What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have had the opportunity to live on the west coast for several years. I saw how a destructive, progressive, godless ideology totally destroyed a once beautiful state that thrived. I saw how a progressive environmental policy destroys whole thriving industries, how once safe beautiful cities became trashy, unsafe and expensive to live in. I witnessed how one progressive political party consistently over-rode the will of the rural people from the small towns. I saw how local power and control was slowly being stripped from the community and moved to the state house. I moved back to the state of my birth and family (Indiana) and have started to see these same trends starting in our state. Excessive overspending and regulations that are costing the taxpayers. A push towards state house control for data, wind, water, solar, energy and land use. A failing education system that is expensive but not performing for the good of our state and the future of our nation. A continued deterioration of values and integrity in every sector of our society, often promoted through the public education system. As a small business owner, I understand the challenges of managing funds. How to make the hard decisions on where to spend money or cut cost. I understand what is means to make payroll and the value of rewarding good employee behavior. I understand how costly taxes are! I understand what it takes to maintain & grow a multigenerational family business. I have started my own business and understand how difficult it is to survive the first 5-7 years. As a father and husband of 30 years I understand how the family should be at the center of a productive society. How the father and mother is important for the wellbeing and wholesome upbringing of children. I understand how the children are our future. How our children are being raised in a culture that is actively trying to destroy all that is good and upright. Boys and girls need the support and encouragement to get married young, have a big family that supports each other, that is a blessing to their community and takes care of each other regardless of however difficult life can become. As a pastor I understand how the problems facing our culture are not political with political solutions but are spiritual. How Satan is determined to destroy all that God has created and is good. Satan is the evil force behind the destruction in our families, communities and in the nation. God's Word is the answer and the solution to all the social ills that face us today. The gospel of Jesus Christ changes hearts and minds, it is the power of God that will improve society! As a farmer I understand the issues facing the agricultural and food sector of our state. Having come from commodity-based agriculture I have experienced how hard it can be to make the numbers work. How hard it is to "pick-up" more land for farming. I have delt with input cost and fixed returns. I also know how agriculture is directly attached to food and how our food is directly attached to our health. Our farm made the change and left commodity-based agriculture to become a consumer-based and educational farm. It is important to me to see Indiana farmers thrive and succeed in what they love doing. Big food, Big Ag, Big Pharma, and Big Gov are all working in connection with one another to advance a global agenda that is against the American home and farm. We must continue to advocate, educate and legislate these massive organizations out of control and return the control back to the local communities and families.

I am a happily married man of 30 years to my wife of my youth. I have 6 grown children who are thriving and contributing to the work of the church and serving at various levels of the community. We chose to homeschool our children to provide them the best education and life training possible. I have a successful business, a wonderful farm and really don't need political office to find my value or identity. I am willing to serve for a short time as a statesman representing the good people of District 38 if they choose!

I believe in a Biblical Worldview! I believe that humanity is fallen sinners deceived by Satan, the arch enemy of God. God desires a relationship with His created beings and has provided all that is necessary for a renewed relationship through the blood atonement of Jesus Christ on the cross. The Holy Spirit has been given to teach, convict, unite and draw mankind. The written Word (Bible) is alive, powerful and instructive in knowing the Father and bringing our lives into the will of the Father. The Father is now inviting us to participate in making His name great, in glorifying Him through an obedient life and showing others the way to God. God's ways are the only ways that work in a broken society!
