QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
I strongly agree because human life should have value at every stage, not just when it’s convenient or when someone is fully independent. From the moment of conception, a new and unique human life exists with its own DNA and the natural ability to grow and develop. Every one of us started life that way, which is why I believe those early stages deserve protection too. A society that values human dignity should protect the most vulnerable people, including the unborn.
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
Schools should play a supportive and responsible role when a student is facing an unwanted or crisis pregnancy. First, the school should make sure the student is treated with dignity and respect, not judgment. Many students in that situation are scared, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn, so having access to a trusted counselor, nurse, or administrator is important. The school’s priority should be helping the student stay in school and continue their education. Pregnancy should not mean a student has to give up their future. Schools can help by offering counseling, flexible scheduling when possible, and connecting the student with community resources that provide medical care, guidance, and support.Privacy is also important.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
With regard to public schools, what does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
public schools shouldn’t promote or require any religion. At the same time, students should still be free to pray, express their beliefs, or join religious clubs. Schools should stay neutral while protecting everyone’s right to practice their faith
ECONOMY
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.
Agree
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
Government funding should absolutely support public education from Pre-K through high school, because a strong K-12 system is essential for giving every child a fair opportunity to succeed. Taxpayer funding for these grades makes sense since basic education benefits both the individual and society as a whole. However, when it comes to college, the role of government should be more limited and focused. College is a personal choice, and not every career path requires a four-year degree
IMMIGRATION
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enhances the safety and security of communities by identifying and detaining illegal aliens.
Agree
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.
Strongly Disagree
Consequences for bad behavior create a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.
Agree
Educators should give students a thorough education in America's founding documents and cultivate American patriotism.
Strongly Agree
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Returning control back to the States and back into the hands of local communities and most importantly, parents would tailor to students needs and set priorities right.
If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development
Abstinence, consent, anatomy and reproductive system, physical and emotional outcomes, stages of pregnancy and fetal development
It is discriminatory for a school district to cause academically eligible students to forfeit participation in U.I.L. competition when the student opts for instruction outside of the public school system.

Language Arts Mathematics Science Civics American History Personal Finances Foreign Language Information Technology Vocational Learning Physical Fitness Arts and Music
Public schools should prioritize academic achievement and building character necessary to preserve American traditions and self-government.
Agree
School choice creates competition, and that competition will push public schools to improve their educational systems.
Strongly Agree
Competition is what drives innovation. Innovation is what has pushed our communities into a brighter future. We need to keep striving and pushing ourselves

VALUES
Biological males should be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
A parent is the first and foremost figure in a child’s life. This comes before the government too
I support the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., that people should be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.
Strongly Agree
Absolutely yes, you can never dictate the past and future of someone by the color of their skin. And as long as we keep looking at skin color we are holding ourselves back as a nation.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
