QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Never

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

ECONOMY

What is your position on the minimum wage?

Free Market Capitalism should determine it's own minimum wage through competitive wages within varying companies. Forcing minimum wage increases is detrimental to free enterprise and the economy.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

I want to rein in regulatory overreach to cut administrative bloat, audit and restrict taxpayer money going to NGOs, defund DEI programs and political mandates, end spending on special-interest pet projects, and implement zero-based budgeting so state agencies have to justify every dollar.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The original intent of the "separation of church and state" has been widely misunderstood. Jefferson’s letter to the Danbury Baptists was a one-way wall meant to protect religious freedom from government regulation, not to purge faith from public life. Our Founders recognized that sound governance relies on a moral foundation rooted in biblical principles. Using this concept to exclude God and faith-based values from our governing philosophy is historically erroneous.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Option C is the closest match, but Medicaid and Medicare are full of fraud, waste, and bad actors taking advantage of the system. We need to keep safety nets for people who genuinely need them, but my main focus is cracking down on the abuse, going after those bad actors, and stopping the waste before we even think about creating more government healthcare programs.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Disagree

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes, our relationship with Israel is vital. Israel is our strongest and most dependable ally in the Middle East, standing as a critical frontline defense against radical Islam and the destruction of Western culture and values. Beyond shared principles, our alliance provides essential intelligence, technology, and strategic defense cooperation. Standing firmly with Israel isn't just about backing a trusted friend; it is essential to protecting our national security interests.

IMMIGRATION

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

We must end sanctuary cities. Illegal immigrants must be removed. America must have a positive path to citizenship for LEGAL immigrants, and we must honor those who are waiting patiently for their opportunity to become citizens. The United States does NOT have an obligation to the whole world. We are first and foremost obligated to the Citizens of the United States first.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

As a school board director I can see first hand that the wasteful bureaucracy could do so much if those funds were spent at a local level. Local control would improve education all across this country. The US Dept of Education is the definition of wasteful spending at it's finest.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Strongly Agree

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

I support the expansion of gambling in my state.

Neutral

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a strong Christian who's faith in Jesus Christ is the center of my core beliefs. I believe in the right to life, the right to bear arms, the right to raise our children as we see fit, and the right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Happiness itself is not a right, merely the pursuit of it.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I believe that only US Citizens with proper identification should have the right to vote. We require IDs for the purchase of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, air travel and so much more. Voter ID is a no-brainer for me.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

I strongly disagree with race-based reparations. Forcing people who never owned slaves to pay restitution to people who were never enslaved is fundamentally unfair. If we try to settle historical accounts from generations ago, where does it end? Should the descendants of Union soldiers who died to end slavery be owed restitution? Government should focus on treating every citizen equally under the law based on merit and individual opportunity, not looking backward to fuel division.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Strongly Disagree

Man-made climate change is a myth backed by convoluted claims rather than convincing evidence. Forcing top-down government mandates, driving up energy costs, and hurting our economy to fight an unproven threat does far more harm than good. Our priority must be keeping energy affordable and protecting economic freedom, not burdening taxpayers with unnecessary environmental regulations.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear power is the best long-term answer for reliable energy. Until facilities are online, we must rely on coal and natural gas to keep our grid stable. Solar and wind are too unreliable, expensive, and wasteful to sustain us.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

To me, being very conservative means standing firmly on core principles: limited government, low taxes, individual liberty, and the Constitution. My conservatism is grounded in common sense, hard work, and personal responsibility; not fringe theories or media noise. I believe government should protect our rights, keep energy affordable, and stay out of the way so small businesses and working families can thrive. It’s about practical, accountable leadership that serves the people.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

Absolutely not!!

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

Absolutely not!!

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?

The primary goal of the criminal justice system must be to protect law-abiding citizens and keep our communities safe. That means backing law enforcement, enforcing the law consistently, and holding offenders accountable for their actions. While rehabilitation has its place for those willing to change, public safety and justice for victims must always come first. A system that prioritizes soft-on-crime policies over protecting innocent people fails its most basic constitutional duty.

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

I strongly agree that government must aggressively prosecute online predators and hold tech platforms accountable for illegal content. However, parents, not the government, must lead the effort in protecting their children. Top-down regulations should never strip away parental authority. The government’s job is to enforce strict laws against sexual exploitation and empower parents with transparent tools, protecting kids without overreaching into family life.

Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

Strongly Agree

Sharia has no place in the American legal system. The U.S. Constitution and the rule of law are the sole legal foundation of our nation, and no foreign or religious legal framework should ever be incorporated into our courts. Protecting our constitutional rights requires ensuring that American law remains the single, uniform standard for all citizens. Any attempt to introduce alternative legal codes directly violates the core principles of our republic.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The Second Amendment is non-negotiable: the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Protecting public safety doesn't mean restricting law-abiding citizens. Instead, we must aggressively enforce existing laws, secure our schools, and fix a broken mental health system. Keeping weapons away from violent felons and those legally adjudicated as dangerous requires strict court due process—protecting constitutional rights while keeping our communities safe from violent individuals.
