QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I believe that human life is precious. Every effort should be made to protect both the mother and the unborn child. In rare and tragic circumstances where a mother’s life is in immediate danger, physicians must be able to act to save her life. These situations should be guided by medical judgment, compassion, and respect for life, not politics.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state means the government should not establish or favor a state religion, while fully protecting every citizen’s First Amendment right to practice their faith freely. As a Christian and a public servant, it is important to govern according to the Constitution, ensuring religious liberty for all and keeping those First Amendment protections at the forefront of every decision.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Strongly Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
To promote health care coverage that is adequate, affordable, and accessible, we must address the real problem; skyrocketing costs driven by excessive regulation and government interference. As a health care professional, I have seen patients leave Indiana to seek treatment in other states where pricing is more affordable. This is bad for Hoosiers, bad for businesses, and bad for our state’s economy. I would love to see state level income tax breaks for individuals with high insurance premiums to help offset some of the costs, making health care more affordable and keeping patients here at home.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Strongly Disagree
Government works best when it gets out of the way and allows businesses to grow, jobs to be created, and people to succeed through hard work, not government mandates.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
As a business owner, I know budgets must be balanced. We can do so without raising taxes by cutting wasteful spending and programs that do not benefit taxpayers.
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
The United States should welcome immigrants who follow the law, respect our Constitution, and come through the legal immigration process. Immigration should be based on lawful entry, background checks, and a system that prioritizes public safety, national security, and the ability to contribute positively to our country.
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Law-abiding citizens have a constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Public safety is best protected by enforcing existing laws, keeping guns out of the hands of violent criminals and those legally prohibited from owning them, and focusing on crime prevention and mental health, rather than placing new restrictions on responsible gun owners.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1. Fiscal responsibility and tax relief – Legislation that cuts wasteful spending, protects taxpayers, and keeps taxes low for families and small businesses. 2. Public safety and law enforcement support – Policies that strengthen law enforcement, hold violent criminals accountable, and keep our communities safe. 3. Economic growth and health care affordability – Reforms that reduce unnecessary regulations, encourage job creation, and lower health care costs while keeping Hoosiers working and receiving care in Indiana.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I identify as Very Conservative. Publicly available information validating this includes my service as a Tipton County Commissioner, where my record reflects strong conservative principles such as fiscal responsibility, limited government, and opposition to raising taxes. My campaign platform and public statements further demonstrate very conservative positions on economic policy, social issues, and protection of constitutional rights.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
My experience as a Tipton County Commissioner has prepared me well for the responsibilities of this office. In that role, I have worked on budgeting, fiscal oversight, infrastructure, and policy decisions that directly impact residents and businesses. I also bring 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, where I have seen firsthand how policy decisions affect patients, families, and frontline workers. That background has strengthened my commitment to accountability, problem-solving, and service to the community, along with a strong understanding of how government decisions affect taxpayers at the local level.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I always say, “the best government starts at people’s level.” I am committed to serving with integrity, common sense, and respect for the people I represent. I believe government works best when it is transparent, fiscally responsible, and focused on the needs of families, workers, and small businesses. I will continue to listen, work hard, and stand up for our values while always putting the people of this district first.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality that is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Existing civil rights laws already protect all individuals from discrimination, and adding additional protected classes risks government overreach, increased litigation, and unintended consequences for free speech, religious liberty, and small businesses.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian, and my faith guides my values of integrity, service, compassion, and respect for others. It shapes my commitment to serving my community and governing with humility and responsibility.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Any ideology that promotes violence or undermines public safety is a threat to domestic security. The appropriate response is equal justice under the law, strong law enforcement, and protecting the constitutional rights of every American.
