QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death because every person has inherent, God-given, dignity and value that does not depend on age, ability, convenience, or circumstance. A just society should protect the most vulnerable, and that begins with unborn children and extends to the elderly, the disabled, and those at the end of life. The law should affirm that life is not disposable.
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
Schools should support students, but they should never try to replace parents. It is never the school’s role to parent a child or make deeply personal decisions on behalf of a family. Schools should always involve and notify parents, because parents are the primary decision-makers in a child’s life. When a student faces a crisis pregnancy, the school’s role should be to provide appropriate accommodations, practical support, and access to resources so the student can continue her education with dignity and stability. That can include academic flexibility, counseling support, health-related accommodations, and connections to community resources that help students who choose life. Schools should be a place of support and stability, not secrecy
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
The Ten Commandments should be displayed in public school buildings or court houses.
Strongly Agree
The Ten Commandments are foundational to our moral and legal traditions—they reflect timeless principles like justice, responsibility, and respect for others. Displaying them isn’t about imposing religion; it’s about recognizing the values that helped shape our nation and continue to guide a strong, orderly society.
At school, students should be able to speak freely and civilly about matters of conscience and faith, including Christianity.
Strongly Agree
Students should absolutely be free to speak openly and respectfully about matters of conscience and faith, including Christianity. Free expression doesn’t stop at the schoolhouse door—it’s a core American value. As long as it’s civil and not disruptive, students should never be silenced for expressing their faith. As long as students are not disrupting the learning environment or pressuring others, they should be able to express their beliefs without fear of punishment or discrimination.
NATIONAL SECURITY
I support boycott, divestment, and/or sanctions (BDS) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
Strongly Disagree
I strongly oppose BDS efforts targeting Israel. These actions undermine a key democratic ally and do little to advance lasting peace. Instead of economic pressure campaigns that deepen division, we should support direct negotiation and cooperation that can lead to a secure, stable future for both Israelis and Palestinians. Furthermore, as a person of faith, I stand with Israel.
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
Peace is best preserved through strength. As Ronald Reagan said, “We maintain the peace through our strength; weakness only invites aggression.” A strong military deters our enemies, protects our interests, and ensures we’re never negotiating from a position of vulnerability. That’s how you keep America—and the world—secure. I feel strongly that we should exhaust all diplomatic approaches before the use of military force, but I am supportive of using it.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Strongly Disagree
I believe in personal responsibility and that with grit, determination, and hard work, anyone can achieve the American dream. I am a living example of this - raised by my single grandmother, a factory worker. I put myself through college, graduate school, and post-graduate school. I worked multiple jobs while doing this and had to take out student loans, which I just recently (after 20 years) paid off.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Decisions about education are best made at the state and local levels, where leaders and educators are closest to the needs of students and communities. Federal bureaucracy often slows the delivery of vital resources, ties up funding in unnecessary red tape, and diverts dollars that could be more effectively used in classrooms. By returning authority to the state, we can ensure resources are directed where they matter most—supporting students, empowering teachers, and strengthening schools.
I support taxpayer funding of public education from Pre-K through college.
Neutral
There is nuance in my response. The Georgia Constitution says that we are to provide a "free and appropriate public education" for each K-12 student. I support investing in education, but not a one-size-fits-all system that traps families in failing schools. Taxpayer dollars should follow the student, not the system. Parents deserve the freedom to choose the best path—public, private, charter, or homeschool—because choice drives better outcomes for everyone. I do not support free college.
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.
Strongly Disagree
Absolutely not. Schools should never partner with or promote abortion providers or gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, as a resource for instruction or services. These organizations push life-altering agendas that have no place in a school setting and no business coming between parents and their children. Schools exist to educate, not to facilitate abortion, steer children toward irreversible decisions, or outsource moral and medical guidance to activist organizations.
