An individual person’s absolute right to control decisions about their body is paramount to maintaining liberty and freedom for all. This extends to a pregnant person making decisions about their body and their life without interference from the government or anyone else. An embryo at conception is not human life; therefore, it does not deserve legal protection. All human life from birth until natural death does deserve legal protection.

Human embryos do not possess life, whether created through natural or artificial methods. This question makes no sense, so there is no reasonable position to take.

By definition, all abortions are elective, so elective abortions must be allowed under all circumstances. Not one single “baby” has died due to an abortion in the first 24 weeks of a pregnancy, because there is no human life or personhood before then. When a pregnant person has had to make the painful choice to terminate their baby after 24 weeks, the reason is because the baby and/or the mother would not have survived birth. There are 0 known family planning abortions after 24 weeks.

Abortion must be a medically provided benefit under a Healthcare for All system where it can be accessed at any healthcare provider without exception. When this is achieved, organizations like Planned Parenthood will become redundant. Therefore, whether a government chooses to fund or not fund such organizations is up to them.

The Comstock Act must be immediately repealed. From an ethical and moral standpoint, the Comstock Act is a violation of individual liberty and freedom. I will introduce legislation to repeal the Comstock Act.

To ensure a system of free enterprise and the right to private property, the government must break-up all anti-competitive monopolies and oligopolies. This includes ending every single tax expenditure offered to U.S. businesses and paid for by U.S. taxpayers that by definition destroy free enterprise. When a competitive market cannot exist because the profit motives override social motives, like in healthcare, education and defense, the government has a responsibility to create that market.

The only way to create an economy that works for every American is to tax the wealthy. The billionaire wealth hoarding is destroying the U.S. It is time to tax their inheritance, capital gains and the loans they take against stock that they use as income the exact same way our wages are taxed, without being able to hide their wealth in trusts and shelters.

The federal government must cut the military budget to $500 billion (or less) while taking care of our veterans and soldiers. Additionally, every single tax expenditure--credit, deduction, special rate, shelter, subsidy and exemption--for individuals and corporations must be removed from the tax code. Tax expenditures are pernicious hidden spending that cause the deficit to balloon. The yearly deficit must be reduced to near zero. The national debt should not be paid down, only refinanced.

1. Reduce military spending to $500 billion or less and ending the U.S. empire. 2. Give the Department of Defense 1 year to pass an audit or face an automatic 25% reduction in outlays from the already reduced $500 billion. 3. End all tax expenditures--credits, deductions, special rates, shelters, subsidies and exemptions.

An individual person can discriminate if that is in their heart and mind. That cannot be outlawed. However, all businesses benefit from public spending at the local, state and federal level. There is no way around this and it will always be the case. Therefore, all businesses, whether owned and run by one person or a public corporation, must provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs without exception. This is actual liberty and freedom.

The no level of government--local, state or federal--can invoke religious belief or religious morals as the basis of any law. That no level of government can provide a single penny to any religious organization. That every level of government must allow for the practice of all beliefs and non-belief without exception. That every level of government must allow beliefs and non-belief to practice as they see fit on government property without exception.

Well, none of these. We must adopt the Bismark model of Healthcare for All used in Germany and Japan. Residents of those countries pay 33% less for healthcare than U.S. residents, about 8% of their salary, nobody goes bankrupt, nobody dies waiting for care and they get the best healthcare outcomes in the world. Most care is delivered by private hospitals, clinics and doctors; however, rates for services are tightly controlled by the government. Copy the world's best models and call it AmeriCare.

A slight take on C best expresses my foreign policy views for America: The United States must remain solely focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless our officially recognized territory is in imminent danger of an attack by a foreign country. End the U.S. empire immediately. Cut the defense budget in half. Invest in America and Americans. This is the best way to ensure our national security and for Americans to prosper at home.

The U.S. relationship with Israel is not important to the safety, security or material interest of American. The exact number of allowable ethno-religious states is zero. Israel is an ethno-religious apartheid state with some democratic characteristics. The U.S. should immediately end any and all foreign and military support for Israel. The U.S. must advocate for a single secular state solution that recognizes the birthright and equal rights of everyone born in a combined Israel and Palestine.

