal protection at every stage, from conception to natural death, with rare exceptions in tragic cases.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Agree

Human embryos represent the earliest stage of life and should be treated with dignity and respect. Scientific advancement should be guided by strong ethical standards that protect human life.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Abortion should be limited to rare cases involving rape, incest, or when the life of the mother is in serious danger. These circumstances together make up roughly 1% of cases, while the overwhelming majority occur for other reasons.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Disagree

Taxpayer dollars should not fund abortion providers. Funding should instead support community health centers that provide care for women and families without performing abortions.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Agree

While abortion policy is largely determined at the state level following Dobbs, federal laws like the Comstock Act remain on the books and should be enforced. At the same time, Congress should provide clarity to ensure consistent application that reflects current legal and medical standards.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Free enterprise and private property rights are the foundation of economic growth, innovation, and opportunity. When individuals are empowered to build, invest, and create without excessive government interference, communities thrive and prosperity expands.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Disagree

Raising taxes is not the solution to economic challenges. The focus should be on growing the economy, creating good-paying jobs, and reducing the burden on all Americans. Working families benefit most from lower taxes, higher wages, and a strong, opportunity-driven economy.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

Washington has a spending problem, not a revenue problem. Reducing wasteful spending, prioritizing core responsibilities, and restoring fiscal discipline are essential to protecting future generations and strengthening the economy.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

Cut duplicative federal programs that fail to deliver results. Eliminate bureaucratic overhead so funds reach the people they’re meant to help. End politically driven spending and earmarks that benefit special interests. Strengthen oversight to prevent fraud and abuse. Require accountability so every taxpayer dollar is tracked and justified.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

Americans should not be forced by the government to violate their deeply held religious or moral beliefs. At the same time, we should foster a society that treats everyone with dignity and respect while protecting both religious freedom and equal access in the marketplace.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The separation of church and state means the government cannot establish or favor a religion, while also protecting every individual’s right to freely practice their faith. It ensures religious liberty, not the exclusion of faith from public life or policy discussions.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Answer: C Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. We should protect Medicaid and Medicare for those who rely on them while strengthening the private healthcare market to increase competition, lower costs, and expand access. Government expansion is not the answer. Patient choice, innovation, and affordability should be the focus.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

The government should not track individuals’ medical conditions in a centralized database. Protecting patient privacy is essential, and healthcare decisions should remain between patients and their doctors, not monitored or managed by the government.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Answer: B The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. The United States should lead with strength and clarity, supporting allies and standing against tyranny when it serves our national interest. We cannot be everywhere, but we should never retreat from our role as a defender of freedom and stability in the world.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The Chinese Communist Party represents a serious and growing threat across military, economic, and technological fronts. The United States must protect its interests by strengthening supply chains, defending intellectual property, and maintaining a strong national defense.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Answer: Yes. The United States’ relationship with Israel is critical. Israel is a key democratic ally in a volatile region, a strong partner in intelligence and security, and shares our values of freedom and self-governance. Supporting Israel strengthens stability and advances American interests abroad.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

Islamic terrorism remains a real threat to U.S. national security. While the vast majority of Muslims are peaceful, we must remain vigilant in identifying and defeating extremist ideologies that seek to harm Americans and our allies.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

The United States should welcome legal immigrants who follow the law, contribute to our economy, and respect our values. Immigration should be based on merit, skills, and family reunification, while maintaining strong border security and an orderly, lawful process.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

Sanctuary cities undermine the rule of law and create inconsistent enforcement of immigration policies. Local governments should cooperate with federal authorities to ensure public safety and uphold the integrity of our immigration system.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Agree

Education decisions are best made at the state and local level, closer to parents and communities. We should reduce federal overreach, return control to states, and empower parents, teachers, and local leaders to improve outcomes for students.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

Foreign governments should not influence American education. Protecting our schools and universities from foreign funding helps safeguard academic integrity, national security, and ensures students are taught without outside interference.

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Agree

Children should be protected from irreversible medical decisions before they are able to fully understand the long-term consequences. Parents and doctors should prioritize care, support, and age-appropriate guidance, while ensuring decisions are made with caution and in the best interest of the child.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Agree

Marriage is a foundational institution with deep cultural and religious significance. At the same time, the government’s role is to uphold the law and protect individual rights while respecting the diversity of beliefs held by Americans.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My faith is an important part of who I am. It shapes my belief in personal responsibility, service to others, and treating people with dignity and respect. I believe in living out those values through my actions, leading with integrity, and staying grounded in gratitude and purpose.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Requiring photo identification is a common-sense safeguard that helps ensure election integrity and public confidence in the voting process. Protecting the integrity of our elections is essential, while also making sure every eligible voter has access to obtain a valid ID.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Women’s sports and private spaces exist to ensure fairness, safety, and equal opportunity. Those protections should be upheld. We can respect every individual while maintaining clear standards that protect women’s rights, safety, and privacy.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Natural gas and nuclear power are the most reliable sources to meet growing demand. We need an all-of-the-above energy strategy that strengthens domestic production and ensures a stable, affordable, and resilient grid.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I am a conservative who believes in limited government, personal responsibility, strong national defense, and protecting individual freedoms. I support free enterprise, secure borders, and policies that put American families, workers, and communities first.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Protecting children from online exploitation is a fundamental responsibility. We must enforce strong laws, hold bad actors accountable, and ensure platforms take responsibility for safeguarding minors while preserving individual freedoms.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The Second Amendment protects the right of law-abiding citizens to own firearms. The focus should be on enforcing existing laws, keeping guns out of the hands of criminals, and strengthening background checks where appropriate, not creating new burdens on responsible gun owners.
