QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Human life is inherently valuable and deserves legal protection from conception until natural death. The innocent, especially the unborn, deserve protection under the law. At the same time, justice requires accountability. For the most heinous crimes, after full due process, the death penalty can be an appropriate punishment.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Strongly Agree
Human life deserves protection from conception, regardless of the method by which it is created.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Elective abortion should not be allowed. The only exception should be in genuine risk-of-life situations where a medical emergency threatens the life of the mother.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
Taxpayer dollars should not fund abortion providers. Many Americans have deeply held moral objections to abortion, and they should not be compelled to subsidize it through their taxes.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Agree
Federal laws on the books should be enforced as written.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Individuals and businesses should not be forced by the government to violate their sincerely held moral or religious beliefs.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
“Separation of church and state” means the government may not establish an official religion or interfere with the free exercise of faith. It protects both the church from government control and citizens from government imposed religion. It does not require removing faith from public life, but rather ensures religious liberty and neutrality under the First Amendment.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. America should prioritize securing our borders, strengthening our economy, and defending our citizens. Intervention abroad should occur only when there is a clear and imminent threat to the United States.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The Chinese Communist Party represents a significant strategic threat to the United States through military expansion, cyber espionage, intellectual property theft, and economic coercion. America must strengthen domestic manufacturing, secure critical supply chains, defend against cyber attacks, and protect American innovation.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
The United States should base all foreign policy decisions strictly on America’s national interest. Our government’s primary responsibility is to secure our borders, strengthen our economy, and protect American citizens. We should avoid overly close relationships or commitments that risk drawing us into foreign conflicts that do not directly threaten our sovereignty. America’s resources and attention should be focused first and foremost on the American people.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Strongly Agree
Radical Islamist terrorism remains a serious national security threat to the United States. The rise and spread of jihadist ideology has fueled terrorist organizations that target civilians and destabilize regions around the world.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. I believe that these programs should be streamlined to cut government and taxpayer spending.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
The government should not maintain a centralized database of individuals' medical conditions. Personal health information is deeply private, and creating broad federal databases raises serious concerns about privacy, data security, and potential misuse.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Free enterprise and private property rights are the foundation of prosperity and opportunity. Strong property rights protect families, encourage long term investment, and create stable communities.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Neutral
Supporting working families is important, but simply raising taxes is not always the most effective solution. Relief should focus on economic growth, job creation, and reducing unnecessary government spending so families can keep more of what they earn. Tax policy should be fair and encourage investment and opportunity, while ensuring the system is responsible and sustainable.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
The national debt is a serious long term threat to economic stability and future generations. Washington cannot continue spending beyond its means without consequences. A government that lives within its means strengthens the economy, protects taxpayers, and ensures opportunity for the next generation.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
Eliminate duplicative federal programs Cut wasteful discretionary spending, including earmarks and non-essential grants. Strengthen oversight to prevent fraud and abuse in entitlement programs. Audit federal departments regularly and increase transparency so taxpayers can see where their money goes.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
The United States should welcome immigrants from anywhere in the world, provided they follow our legal immigration process.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
Sanctuary cities undermine the rule of law and create confusion between local and federal authority.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Neutral
The Department of Education plays an important role in providing federal funding, especially for programs and students that states may not fully support on their own. However, curriculum decisions should be made at the state and local level.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
Foreign governments should not have financial influence over American education institutions.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
The government has a fundamental responsibility to protect children from exploitation and abuse.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Second Amendment states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Law-abiding citizens should not face restrictions that punish them for the actions of criminals. The focus should be on enforcing laws against violent offenders, not creating new regulations that burden responsible gun owners.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Children are not capable of giving informed consent to life-altering medical procedures. Irreversible treatments or interventions related to gender transition should not be performed on minors.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is both a religious and a legal institution. Under the First Amendment, the government should not impose a single religious definition of marriage on everyone. Freedom of religion protects churches in defining marriage according to their beliefs, while civil law should allow any consenting adults, regardless of race, gender, or religion, to marry under the law.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a non-denominational Christian, and my faith guides my values and decision-making. I believe in personal responsibility, the dignity of every human life, the importance of family, and serving others with integrity and compassion. My conservative principles are rooted in a belief in limited government, individual liberty, moral accountability, and upholding the constitutional freedoms that protect both faith and conscience.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Voter identification is a reasonable safeguard to protect the integrity of elections.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
Women’s sports and female-only spaces exist to ensure fairness, safety, and equal opportunity. Biological males should not be able to occupy these spaces.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Natural gas, coal, and nuclear power will be essential to meet growing electricity demand.
