What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The government should not interfere with the free worship of our creator. It is not a mandate to erase God from all public spaces. To the contrary, our country was founded as a Christian nation, and every effort should be made to continue that hallowed tradition.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

The Christian bakery in Colorado who refused to make a cake and decorate it with pro-homosexual markings was a great example of the government trying to force political correctness on a Christian. Similarly, healthcare workers should not be punished for refusing to perform abortions. There are many more examples I could give.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Israel has been a strong US military ally in a very volatile region, one that we can always count on. From a spiritual perspective, we are commanded biblically to pray for and honor Israel.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
I fall somewhere between B and C. Obamacare was a disaster. The only real answer to this situation is to have transparent pricing, and to have the patient be a stakeholder in the outcome. I like the idea of Health Savings Accounts, which rewards good dietary behavior, and gives aprivate option to those who don't want in the governmetn healthcare. Healthcare is the only service where one goes in for service haing no idea how much the cost will be.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

This is a slipperly slope toward eventually denying treatment to those who are deemed to be a burden on society. It must no tbe allowed.
ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
Continuing to raise the minimum wage simply raises the cost of living for everyone. Also, ir forces many people who woudl be enterning the job force for the first time to be jobless, because potential employers simply cannot pay the higher wages

Deporting non-productive illegal immigrants who come to the USA to be a burden on our system is a good start. I was a huge proponent of DOGE, and think every state should have a similar system. Competition breeds quality and lower prices, including in the educational system. I like the idea of term limits at every level of government. I also like the idea of privatizing government services whenever possible.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

This is contrary to the rule of law. If this is allowed, then why not have sancuary cities for all other manner of lawbreakers? Maybe a sancuary city for pedophiles or rapists? Sanctuary cities for illegals must be stopped.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

This is long overdue. There may be a place for a very small federal department of education, only to be used as a safety net if the state department of education gets so far out of whack that someone must temporarily take it over.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
Some offenders, especially at an early age, can be turned around through rehabilitation. However, there is a small percentage of really bad people who will never be rehabilitated, They must be locked up and kept away from our normal society. The notion that "all people are basically good" is directly contradictory to the Bible, which says we are all born as sinners and will contimue as such without a touch from God.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Many parents let the schools and government fill th erole the parents w=should be doing themselves., AS such, the goverment must have some guardrails in place to protect vulnerable children, especially on the internet.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Drug users, people who have committed crimes, people who have demonstrated mental instability. Most normal, law abiding citizens should have ready access to guns if they so desire.

Gambling preys on those who can least afford it. It has often been called a "stupid tax". People who can afford to spend the money at casinos are generally not the patrons. It is most often people who truly believe they will make enough money in gambling winnings to pay their upcoming bills and obligations.

I became a born again Christian at an early age. My life has been far from perfect, but I strive to live according to biblicall principles, and live a life pleasing to God our creator. Our family has always attended a local, evangelical church, and I have been a part time Christian missionary since 2010 to Central and South America.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Photo ID is required for so many day to day transactions. There is no logical reason that it would not be required for something as important as electing the folks who make the laws of the land.

Why is the United States the only one so concerned with this so-called threat. Some in our country have been duped into beliving this nonsense, which nearly always results in lost jobs and higher taxes.

A combination of coal, natural gas, and working towards safe nuclear energy supply, as well as continued hydroelectric projects.
