QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

That is for the people to decide, I merely represent the people. Even though I personally value life, I am a servant leader in Congress. That means I represent the people that elect me.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

Non-profits, in general, should not be allowed to partner with government as it attempts to sway voters to gain political favor. We have also been witness to Non-profits committing fraud, misleading government, and making millions in the process.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Free enterprise and private property is an extension of the unalienable Right to pursue happiness, but it also acts as an insulator of the people from government failure because the people are effectively able to function as communities and societies apart from government decisions and/or failures. If government controls all of the means of society, when government fails, communities are utterly decimated.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Strongly Disagree

Affordability is a huge issue today. In CA18, since 2014 the cost of water has increased by 90%, electricity by 112%, Housing by 140%, gas by 50%, and Medical 184%. Meanwhile GDP has increased 78% and wages have increased by 74%. Water, electricity, housing, gas, and Medical are each heavily government-regulated sectors suggesting that the affordability crisis in California is a result of State regulations where middle and low-income families have 40 to 50% less money in 2026 than 2014.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

The government should not only reduce spending, but also reduce regulations, lower taxes, offer MAHA tax deductions, allow W-2 earners to deduct 100% of costs associated with Heath expenses from taxable income. Concentrate on on-shoring activities. Strive for 4% GDP growth year-over-year and reduce deficit spending by 1-2% per year.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

1. Integrate AI Tools for oversight of spending. 2. Provide better guardrails on federal funds given to the states- set conditions. 3. Streamline funding to ensure no duplicate payments. 4. Require reforms occur before payments are resumed or at least phased in over time. 5. Regular reviews.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

When the Bill of Rights was first introduced to Congress on June 8, 1789, Madison prefaced them with these words, "...nor shall the full and equal rights of conscience be in any manner, or on any pretext infringed". Expediency is never a suitable substitute for the essential.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Again, Madison stated, "Fourthly. That in article 1st, section 9, between clauses 3 and 4, be inserted these clauses, to wit, The civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship, nor shall any national religion be established...". A national religion violates the purpose of government. It also means that the individual civil rights cannot be regulated by a specific religious practice or worship by government, but does not exclude being guided by it in office.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

None of the above. Healthcare options need to be integrated into our current system in such a way that allows government to be sufficiently limited, but still meet its obligations. Healthcare, for those that can afford it, should be 100% tax deductible for W2 wage earners as it is integral to our unalienable Rights to support liberty. This creates a wall of separation between government and the people and ensures taxation cannot be used as a tool of control.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

A database is unnecessary. Individuals can apply as needed for financial help and government can review medical records at that time and discard them once the service is provided.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Where there is a significant US interest, the US should defend this interest. Since there are any number of instances where this might occur, picking a single stance is counter-productive.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Israel is a long-time ally with the united States. The Middle East is home to a number of failed states, and so Israel provides the region with a number of advantages.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

Any terrorism is a threat to the national security of the United States. However, the real problem with terrorism is that there is no fixed definition. In fact, there are hundreds of definitions, which means it's just a bunch of opinions leaving the definition to be defined by the Presidential administration. Therefore, even the term Islamic terrorism can be redefined from administration to administration. So the most important part of terrorism is to define it- terrorism is a threat.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Any person properly vetted and willing to follow immigration law should have the opportunity to take part in our society.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

Illegal immigration is the reinstitution of an under, or slave, class as these people are tolerated and then discarded. Sanctuary states defend the practice because of Census dollars. California gets $175B from the Census and is rewarded through failed policies. These dollars are increased for states based on raw population (including illegal aliens), the amount of people below the poverty line, and population density- each one is affected by IAs, and citizens cannot compete for gov. attn.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Agree

Although I do believe the federal government should be involved in three areas: 1. Establish strong civics in our schools from grade 2 - 12. We need a well-educated citizenry to hold government accountable and run for office. 2. Financial literacy and independence- the people need to understand how to leverage their wages and salaries to multiply it- we need people that have the money- to run for office. 3. Business-gov collab- technology is changing so fast that young adults need career tools.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

We have ample example that many sources of money competes for the attention of the people's representatives. We do not need foreign countries influencing our schools in ways that do not reflect our way of life.

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

That's why I plan to strengthen families when in office to ensure that states cannot come between parents and their children ever again. Parents have the responsibility to raise their children- not government. I will ensure that policy is crafted to ensure states play a support role to strengthen families and not tear them down.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

I think there is a concerted effort to cause division between factions to try and make political parties more relevant than they actually are.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I'm a Christian. I believe there is a God and that God is Jesus Christ. He died for my sins and, he is my Lord and Savior.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Neutral

This is the wrong question. The proper question is why does government refuse to abide by the wishes of over 70% of the people? When the government wants to hold the people accountable, representatives can craft a 1000+ page document overnight, but when it comes to the people wanting added safeguards for our elections, it's simply "too difficult" even though the entire country was shutdown for months during COVID.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Agreed. Nothing else needs to be said.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear (biggest bang for the buck), clean oil solutions, Hydrogen (truly zero emissions), Hydro-electric power (natural gas byproduct and renewable).

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

However, I believe that companies should be required to develop tools for parents to make it easier for parents, instead of government, to protect their children from sexual exploitation and make it easy for parents to report it.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