Islamic terrorism is only a threat to the United States' national security insomuch as the U.S. intervenes in Islamic states. The U.S. must take the position that the allowable number of ethno-religious states is zero. Additionally, the U.S. must respect self-determination. So while our position is that no ethno-religious state should exist it is up to the people of a nation to self-determine their form of government. The same applies here to the U.S.

Immigrants are pro-America. They represent the best of America. They are real Americans. Let’s celebrate our immigrants and bring new ones in. Defund and Abolish ICE. On my first day in Congress, I will propose a new naturalization agency to hire 10,000 administrative judges to provide legal residency to all 12 million undocumented Americans. Increase the number of legal immigrants to 2 million people per year including asylum seekers and welcome immigrants from everywhere with varied skills.

The government has a duty to guarantee a tax-funded, tuition free, high-quality public education to every child in America. Europe does this to great success, and so can the USA. This includes tax-funded tuition free public college and vocational training. Fully fund public universities and trade schools with a federal mandate that all 50 states create, implement and fund this fundamental right. The federal government also has a financial obligation particularly bt funding for research projects.

Freedom and liberty mean the free flow of people, capital and services across our borders. This includes the ability for American educators to accept funding from foreign governments. The U.S. government should not invest in the education systems of foreign countries because it is a waste of our taxpayer dollars. However, private U.S. organizations absolutely can invest in the education systems of foreign countries.

There is so much wrong with this statement it is hard to know where to start. Sex is biological and there are at least 6 known genomic sexes. Gender is a social construct that is as fluid as any social construct. A child knows who they are when they are born, even if society does not. That child's parents are the only legal entity in a society of liberty and freedom who can with the child decide what is best for the child, including gender affirming support and care.

Publicly-recorded marriage by the state is not a god-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. Publicly-recorded marriage by the state is a contract between persons who want to get married. The state cannot discriminate against any persons who want to create a publicly-recorded marriage contract. On the other hand, a religious institution can define marriage however it likes, and can marry or not marry anyone it so chooses.

Atheist, deterministic, consequentialist influenced by Buddhism, Taoism, Jainism, Epicureanism, Stoicism and the Enlightenment cannon of John Locke, David Hume, Adam Smith, Jean-Jacques Rousseau and John Stuart Mill. Mill's On Liberty is probably the best distillation of liberty and freedom and the individual's relation to government ever written. I studied Judaism on my way to my Bar Mitzvah, even though by the time I turned 13 I already knew I was an Atheist. I have also studied the Christian Bible, both its teachings and history. Universal Individual Liberty guarantees that you can define your own purpose, can pursue your own happiness and can live your own life as you see fit without interference from the government or anyone else.

Maximize the democratic components of our participatory representative democracy. My proposal includes: 1. A National Voter ID that is free and delivered by the government to every voting age citizen and used by every state. 2. 30-day primary and general elections with 100% mail-in/drop-off ballots and voting ending on Election Weekend for in-person voting. 3. Move all 50 state primaries that coincide with federal elections in even years to a single national primary 30-day voting period.

One day you will all learn the difference of biological sex versus social gender roles. There are at least six known genomic sexes, of which only two are male and female. You all never ask about the other four. Stop confusing male and female with man and woman, it is really embarrassing after a certain point. There is zero evidence of a transwoman ever attacking another woman in the women's bathroom. There are an incredible number of cases of men attacking women in women's bathrooms.

The sun! I support an environmental infrastructure policy that moves to cover 100% of residential, commercial and industrial rooftops with solar panels and a battery. We will be the most green-friendly country and hardened against natural disaster.

I am an Independent liberal progressive who believes in individual human liberty and freedom. It is immoral and an act against the individual and humanity to prohibit individual freedoms that do not violate another’s right to Life, Liberty, Health and Property. Society does not need to be protected from the individual. The individual needs to be protected from society. Similarly, government has a role to play in making sure markets are always competitive and can be accessed by anyone.

I need to rephrase this to meet the criteria of liberty, freedom, criminal justice and public safety: government has a responsibility to protect all people of all ages and genders from sexual exploitation in all aspects of human affairs. I'm not sure who this statement is coded for, but it is certainly not for me.

All gun and firearm purchases must include a background check, no exceptions. Institute national and state red flag laws, or Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs), to immediately confiscate the guns of someone so charged, with a clear and fast process for someone who is not a danger to themselves or community to have their firearms returned. Failure of law enforcement or the courts to enforce an ERPO that then leads to the gun being misused makes the government responsible for restitution.
