Only initiatives that preserve and protect human life should receive tax dollars, not an organization that seeks to abort life.

I personally believe that every human life should be afforded the fullest possible protection and the opportunity to develop in accordance with God's design, and that no innocent life should be deprived of that opportunity. At the same time, I recognize we need to support an Ohio constitutional amendment designed to maximize the protection of the unborn life at the earliest point that would receive the support of citizens to pass in order to save as many lives as possible.

I support enforcement of the Comstock Act's restrictions of interstate transportation of abortion inducing drugs; for the following reason: The large-scale mailing and shipping of potent medication across state lines designed to take the life of the innocent unborn with a strong possibility of being administered without someone’s knowledge is dangerous and a legitimate public health concern.

Personally, it means that the government cannot dictate what and how I practice my faith, and generally that government cannot dictate what someone believes or how they worship. With the exception that it may reasonably regulate in public places to prevent violation of other citizens' rights or to prevent physical harm to others. However, such regulations cannot target the faith itself but rather the behavior.

Yes, unfortunately we are too dependent on Chinese supply chains of essential goods that has left us vulnerable. The U.S. should reduce overreliance on any single foreign supply chain for critical goods by diversifying sourcing and strengthening domestic production, while keeping our trade channels open where possible, which President Trump is and has been focused on achieving.

Israel is an extremely important strategic defense partner, both in the Middle East and worldwide, due to our intelligence sharing and defense coordination. We also share common values, including shared religious heritage and democratic governance.

I would select Option C, to keep Medicare and Medicaid, with no new taxpayer funded programs. However, for Ohio, I would restructure Medicaid, so all enrollees contribute on a sliding scale according to their income, if working, and create a subpart for a voluntary, fully self-funded pool that leverages economies of scale to lower costs for those not enrolled in an employer sponsored plan for a win-win situation – Ohio Citizens are healthier and they can afford to be healthy.

I support Ohio’s minimum wage policy which is founded in our Ohio Constitution because it incorporates exemptions for real life situations, is reasonable, and it supports fair and lawful competition.

However, while I believe that free enterprise and private property rights are essential to a healthy productive economy, I realize such freedom must be balanced with the health, safety, and morality of our society, which requires limitations on certain enterprises that are illegal, dangerous, and morally corrupt; and rezoning property must be balanced with other citizens' property rights to veto by voting on a referendum if the rezoning would negatively affect their community.

We must enforce immigration laws consistently to protect public safety and prevent the draining of our public resources. For our safety, we need out federal, state, and local agencies to cooperate in removing illegal aliens and coordinate with countries of origin or other designated safe countries where they can be assessed. Our nation is stronger when we are united with a greater ability to influence positive changes in the respective countries so we can avoid future massive illegal entries.

In order to ensure a great education, local control with parental oversight is necessary to set the curriculum, not at the federal level dictating policy because they too far removed from local goals, objectives, and needs of the community.

I view the internet as interstate virtual highway that needs to be policed just like our physical highways, and the federal government has a duty to develop a safe virtual interstate environment for online travel/activities for not only children but for all citizens who use the internet.
