QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Everyone has a right to life as stated within our Declaration of Independence. We need to do everything we can to protect the innocent human lives that are unable to speak for themselves.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Strongly Agree
Those human embryos that are “leftovers” from the couples that sought IVF treatments can be offered to other couples that are also experiencing infertility issues, but are unable to afford the full cost of the complete treatment.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Abortion exemptions can be allowed for the following situations, but ONLY with guardrails: When the life of the mother or child is in imminent risk of loss of life while the fetus is unable to be sustained outside the mother’s womb like that of a premature pregnancy. Rape and Incest, but only with the accompaniment of police reports and rape kits so accountability can be had against the perpetrator.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
No taxpayer dollars should be used for these procedures; however, if a state or local government votes to fund these organizations, then that should be the will of their voter base.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Agree
If a state votes to ban abortions and abortion-inducing drugs, then the interstate transportation would violate their laws similar to that of other illegal substances such as marijuana, cocaine, heroine, etc. Also, the administering of those drugs shall be done with direct supervision of a physician for monitoring of any negative side effects.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Individuals and businesses should be protected from persecution and prosecution over religious beliefs due to the protections afforded to them via Amendment 1 of the US Constitution. If you don't like the the moral/religious beliefs of a business, then feel free to go to the next business to conduct your transaction.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state is actually noted within the letters that Thomas Jefferson wrote to the Danbury Baptist congregation. Our country was founded upon Judeo-Christian values, and those values should remain at the center of guiding our country throughout time. Even though religion should help guide or nations morality, the “state” or government should no encroach upon the religious freedoms guaranteed within the First Amendment of the US Constitution.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The Chinese Communist Party is playing the “long game” in regards to diplomacy and military. The CCP are also actively obtaining military hardware schematics via nefarious means from the USA and our allies.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes as long as Israel doesn’t sway US politicians to act in ways that helps them achieve their goals. The US politicians should only act within the best interest of the United States of America. If Israel happens to benefit from those actions, then so be it.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Strongly Agree
As long as the United States and other Western countries are seen as “less than” to the Islamists, the threat will ALWAYS remain.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C) Medicaid, Medicare, and VA Healthcare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
Please explain. Once you start keeping a database of treatments to assess their economic burdens you start discriminating against certain groups of people needing various treatments, and the topic of government assisted suicide now starts to become more of a reality.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Free enterprise and private property ownership allow average everyday Americans the opportunity of building a better life for themselves and their posterity.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Disagree
People should not be penalized for building successful business or making successful investment options. Once you start penalizing success you start removing the desire of wanting to build and innovate within society that will eventually lead to a successful life.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
We need to cut spending to reduce the financial burden of future generations of taxpayers. Cutting spending also reduce waste, fraud, and abuse with tax revenue, and it provides incentives of being more efficient with government spending.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
Investigating price markups for hospital goods/services for billing purposes via Medicare/Medicaid. Investigate Non-government organizations that receive tax dollars for validity and mission statement/purpose for alignment with vision of putting the American citizen first. Pass laws/codify the regulations from the current administration against artificial dyes, preservatives, etc. that will lead to healthier food, healthier people, and lower healthcare costs.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
People whose cultures are compatible with the U.S.’s culture and are willing assimilate within society.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
Allowing ICE to grab the illegal aliens from the jail cells via ICE detainer requests will reduce the impact of ICE agents having to infiltrate the neighborhoods to pick up the illegal aliens
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Having a U.S. Department of Education in existence is just a waste of tax dollars, and adds another layer of nonsensical bureaucratic mess to an already dysfunctional waste. The power of the Department of Education should’ve remained at the state level and never have moved to the federal level under the Carter Administration.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
Typically foreign government investments within the U.S. education system allows deals to be made with money that typically has strings attached. Those strings tend to lean towards the interest of those foreign governments to undermine the U.S. government and pro-American ideology.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
We need to protect their innocence and allow them to be able to not live in fear of being exploited by perverts and pedophiles. People that engage in these acts need to be brought to justice, have their day of court, and have their day of reckoning.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The biggest restriction that I have is that guns should not be 3D printed without any serial numbers for tracking. We need to reduce/remove the “gun-free zones” that have become hotspots for those that have nefarious means. Regardless of how many laws/regulations you have for something to be illegal, if someone wants to commit crime then they don’t care about those laws/regulations.
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
There are specific reasons why our government should have direct input on our daily lives such as providing first responder services; however, the government should not dictate your normal everyday movement and actions within the country.
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Irreversible harm is being done to the children via the transition process. If someone wants to transition to the opposite sex, then feel free to wait till after you turn 18 and become a legal adult. Until then, all children need to be protected.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Agree
Yes, I do believe that the sanctity of marriage should be between one man and one woman; however, I do understand providing protections for those within a homosexual relationship to have the same access to marriage benefits for inheritance, health insurance, checking accounts, etc.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I do believe that God created all life on Earth, Jesus of Nazareth died on the cross for our sins and rose on the third day so each and every one of us has to opportunity to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. We all fall short of the glory of God, and that we shouldn’t take his mercy, grace, and forgiveness for granted. I also believe that much of what goes on within this world is a spiritual battle between the spirits and principalities that control different humans to conduct certain actions to their peers.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
This is a bipartisan issue amongst the everyday Americans at an over 80% average approval rating amongst both Republicans and Democrats. Many states already require showing your ID to vote, so this would just extend it to the rest of the states within the country. You are required to provide an ID for basic services such as buy alcohol, board a plane, and apply for benefits so why not voting in your government elections.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
Women have been provided their equally safe places within society for their safety from assault, and other forms of harassment. Their equality and safety needs to be at the forefront of these decisions due to the passage of Title IX, and if a transgender individual wants to compete in sports then they should be willing to create their own division separate from male and female.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear and coal are both tried and true "battle tested" forms of energy source. Nuclear energy has a stigma associated with different events in history; however, it is the cleanest and there are nuclear sources amongst naval vessels around the world
