In cases of medical necessity , such as when the life of the mother is at risk or the pregnancy would lead to serious health issues for the mother; in cases of rape; for practical reasons: until the first heartbeat can be established or, alternatively, before a certain point in time such as 3 months after conception.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
The minimum wage may be well-intended, but brings about the opposite of the desired result. The economic effect will be higher labor costs and loss of jobs through automation.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Free enterprise leads to efficient markets resulting in the highest quality for the lowest price. You cannot be free without property rights. If property rights would no longer be private, property rights would be collectivized, which would not only make all dependent on the government but would also lead to economic inefficiencies and waste. It has n=been tried in communist economies and failed.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
- On a recurring basis, evaluate the effectiveness of welfare programs, and terminate those that do not lead to the desired results. - Eliminate duplicate programs. - Introduce measures to prevent that someone becomes a life-long beneficiary of government support. It is important to create incentives within programs to ensure people can regain their independence and can take care of themselves.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It simply means that the government cannot support a specific religion and should remain neutral in the area of faith.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
I am a strong believer in the superiority of the free market. Free markets are efficient and lead to higher quality service output at lower prices. Healthcare and thus healthcare insurance is far too expensive and unaffordable for many as the result of government intervention. By (re)introducing market forces over time government programs and subsidies would likely no longer be needed.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
It is. Israel is one of the few friends we have in the ME. It is good that the relationship is changing from one where Israel was dependent on the US to one where the relationship is mutually beneficial and one of increasing cooperation. But we must realize that the interests of Israel and the US are not always aligned, which is natural.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Our system of government was designed to have a balance of power between the states and the federal government. Hence the list of enumerated powers assigned to the federal government in the Constitution. Overtime, the federal government has exceeded its powers by usurping powers belonging to the states.We need to guard the federalist foundation of the Constitution. As education is not listed as a federal power, it should be handled at state level.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Funding US education would give a foreign government a say over educational priorities and policies, which constitutes an unacceptable inference in our domestic affairs.
VALUES
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Children belong to their parents, not to the community. Indeed, it takes a village to raise a child, but that refers to shared values and norms. Raising a child should not be collectivized.
Attempts to transition a child to the opposite sex are harmful to that child and should be prohibited.

Gender dysphoria is a mental illness and should be treated as such. Research has shown that most (90+%) of those suffering from this mental ailment, accept their birth gender when they come out of adolescence. Encouraging transition is thus counterproductive, and hormone treatment and surgery before the age of about 25 is clearly harmful and constitutes medical malpractice.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

I support the expansion of gambling in my state.

In my opinion, adults should decide for themselves whether they want ton participate in gambling or not. The government should not be involved in that decision, regardless that gambling can be addictive. But I do not support the government accommodating the gambling industry and supporting the expansion of the industry.

I believe in a Creator-God. We are on earth to realize spiritual development to become more God-like. The golden rule is essential: treat others as you want them to treat you. Life is precious - as we are here for a reason - and needs to be protected.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Our democratic republic is dependent for its proper functioning on the participation of informed citizens, including voting. The system does not work if imposters can steal votes by claiming to be some else at the polling stations. Showing photo just makes common sense to prevent this from happening.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

We cannot deny biological reality. Under no circumstance, can males be allowed in female sports. Males have biological advantages over women (more muscle, denser bones, etc.). Therefore, the participation of males in women sports is unfair and takes opportunities, such as scholarships and rewards, away from those who deserve them. Women are entitled to privacy and need to feel safe. Thus, males should not be allowed in women’s locker rooms, rest rooms, and other private places. That is all just
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Climate change is a natural phenomenon. Earth never had a constant climate. Erath has periods of rolling, so-called ice ages, and in between periods of warming. We are now in an interglacial period, so earth is warming up. That does not mean that human action has no impact on the climate. But not one scientist can convincingly state what percentage of global warming is natural and what percentage is man-made. Human action contributes only a small fraction to global warming.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear energy. The modern nuclear power plants are extremely safe and efficient, burning over 90% or its fuel.

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
To protect society against predators. Prevent recidive behavior, especially in regard of first time offenders.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

The Internet has brought a lot of good but there are inherent dangers. Government should support and enable parents in the protection of their children and also vigorously prosecute sexual offenders who try to exploit minors.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.
