Never. Even if the mother's life is in danger, the baby should be delivered, and medical intervention should be extended to the baby with the intent to save his or her life if humanly possible.

Humanitarian immigration should remain available for those who genuinely qualify, but our priority must be a merit-based, secure, and self-sufficient system.