Please list in order the following priorities in relation to the role of a K-12 public school (omitting any that do not apply): American History, Art & Music, Civics, Critical Race Theory, Foreign Language, Gender Identity, Information Technology, Language Arts, Mathematics, Personal Finances, Physical Fitness, Political Activism, Science, Sexuality, Social Emotional Learning, Vocational Learning
Language Arts Mathematics American History Civics Science Personal Finances Vocational Learning Information Technology Art and Music Physical Fitness Foreign Language
Which should students have: equity of outcomes or equality of opportunities?
Students should have equality of opportunity. Every child deserves a fair chance to learn, grow, and succeed, regardless of their background or where they live. The goal of education should be to open doors, uphold high standards, and give every student access to the tools they need to thrive.Equity of outcomes often lowers standards and shifts the focus away from excellence. Education should reward hard work, support individual potential, and prepare students for real success.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Public safety is essential, but so is protecting the Second Amendment. I support enforcing existing laws, keeping guns out of the hands of violent criminals, and improving background check systems. The focus should be on accountability and mental health, not broad restrictions that punish law-abiding citizens exercising their constitutional rights.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No.
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
I would describe myself as a conservative grounded in faith, personal responsibility, and individual liberty. My views are shaped by a strong belief in parental rights, limited government, and the importance of moral values in public life. At the same time, I believe in respecting others, protecting freedom of conscience, and finding practical solutions that strengthen families and communities.
VALUES
Children have the right to be protected from sexual grooming including drag shows, explicit materials in schools and libraries, and other public venues.
Strongly Agree
Adults have a responsibility to preserve innocence, respect parental rights, and make sure children are not pushed into conversations, materials, or performances that are not suitable for their age or development. That means setting clear boundaries around what is appropriate in educational and public spaces, giving parents a strong voice, and ensuring that institutions meant to serve children actually protect them.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Agree
I believe there is an important distinction between a sacred union and a legal one. Marriage, in the sacred sense, is a God-ordained covenant rooted in faith, commitment, and purpose. Government, however, defines legal unions to provide order and protections. While both have value, the role of government is limited to the legal, and it should not attempt to define or alter what is sacred.
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Parents—not the government—are best positioned to make decisions about their child’s health and education. I strongly support recognizing and protecting that fundamental right. When government honors parental rights, children are better served because the people who know and love them best remain at the center of those decisions. Schools, agencies, and public institutions should work with parents in transparency and partnership, not secrecy or overreach.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My faith is the foundation of who I am. I am a Christian, and I strive to live my life according to the teachings of the Bible, guided especially by the New Testament commandment of Christ to love God and love people. That means showing grace, leading with compassion, and treating others with dignity and respect. My beliefs shape my values, my decisions, and how I serve others—but I also believe in meeting people where they are and leading with love above all else.
If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development
Sex education should first and foremost be the role of parents, because these are deeply personal matters that touch on a child’s values, development, and well-being. Parents should be the primary voices guiding those conversations. If any instruction is offered in schools, it should only happen with clear parental opt-in, not automatic enrollment or passive notification. If parents choose to opt in, the content should be age-appropriate, medically accurate, and focused on core topics such as abstinence, human anatomy and the reproductive system, physical and emotional health outcomes, and stages of pregnancy and fetal development. It should not include instruction on sex acts, pleasures of sex, or ideological content on gender identity.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I strongly disagree. Voting is one of our most important civic duties, and protecting its integrity is essential. Requiring photo ID is a commonsense safeguard that ensures every legal vote counts and prevents fraud. We ask for ID in everyday life—there’s no reason elections, which determine our future, should have a lower standard.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
Biological differences matter, and policies should reflect reality in order to protect fairness, safety, and privacy for women and girls. Biological males should not be allowed to compete in women’s sports or enter spaces that are designated for biological women, including bathrooms, locker rooms, shelters, sorority housing, and prisons. These protections are not about hostility. They are about preserving equal opportunity, physical safety, and dignity for women.
