It means the government cannot require a certain religion or denomination nor can it regulate the actions of church/religions/denominations unless they practice things specifically unlawful. Regulates government!

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Never should have been. Our country was setup for local control of all except national defense and interstate commerce. If my local school has programs I believe is detrimental to students, I can have some influence, but I have no chance of influencing a bureaucrat in Washington.

The criminal Justice system first should protect the citizens by protecting them from those that seek to harm or take advantage of them. Second, they should seek to rehabilitate those who desire to be productive citizens.

Climate has been changing since God made the universe. I have been to the Great Salt Lake and have seen the markings of six different levels of the lake. Man was not there for all of the changes. Climate change is a way to take money out of our pockets.
